Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure - Chapter 1805 1805: Another addition

“It’s not even a surprise at this point with you…”
That was the first reaction that came from the members of the racial alliance when I introduced the Feather Race to them.
The way that they looked at me was as if they were looking at a troublemaker.
Seeing them look at me like this made me reveal a bitter smile.
“Can you please not give them the wrong idea about me?” I thought to myself seeing them act this way.
After all, they were giving the wrong impression of me to the Feather Race.
If this continued, it would make them think of me in the wrong way.
With a cough, I cut into the conversation of the others and said, “I want to introduce everyone to the Feather Race that I found and welcome them to our racial alliance. They will be joining us in our fight against the forces of Destruction.”
At this, all of the representatives stopped chatting among themselves and focused on the members of the Feather Race that I had brought with me.
Though this was only a temporary meeting that was being held through screens.
It wasn’t the real meeting where they would be able to meet everyone in person just yet.
After all, it would take time to gather everyone.
Unless there was something that was important that happened, it wasn’t as if all of the important people of these different countries of the racial alliance would be free enough to gather in person.
The best that they could do was meet using magic.
But the news that I had for them was quite important since this was an entire race that had suddenly appeared.
Not to mention that this was a race that no one had ever seen before.
The demi humans were the ones that seemed the most interested in the Feather Race since they thought that the Feather Race would be related to them.
But they were disappointed in the end to find that the Feather Race weren’t what they thought they were.
The Feather Race were just simply humans with wings, not humans with animal features.
So they weren’t related to the demi humans at all.
However, the appearance of the Feather Race alone wasn’t the only shocking piece of news that I had.
There was something else that I had to tell them all, something about a certainly legendary beast that I had encountered.
“A Fenrir? A true Fenrir?”
It was only natural that the Holy Empire would react the most intensely to this.
Since they were a country that was deeply linked to religion, it was impossible for them not to know about Fenrirs and their positions as god’s messengers.
If it had something to do with the divine, then there was no doubt that the Holy Empire would know about it. At the same time, as long as it had something to do with the divine, the Holy Empire would be very interested in it.
That was why it seemed like the popes wanted to reach through the screen to grab me and ask me to take them to meet the Fenrir.
But in the end, they couldn’t do that.
“The Fenrir is willing to work with us because of my status as the God’s Representative.”
It would have embarrassed me very much in the past to say something like this, but I had gotten used to it over time and could say it without a problem now. Though the main reason for that was that even if I were to say something, it wasn’t as if anyone would listen.
They clearly would force their own thoughts on the matter on me, so there was nothing that I could say that would change their minds.
As such, it was better to just accept this title and move on.
At least it had its advantages, even if it was something that the gods had forced onto me.
“We agree to bring the Feather Race into the racial alliance.” The popes of the Holy Empire agreed after hearing that the Fenrir was involved in this matter.
Since the Fenrir was the messenger of the gods, they knew that this matter was most likely related to a god or two.
Since the Feather Race had the protection of a god, there really wasn’t anything else to say for them.
The rest of the representatives didn’t agree that easily since they didn’t know as much about the Feather Race. As such, they had certain things that they had to ask the Feather Race before deciding on whether to accept them into the racial alliance or not.
The main thing was…
“How did you meet his majesty Zwein?”
It was obvious that this would be the question that would come up first.
It was a good thing that I had already predicted this and had already given them answers for these questions.
Anyone with a brain would have guessed that these would be the questions that were asked.
The Feather Race might not have followed my orders previously, but since this was something that their Lord Fenrir wanted…In the end, they had no choice but to follow my orders and repeat the answers that I had prepared for them.
But there were a few questions that caught them off guard in the end…
“If it wasn’t for that evil goddess…”
“Evil goddess?” The representatives from the racial alliance were confused when they heard this, but I quickly helped them steer the conversation back on track most of the time.
In the end, it seemed that the representatives from the racial alliance were satisfied with the answers that they received and they all agreed to let the Feather Race join the racial alliance.
But the other thing that they did was give me looks that showed that they knew more than they were showing.
It was clear that some of the answers had given them ideas about the Feather Race’s history, things that I had wanted to hide.
Still, at least they didn’t know everything.
The one thing that I wanted to hide was still safe.
