With the village chief leading the way, we were able to see quite a few things that surrounded this village.

In the first place, a village of this scale wasn’t supposed to have all of these things.

It was just that it seemed like this village didn’t have to worry about things with how many resources they had.

A lake that was nearby, a hill that had a small mine, even a small forest that provided them with lumber. It really seemed like everything that they needed to survive really was conveniently placed near the village.

No matter how one looked at it, this really didn’t seem like something that would occur naturally.

It really seemed like there was someone that had planned everything for this village.

Only no matter how I looked at it, I couldn’t find a single trace that seemed to prove that this was the case.

No matter how I tried looking for clues, I didn’t find a single trace of mana, divine energy, or even intervention.

Everything that was around the village really seemed like it occurred naturally.

It really was hard to accept, but it seemed like this village was blessed.

When the tour was over, the village chief just awkwardly said that there was nothing else that he was able to show me. After all, this place was a village and it wasn’t that big of a village in the first place.

Even if it was a village near the capital, it was still a village that wasn’t that developed.

There was only so much that could be seen here.

When the nobles heard this, they all glared at the village chief as if they were pressuring him. This was all because I hadn’t said anything as I had been shown around the village.

I had just been silently observing as if I was interested in the things that he was showing me.

So when the village chief tried to end things on his own, it was only natural that the nobles would seem apprehensive.

But I just said with a smile, “Thank you for showing me around. This was quite an interesting place to see.”

It wasn’t just the village chief that looked at me with a strange look, the rest of the nobles also looked at me with the same strange look.

It was as if they just couldn’t believe what I said.

I didn’t blame them for thinking this since it really was hard to believe that this was the case.

After all, this was a small village that could be seen anywhere and there wasn’t anything special about this place to begin with. So for me to say that it was quite the interesting place, it really seemed like sarcasm.

If it wasn’t for the fact that I had a serious look on my face, they really would have thought that I was mocking them.

But still they didn’t understand what I was doing.

Instead of explaining this to them, I just calmly asked the nobles, “Are there any other villages nearby? I want to take a look at a few more villages if possible.”

More strange looks appeared on the faces of the nobles when they heard this.

They all looked at me as if they were meeting me for the first time. All of them were trying to figure out exactly what my goal was in touring all of these villages.

They didn’t believe that I was trying to steal information, since it wasn’t as if there was anything that was worth stealing from these normal villages. At the same time, they didn’t believe that I was scouting out their defenses since there was no way that villages like this were even considered important strategic points.

So they all thought that I had some kind of weird hobby.

It didn’t matter if they thought that I had some kind of weird hobby, the only thing that mattered was that I was able to gather enough data. After all, I could tell that there was something off about this Solar Kingdom.

It wasn’t that there was something wrong with it, it was just that there was something that felt different about it.

If I had to say it, it really felt like there was something that was blessing this place.

Even though the land itself shouldn’t have been as prosperous, there really seemed like there was something that was making it suitable for these people to live on.

This kind of thing was not that easily accomplished.

This is the kind of thing that one could only do by paying a price or making a contract with a divine being.

The one that I was looking for was also contracted to a divine being.

So this might be the clue that I was looking for to find them.

The nobles did try to suggest going to different places that they knew about. These were places that could have been considered the tourist spots of the Solar Kingdom that people normally would have visited.

But the key thing was that these spots were in territories that they controlled.

However, I just ignored all of this as I insisted on visiting villages.

Since I was the visiting guest, it wasn’t as if they could say anything else.

At the same time, there was my status to worry about.

So that was why they started leading me to the different villages that were around the capital.

I could tell that these villages belonged in the territory of these nobles, but I just ignored this as I continued looking for the things that I was looking for.

In the end, I was able to confirm my suspicion and reached a conclusion.

“The god’s messenger that I’m looking for is in this place.”

Now the only problem was how I was able to reach them and talk to them.

After all, the only clue that I had was something that was locked behind closed doors and would be hard for me to reach.
