As expected, there was no response from Aestum.

It had kept whatever this information was a secret all this time, so it wasn’t as if it would suddenly tell us because I demanded it from them.

The only reaction that seemed to come from Aestum was a slight fluctuation in the ball of blue light.

I didn’t know what this was, but it didn’t seem like hesitation.

After a long silence, Aestum finally said, “It’s not time yet. It’s not finished yet.”

“Not finished? What do you mean by this?” I asked in a heavy voice.

However, the only response was, “You have the power to turn this situation around, so you should use it to change the fate of all the ones here.”

I was even more confused when I heard this, but I didn’t get a chance to ask anything in the end as the blue ball of light suddenly faded away.

My chin dropped seeing this since I never thought that a god like Aestum would do something like running away. However, it was impossible to think that it was anything other than Aestum running away after seeing this.

After all, they had just disappeared without even giving me a chance to say anything else when they were being pressured by me.

Other than them trying to avoid my question, I couldn’t see it as anything else.

So when I slowly came back to my senses, I looked down at the kraken that was wrapped around my arm.

The kraken had remained still and looked away from me, as if it was trying to draw as little attention as possible. It was as if it wanted to pretend like it was an inanimate object.

However, it wasn’t as if I would forget about it that easily.

“I don’t know anything.” That was all that the kraken said in the end.

I narrowed my eyes the moment that it said this, but it really didn’t seem like the kraken was lying.

Even though it was the messenger of Aestum, it wasn’t as if Aestum shared everything with it. Not to mention that this was a secret that was between two gods, so it wasn’t as if they would share something like this that easily.

The only thing that I could do now was try and figure out what Aestum meant by what it had said.

It said that I had the power to change the fate of everyone here…

Did that mean that I had something that would be able to help the other races that lived here with the allergies that they suffered?

Thinking back to my past life, there were things that had been developed to counter allergies. Though it wasn’t as if I was a doctor in my past life and I knew about things like that.

I only had an idea of what those things did, but I didn’t actually know how they were created.

Still, it was at least something to start with…

“Call for the sea witches, I’ll need their help.” I said with a sigh in the end.

The Merman King was surprised to hear this, but then he gave the orders to the royal guards.

He didn’t know what was happening, but he did have a gist since he had also heard what Aestum had said. This was a matter that he wanted to solve since it would help get rid of some of the guilt that the royal family had in this matter.

Which was why he would do what he could to help with this case.

With the royal guards moving quickly, it didn’t take long for the sea witches to arrive.

In fact, Zyra was the one that led them since she was also interested in what was happening.

Or it could be said that she shared in this responsibility since she had married the former crown prince.

Once they were gathered, I told them about the medicines in my past life that could be used to deal with allergies.

I knew that it wouldn’t actually mean anything to them since I could see the confused looks on their faces.

That was why Zyra suddenly asked, “What is this ’allergy’ that you speak of.”

I figured that would be the case, so I explained what it was to the best of my abilities.

I hadn’t been a doctor in my past life, but I had been able to get the general idea across with the broad knowledge that I had.

“So it’s like this…We already knew that there was something like this, but we never thought that it would be this complicated.”

It wasn’t just Zyra alone that fell into deep thought after hearing this, the rest of the sea witches were the same.

The sea witches were researchers after all, so once they got a topic that they could latch themselves on…

I waited to see if they would be able to figure anything out, but it seemed like they weren’t able to. It seemed like even if I explained it, it wasn’t as if they would be able to figure this out that quickly.

In fact, it seemed like the term ’allergy’ was still a hard to understand term for them that they couldn’t grasp the concept of.

So instead, I focused on telling them about the things in my past life that had been used to treat allergies.

As I was doing so, I could see the expressions on their faces which caused a bitter smile to appear on mine.

I knew that it was a far stretch to try and use terms from my past life in this world of magic, but I wanted to at least try it.

In the end, it didn’t seem like they were able to follow what I said.

That was until I mentioned allergy shots.

“So it’s basically using the substance to build up the body’s resistance. It’s like the tonics that we use.”

I was surprised to hear this, but I quickly said, “Tell me more.”
