Chapter 2083: That’s what it was for

Once the flame elemental elder arrived in front of the red gem, it gave a bow to the red gem before turning around.

The flame elementals that had still been inside of the crystal chamber used the same openings as the other flame elementals to leave the crystal chamber and enter the magma.

Once they were in the magma, they all turned to face the red gem that was at the center.

From there, they started moving in a strange way.

If one looked closely, it seemed like they were performing some kind of dance inside of the magma. This wasn’t something that was seen everyday, especially since it required one to be made of flames to be able to do something like this.

If they weren’t made of flames, then they never would be able to dance around in the magma like this.

As they danced around like this, it didn’t seem like there was a reaction that was coming from the red gem.

However, that changed when a light suddenly appeared in the center of this red gem.

This was different from how the rock pillar in the rock elemental’s village reacted, but there were similarities between the two.

For me, the one similarity that I recognized was the aura of creation attributed divine energy.

It wasn’t hard to tell that this was the reaction that this red gem should have to this ceremony that they were putting on. It was easy to tell that there was something that would be created from this red gem.

After this light became stronger for a while, it suddenly released something around it.

There was this red liquid that was released from the red gem, which honestly wasn’t a surprise at all. After all, it was clear that there was one thing that the flame elementals needed from this red gem.

The fact that it was inside of this volcano in the first place was more than enough to show what would have come out of the red gem.

It only came out slowly at first, but it didn’t take long for a strong flow to form and more and more magma to flow out of the red gem. As the magma filled the crystal chamber, it was pushed towards the tunnels that were in the walls of the crystal chamber.

Once they reached the tunnels, the magma was pushed out of this place.

It seemed like the design of this crystal chamber was different from what I had thought it was for.

The magma didn’t get pushed out of the large opening at the very top of the volcano, rather the magma was being delivered to the different parts of this place through the tunnels.

So in the first place, those tunnels were some kind of distribution network.

It was strange to think that the tunnels were also used as a method of reaching this place.

But then again, it wasn’t as if the flame elementals were worried about the magma to begin with. Even now, they were dancing and swimming around in the magma as if they weren’t bothered by it at all.

The other thing that I was amazed by was how strong this crystal was.

Or it was better to say how strong the insulation of this crystal was.

I could see the magma flowing right in front of my eyes, but I didn’t feel anything at all.

It seemed to keep all of the heat from the magma from reaching me.

After this ceremony continued for a bit, it seemed like the flame elementals were satisfied with the amount of magma that had been created by the red gem. At that point, they slowly stopped their dancing until the ceremony was over.

After they slowly came to a stop, the same thing happened with the red gem.

The red gem that had been releasing the magma slowly stopped producing that magma.

Once the flow of magma stopped, it seemed like the force that was pushing it out into the different tunnels also disappeared.

It wasn’t as if magma was that fluid in the first place.

With the viscosity of the magma, it seemed to clump inside of the crystal chamber.

Seeing this, a bitter smile appeared on my face along with a trace of worry.

After all, this seemed to be a problem.

With the magma gathering like this, it seemed like it would be hard for me to leave this place.

There was a part of me that wondered if the flame elementals had guided me here just to trap me in this place so they could have me remain here. However, that doubt was quickly dispelled by the actions of the flame elementals.

When they saw the magma settling in the crystal chamber, they suddenly swam away from the crystal chamber. It seemed like they were heading to the very top of the volcano, as if they were leaving this place.

But it didn’t take long for them to come back through the tunnels that led to this crystal chamber.

When they came back, the first thing that they did was open up all the openings of this crystal chamber. There was some magma on these openings, so that quickly flowed out of the crystal chamber.

Once those areas were cleared out, the flame elementals started pushing the magma towards the openings.

It seemed like they were using the openings to clean up the inside of the crystal chamber.

“So that’s what those are for…” I couldn’t help thinking to myself when I saw this.

It was hard to not understand the design once I saw this, but there was a part of me that couldn’t help wondering if this really was the best design.

I’m sure that there would have been a better way to design this…

Such as not having the red gem inside of a crystal chamber like this…

But then again, it wasn’t as if I really knew what I was talking about to begin with.
