Small upgrade system - Chapter 1073 1074 - Excited Saint Veena

It had been nine hours since he entered the triangular building, and he had finally reached deep inside the danger zone.
As expected, he had seen many new monsters, more powerful and more vicious than the ones in present‑day Terraria.
The number of planetary‑grade monsters was also much higher. If this many monsters existed in the current danger zone, Terraria’s situation would be completely different.
Back then, there was no Warrior Association to gather all warriors to fight those monsters together.
Everyone had their own associations that sent people into the danger zones to fight monsters or collect resources.
This was truly a difficult era for Terraria. If Sam was not wrong, a huge disaster would soon strike Terraria, forcing everyone to unite.
But Sam was not concerned about that. Right now, he only wanted to find out why Terraria’s past was linked to his planet.
“More importantly, did those monsters go outside the triangular building? Even though Eden Blue has its own restrictions, I’m not sure if they can hold back those monsters.”
This was another reason Sam wanted to quickly uncover the truth.
From the moment he entered the danger zone, he had searched the entire area to see if he could find any clues.
“It looks like I still have to go deeper into the danger zone. Now I’m really curious what kind of Legendary‑grade monster I’ll face.”
Monsters during this time were definitely stronger than the Legendary‑grade monsters of the present.
One hour later,
Sam finally arrived in an area where he could see the first Legendary‑grade monster. The monster was alone.
But that wasn’t the most striking thing about it. It was a giant with two heads and four arms. Its massive body was covered in battle armor, and it wielded four swords.
The aura coming from that monster was anything but normal.
‘Is there a chance this monster has an advanced bloodline?’
Sam wasn’t sure, but he strongly felt it had something to do with an advanced bloodline.
Fortunately, he didn’t need to fight it, because the monster was unable to see him. So he decided to move past it and continue deeper into the danger zone.
Sam had almost reached the center of the danger zone. He had a strong feeling he would definitely find something there.
But before he could advance much farther, he suddenly became alert.
“Who is it?”
He felt someone looking in his direction from above. He immediately used his observation technique at full power, but he couldn’t detect anyone or anything.
“Roar!”
Sam didn’t even have time to think before something unexpected happened.
The monster behind him suddenly turned in his direction and let out an angry roar. Somehow, it was now able to see him.
But how was that possible? Sam had no answer, but he had already started moving.
He instantly released his bloodline pressure.
‘As I thought, this monster’s bloodline is advanced.’
The monster in front of him wasn’t affected much by the pressure. That meant it also had an advanced bloodline like him.
But before it could attack, Sam vanished from his spot. He teleported behind the monster and, without giving it a chance to react, launched his attack.
Putting his full power into the strike, he sliced the monster cleanly in half, meeting no resistance.
Sam had no intention of giving it time to use its domain.
‘I have to be very careful. I don’t know who it was, but this is definitely not normal. Everything here is being controlled by someone. But who has the power to do something like this?’
While Sam was thinking, he didn’t notice a presence made of dark mist suddenly open its eyes.
It had blood‑red eyes. In front of it floated a crystal ball, and inside that crystal ball, Sam was clearly visible, advancing through the danger zone.
“Ignorant mortal! You will pay for your mistake. How dare you try to disturb the balance I created?”
The being of dark mist spoke in a harsh, echoing voice. In the next second, the entire place was engulfed in darkness once more. No trace of light remained.

“These monsters are really strong.”
“Hahaha… who cares? It’s been a long time since I got to use my full power. I’m fired up! I’m going to kill them all!”
Saint Veena said this just before she vanished from her spot. Her entire body became a figure of living fire. From head to toe, she was wrapped in flames, and they were far from ordinary.
She had reached such a level of fire control that she could even burn the air itself. More importantly, she felt no fear or despair—instead, she was thrilled the moment she saw those monsters.
Markus, John, and the others could only sigh. They had almost forgotten this side of their friend. She was truly hot‑headed.
At the same time, they were also excited to fight the monsters. One after another, they launched their attacks.
Every one of those monsters was at roughly the same level as them. But the Saints still had the advantage of true spiritual energy and powerful bloodlines. On top of that, they could use power amplifiers if necessary.
This was why they felt no fear—and why they believed their people would remain safe. They just needed Sam to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
It had already been two hours since Sam entered the triangular building. What was happening inside? Was he facing some kind of danger?
Everyone had many questions, but they could only place their trust in him.
More importantly, they couldn’t enter the triangular building even if they wanted to. The entire structure was surrounded by numerous portals that kept releasing monsters.
Inside the triangular building Sam is currently fighting a group of dragon-like Monsters. But they are basically big lizards with wings.
There are two legendary grade Monsters who have already used the power of domain to capture him and kill him. Unfortunately for them in the critical moment he became invisible.
Sam did not want to waste his time in that match and wanted to finish this as quickly as he could.
