“I’ll start with some introductions. My name is Aris. I’m an early demigod from a realm called Oxnox, but I defied the god there and was chased out, and so I have been living here for many years now,” he said and stretched his hands like someone who was immensely sleepy.

He looked at them. “I met Ophelia here as we became close after that,” he said, then leaned forward. “I’m guessing that since you are here, then things didn’t go well in your world and you had to come here,” Aris said.

Silva felt like answering, but then he paused and properly thought about what he had to say. “Yeah, things didn’t work out in my world and then she asked that we leave while we still could,” Silva said.

“I see. I can guess there are parts of things you do not want to tell me, but that’s fine. Now that you are here, you’ll need to learn the things that come with this world and this side of the galaxy,” Aris said. He leaned in, fingers clasped.

“Everyone chases after strength and power here. The chase never stops, it goes on forever. There are many realms of power that exist, but only a few matter here.

And that starts from the Demigod. That is the threshold that is seen as your beginning to power. Different people give different names to their realms of power below the demigod. Some are close in power, like the immortal realms of the cultivators, the supreme mages of mages, and more like that.

All those realms of power are very close to the demigod realm, but they lack the spark of divinity. When that spark of divinity comes into play, then you can push and break through into the realm of a demigod, and that’s when the real journey begins.

Only when you are in the realm of demigod can you really say that you have real strength,” he said and then leaned back into his chair. He waved his finger in the air in a circular manner.

“And even then, it’s not like you have really gone far, as there is more to unravel in the realm of the demigods.

The demigod realm possesses what is called the divine circle. And to attain the status of a God, you must have seven divine circles and finally merge them into one, which will create your law or Dao, which gives you the god circle, making you officially a god.

I know this seems like too much information to dump on you, but I’d rather tell you everything you need to know now and forget about it. So basically, if you want to survive here, your aim would be to grow stronger and reach the realms above,” he said.

“Seems like a lot to do right off the bat, running around getting stronger,” Drake said.

“You don’t need to do that right away. You just need to understand where you are first before you head outside and start doing whatever it is that you want to do.

The dangers you knew are vastly different from what is here. Everything is out to take your life, and they will come swinging with full force.

Staying low until you are strong enough and understand the world is the best plan to go by,” Aris said.

“So what’s the best route to go?” Silva asked. Aris looked at him, and then spoke. “Start with getting into the Arcane Council hunter organization.

Completing missions for them allows you to build reputation and money, which is a must here because if you are going to grow, you are going to need a ton of resources and a ton of information, books, data, and more,” Aris said.

“So basically we have to work under them to gather what we need,” Lilly stated.

“Exactly. There is no real freedom here. As a matter of fact, it’s tougher here,” Aris said.

“We will learn all we need to learn as time goes on. For now, I hope we can relax and rest here for a bit,” Silva spoke.

“Sure, you can stay here until you get your stuff together, and if there is anything that you need just tell me,” Aris said.

“I have something to ask. What comes after godhood?” Silva asked. Aris paused, he thought for a bit and then spoke. “After a god comes what is called a Chaos being or a Cosmic being, depending on the path you choose to follow.

Beyond that is the celestial realm, and then the realm I know is reachable is the Primax, the one realm that stands before Quasi Primordial and finally Primordial.

Very few creatures make it past godhood. You shouldn’t get your hopes up. Godhood is seen as the limit for most, and that’s why gods are seen as the powerhouses and the holders of balance.

Primax, Quasi Primordial, and Primordial are mostly times born in that realm, they didn’t have to grind all the way there. Very few creatures get there through hard work.

Even amongst gods, many of them are born as gods. Your goal should be to become a demigod, and that’s fine,” he said and got on his feet. “I know now it seems nice to chase after the dream of becoming a god or more.

But when you finally face the issues that exist here, you’ll see the hardships and you’ll finally cut down your goals,” he said.

“Talk about a pep talk,” Lily muttered.

All this while, Dawn was yet to speak. She sat there feeling out of place with Snow in her hands. Silva looked at her, then he stretched his hands around her body and leaned in and whispered into her ear.

“I know you feel out of place here, but I’m here for you, so don’t worry yourself too much,” Silva said. She smiled when she heard his voice, though her voice was shaky and light. It was like she didn’t want to speak. This was the first time that he had seen her like this.
