Ten Lucky Draws: I Became OP - Chapter 321: Let The Ball Roll (2)

Chapter 321: Let The Ball Roll (2)
It must be noted that the Ash standing with Lucy wasn’t truly him at all.
It was merely a manifestation—created through the note he had given Isa… which was also, Wantlessness.
Its only purpose was to draw her into a dream‑realm where they could speak freely. Everything else that had happened—and everything happening now—was already accounted for in his plans.
So, while he entertained Lucy’s antics, the real Ash was elsewhere entirely… collecting affection with the same casual ease he breathed.
At any moment, he could step into the Dimensional Overlord rank. He had already collected enough affection.
But he chose not to—not yet.
Instead, he drifted through the masquerade with unhurried grace, golden eyes half‑lidded behind his mask, savoring the atmosphere.
Meanwhile, his companions?
They had already begun causing sewing chaos.
—–
Aurelia and Aurora had been together for the past half hour.
The bond between the two wasn’t as strong… well, that was pretty much the case with all of Ash’s newer wives.
Simply because they had been too busy with the man himself. However, each of them had already planned to spend time with the only heir to the clan.
And Aurelia, well even though she had become the Goddess of Flames… she was still the same old Aurelia.
They sat together at a small, secluded table near the edge of the grand ballroom—tucked behind a cluster of tall, flowering vines that created a natural curtain of soft indigo petals and glowing silver leaves.
The table itself was a simple circle of dark polished wood.
Aurelia leaned forward slightly, golden‑red hair catching the chandelier’s glow like living fire. A mischievous glint danced in her eyes as she continued the “lesson” she’d been giving for the past half hour.
“Mother Aury… are you sure about this?” Aurora asked, settling into the seat across from her.
“Positive,” Aurelia replied, voice low and playful, a smirk tugging at her lips. “Didn’t I tell you? Before I leave, I’m giving you a proper lesson in mischief.”
Much like the others, Aurelia wasn’t being mischievous just because— …okay, maybe she was. But beneath the teasing, she was moving toward her goal.
Like mentioned before the Gods of Pantheons always played intricate roles, and the task Ash had given her—
Well, calling it a “task” was generous.
Aside from Kaelthyr, Celeste, and a few others, Ash had given almost no instructions at all. Everyone else had free rein, with only one requirement….
Create something unique to his cultivation verse.
Normally, that would be a nightmare.
But they all still had the Sub‑Nexuses—now upgraded far beyond their original design. They could appraise people almost as well as Ash himself, and they could communicate directly with Elysia and Creara.
With that kind of support, it was easy.
And Aurelia? She would create the Eternal Flame Lotus.
Aurelia laughed lightly, the sound warm and dangerous at the same time.
“Oh, Aurora… everything.”
She tapped the table, and a small flame lotus bloomed above her fingertip—petals of fire unfolding in slow, hypnotic spirals.
“They’re perfect for my goal. Your father tasked us with something similar to you. While you’re shaping the power system, I’m creating an Eternal Lotus for the cultivation verse—something that can purify and enhance anything ten thousandfold.”
The lotus brightened, casting flickering reflections across her golden‑red eyes.
“And that clan… the Smoldering Kin? They’re tied to the Fourth Dimension…. the place holding something I need. While those Flame Parasites? They are merely their rivals, enemies, whatever label you want to use.”
Aurora nodded as she understood where this was going.
“So… why don’t you just capture one of them?”
“Oh, sweetie.” Aurelia leaned in, voice dropping into a conspiratorial purr. “Where’s the fun in that?”
She leaned back, raising a brow with theatrical elegance.
“You’re the Originat’s first heiress. You must act like it… We don’t do things simply. We do them in style.”
She flicked her wrist, and the flame lotus dissolved into motes of light.
“I’ve already planted a rumor here, a whisper there… nothing too obvious. Just enough for both clans to realize exactly who the other is beneath their little concealments.”
Aurelia’s smirk widened.
“And when the first boom goes off… we let the ball roll.”
Aurora’s music symbols spun lazily around her, a small, reluctant smile forming despite herself.
“It does sound… kind of fun.”
Aurelia’s eyes gleamed with pride, her smirk turning triumphant.
“Of course it does. Mischief is an art, darling. And today, you’re learning from a master.”
Aurelia’s smile softened into something sly as she continued.
“Now, the real question is… are you ready to venture out on your first journey?”
Aurora glanced past the curtain of vines at the masquerade below—glittering masks, drifting lights, murmured conversations—before turning back to her mother.
Her voice was soft, but the curiosity beneath it was unmistakable.
“Maybe… Is Daddy really planning to have everyone split up?”
Aurelia chuckled as she rose from her seat, golden‑red hair cascading like living flame.
“Look, I don’t know all the details. I learn most things through tales… but your father isn’t the type to hold your hand step by step. He wants you to experience life to the fullest.”
Aurora opened her mouth to speak—
And the realm answered for her.
BOOOOOOM!!!
A crack of lightning tore across the far eastern sky, bright enough to stain the masquerade’s lanterns white. Aurora’s eyes widened—
BOOOOOM!!!!
A second blast followed, deeper and closer.
Gravity lurched.
Space folded in on itself in small, violent implosions.
Several masked guests burst into clouds of blood‑mist, and entire pockets of sound vanished as if muted by an unseen hand.
Aurora spun back toward Aurelia—only to find her mother already gripping her hand.
“Mothers? And Uncle Kael and Caelan?” she asked, voice trembling with shock and excitement.
Aurelia’s smile sharpened, eyes gleaming with the thrill of unfolding chaos.
“Well,” she purred, tugging Aurora forward, “let’s not miss out on the fun~”
And with that, the ball officially began to roll.
The masquerade, the realm, the carefully woven in chaos and peace— all of it shifted in an instant.
And… It was time for the Originats to take their journeys far beyond a single multiverse.
