Chapter 1909: Three Choices

“Come in, I’ve been waiting for you… ah… you, slow down a bit, we got a guest.” Amaterasu’s voice rang from inside, and Neptune hesitated for a moment, then pushed the door open. “Me and my shitty luck.”

Walking inside the room, she saw a scene that was just as bad as she expected, enough to make her want to throw up, but as an angel, she couldn’t do that. The Mother of All Life and Death herself were busy going at each other like wild animals in the back, the Metallic queen and Yog at least, were drinking tea calmly in the corner -even though the tea looked a bit strange, and even if both were naked- and Amaterasu, the Nymph behind this whole mess, was sitting at the edge of the bed, getting licked by a mortal nun.

“Guh…” Neptune growled, “Can I at least… come for an audience and find you looking dignified at least?” She growled, and Amaterasu burst laughing.

“Good, that’s what I like about you and the rest of my angels. Blind obedience and dedication can be good in the short term, but they are deadly in the long term. It causes people to grow stupid, complacent, and gullible.” She patted the head of the nun licking her. “So as long as you keep calling me out on how twisted I am, then I can fully trust you in war.”

Neptune growled, rubbed her face in frustration, and then glared at Amaterasu. “Ok, fine. Let’s get to the point. Arad Orion, who is he? No, what is he?”

The nun stopped licking and looked up at Amaterasu’s beautiful face. “Our emperor? Did he do something bad?”

Amaterasu patted the nun once more with a smile. “No, he didn’t. He is just very hard to deal with. You’ll understand everything today since you won’t be leaving my side.” She looked at Neptune. “Can’t say the same for her, though.”

“What do you mean by that?” Neptune was about to lose her patience. “Listen, is he an abomination? That reaction when I tried to put him to sleep with divine magic, it was as if he were a high-ranking horror. Is he a spy for that Nyar? An agent playing both sides? Or are you in league with those creatures?” She scratched the back of her head. “Considering how twisted you are; I won’t even be surprised if you’re some debauchery abomination.”

Amaterasu kept smiling as she gasped and moaned; the nun was doing a very good job. “Lovely Neptune, you are right on one part, but I can’t elaborate further unless we set some rules.” She looked toward Yog, “What is the probability of her fucking things up if I told her and she left this place?”

“She’ll stay silent for a week or two…” Yog looked at Neptune, “But then, she’ll spill the beans to an angel she trusts, and that angel would spread the information though the divine realm, causing an uproar, and the abominations would take that chance to strike.”

Neptune paled; she knew well that the words of Yog are the truth, since that little halfling knew almost anything.

Amaterasu pointed at Neptune with a finger, then giggled. “I’ll give you three options. You can only pick one; they’ll decide your fate.”

“And they are?”

“First, I’ll wipe your memories and doubts, then send you back to your post. You’ll go on living as you used to, and forget all of your doubts, worries, and anything related to what brought you here.” She gently bowed her head, “It was my fault that you ended up brushing against something you shouldn’t have known about, so I’ll take responsibility for that.”

First, Neptune was horrified to see Amaterasu bow to her, even if that bow was minor and with the nun still licking her, which made it all look like she was mocking her instead of being sincere. The mere fact that Amaterasu was sitting on a bed and talking to her instead of floating in the air was more than surprising.

“I can’t accept you bowing to me. That is my first option. What are the rest?” As Neptune asked, Amaterasu gasped for air, and then looked back at her archons. “Two of you, come suck on my toes. This nun is better than I imagined.”

As the archons approached, Amaterasu told Neptune about the other two options.”

“I can tell you everything, in boring details. But I can’t let you leave. Since the moment you learn everything, not even wiping your memories would help.” She looked at her with a smug smile and licked her lips. “So, you’ll stay here with me, and pleasure me for the rest of time. Like what those archons do.” She looked at the two sucking on her toes.

“They were like you, came to me for answers, and got what they came for, not what they wished for.” She asked two more archons to suck on her nipples. “If you want to know, then strip and come here. I’ll tell you while we’re having fun, and believe me, you’ll regret it.”

“Like we did.” One of the archons spoke. “Listen, I’ll tell you this. It is better if you don’t know, get your memories wiped and leave.”

Amaterasu giggled. “I won’t say that is the best option anymore. Since considering the time and circumstances… I’d say she might’ve hit the jackpot, the one you all missed.”

“The third option was supposed to be sealing you away till the time of need, but now, I can give you an option that you would hate, but be grateful for later.” She giggled and licked her lips.

“I won’t tell you anything, and won’t wipe your memories. But you’ll have to go and serve Arad Orion with your body and soul. I already talked with Goddess Eris to take you under her wing, so make sure to thank her.”

The archons paled, and Neptune’s face twisted into a frown. “So, you’re giving me three options? To either forget everything, spread my legs for you, or spread them for that Arad? Is there no option for me to not… get pounded by someone I hate?”

“NO! Take! Go!” All of the archons growled at her. “Go to Arad and do your best to please him. If you can serve by his side, then don’t ever look back.”

Amaterasu scratched her chin with a smile. “Well, you can just do your work. You won’t even need to show him skin, let alone sleep with him. But I say you would regret it later.” She looked at the archons. “What do you all think?”

All of the archons nodded. “Don’t worry.” One of the archons smiled. “You won’t get pregnant from him; it is impossible for us. But your soul would grow stronger, and eventually…” But as she was talking, Amaterasu slapped her on the butt. “You speak too much. Another word, and I’ll be sitting on your face.”

Neptune stared at them, then approached Amaterasu. “So, you’re saying I’ll regret knowing the truth and staying here to serve you. But if I go with Arad, I’ll live in suffering for a while, but eventually learn the truth and be glad?”

“Indeed.” Amaterasu leaned back. “So, what is your pick?”

“I’ll go with Arad Orion and see what he is worth. If you say that I’ll regret not going with him, then I’ll believe you.” She sighed. “So, that is my pick.”

Amaterasu blinked several times. “Ho? You trust my words that much? And here I thought you’d choose to get your memories wiped. What about staying with me, or do I disgust you that much?”

Neptune smiled. “Can I be frank? Like, disrespectfully frank?”

“Well, since you picked to go with Arad, you aren’t my angel anymore; you belong to Eris now. And, I was never against speaking against me.” She looked at the archons, “She is free to do and say anything. Nothing will be held against her, not in the present, future, or past.”

Neptune took a deep breath and then spat on Amaterasu’s face. “You’re the most heinous, disgusting, and appalling piece of beautiful meat I’ve ever seen. I mean, what did anyone expect from a whore Nymph gaining so much power in the first place? Just seeing you like this makes me want to puke!”

She pointed at Amaterasu with a sharp glare. “But… I have to admit, you’re far too competent and skilled than any other god. In fact, without you, the universe would’ve fallen apart eons ago.” She took a deep breath. “So, I can’t really say anything.”

“I hate to admit it, you earned the right to fuck around, since you’ll never find out. The universe is doomed without you at the helm.” She glared at the archons, then back at Amaterasu. “So, if you’re saying I should and go serve that dragon called Arad with my body and soul, I’ll do it. I know that I can trust you.”

“So, is there anything I need to know before going to him?”

Amaterasu reached with her hand, wiped the spit from her face, and licked it with a smile. “Archon Mathilde, the one who served the Elvish goddess Sylph before and now is serving Demigoddess Cerilla. She knows everything, so after reporting to Eris, make sure to pay her a visit and give her toes a kiss; she might slowly reveal the truth to you if you’re obedient enough.”

Neptune took a deep breath and then knelt down. “Thank you for everything, Divine Amaterasu. I’ve been in your care for over a thousand years, and this is where we part ways.”

“Wait,” Amaterasu called her the moment she stood. “I got a gift for you. Since you’re leaving my side, I’ll let you kiss my foot. This is your first and last time touching me.”

Neptune giggled. “You really think that humiliation is a reward? You must be mad; I’ll die before I do such a thing.” She looked Amaterasu for a second. “But…”

She knelt down and kissed her foot anyway. “Here, are you happy?” As she removed her lips, something clicked inside her soul, a titanic object of terrifying proportions.

“What…” Neptune gasped, and Amaterasu smiled. “A stray planet of storms I had lying around from the ruins of an ancient, dead world. Now, I gave it to you. This should make you stronger than most regular angels. It shall bear your name from now on.”

Inside her soul, the planet Neptune now rested, granting her power as it had become her true form instead of a gust of light.

In silence, Neptune bowed again and turned to leave. She opened the door and walked away, still confused. Amaterasu stood at the door, and smiled. With this, her business here was almost done.
