The dragon's harem - Chapter 1911: Eris’s Divine Plan

Chapter 1911: Eris’s Divine Plan
“Surely Amaterasu would notice that we’re up to something. Doesn’t she rule the gods now? She won’t miss a few of them worshipping someone under the table.” Arad’s worries were in their place. It was almost impossible to get such a thing to slip beneath Amaterasu’s watch, and so, the plan couldn’t proceed further.
But that was where Arad got stuck, not where Eris stopped planning. She knew Amaterasu better than him, and was also a divine being, so she had a simple but effective plan.
“How about we gather as many gods as we can under our banner, but not ask them to worship you yet. We’ll wait until we gather a few of them, probably a whole bunch, and then get them to all start worshipping at the same time.” She leaned forward and looked at Arad with a smile. “Why do you think that smaller evil gods can be so powerful when they don’t have as much backing as the others?”
Arad paused for a few seconds to think, but he didn’t know any answer. “Maybe they are like Amaterasu, drawing their power from a really powerful existence, like the stars and suns?”
She licked her lips. “Well, that is a part of it as well. But I was talking about something else, sacrifices. Quality over quantity, a single fanatic soul brutally sacrificed in the divine name could give a god a temporary, but massive boost in power.”
She pointed at herself. “I’m the goddess of murder, so I do sense all of those sacrifices being made. So, I got a painful, but probably a terrifying idea.” She lifted one hand, and then pointed at her heart.
“What are you talking about?” Arad stared at her and she giggled.
“Don’t get it yet? I’m talking about sacrificing myself to turn you into a god. I can wait until multiple gods are about to carry sacrifices at the same time, steal all of that power, and then impale or crucify myself and channel all the power to you.” Her eyes burned bright red. “Since I can’t die, I’ll revive right after, and I’m certain that much power would catapult you straight to the upper echelons of the divines.”
“But, would that work? I’m against sacrificing you, but let’s entertain the thought. You are one thing, but the sacrifices of other gods are no good; they lack the quality, right?” Arad leaned back, “And we’ll be making enemies like a rotten piece of flesh brings in flies.”
“Not really. The act of murder itself grants me power, and sacrifice is a brutal murder.” She smiled. “Those gods would still get the power from the death of their faithful; I’ll just get the power derived from the act itself.” She then once more pointed at her chest. “That would make me really, really, really powerful, so my death would give you even more power. It’s not like I’m channelling power directly from the sacrifices to you.”
“So, you’re saying that we can keep on building up power and allies, and then unleash it all once we need it?” Arad nodded, but wasn’t so sure about the whole thing.
“Indeed, we’ll keep working on and stockpiling power, and if any day we need it, we can detonate it all. The secret to a powerful empire is hidden power that can take your enemies by surprise.” She noted, and Arad disagreed a bit.
“Isn’t it displayed power? If everyone knows how powerful you are, they won’t mess with you, and you’ll avoid needless wars and bloodshed.” Arad was right, but only halfway.
“It is a mix of both; the empire needs to be strong enough that other kingdoms would fear and avoid messing with us. But we also need hidden cards and devastating secret weapons.” She leaned forward toward Arad with a grin. “Do you know what is the most effective weapon against humanoids?”
“I’m a dragon, so no.” He shook his head, and she leaned on his lap and took a seat there. “Well, it’s also effective against dragons.” She looked at Arad’s chest, leaned on it, and licked it. “The unknown, what they can’t understand, the inaffable darkness of the secrets of the obscure and the untold.”
“Imagine, a kingdom attacks us, but instead of a war, its soldiers who just marched past the borders find themselves back at their capital, naked and with ribbons tied around their neck spelling, unripe and unfit for harvest.” She rubbed her face on his chest. “What would they think?”
“What in the nine-hells was that? Confusion, and they probably won’t attack again until they find out what happened.” As he replied, Arad understood what Eris was talking about. While shown power fends off attacks after it was shown and flexed, it risks the enemy planning around it.
“So hidden power isn’t hidden, it’s just a weapon that the enemy knows exists, but doesn’t understand what it is, what it can do, or how it works.” Eris looked down, pulled Arad’s flesh, and grabbed it in her hands. “True, and that nation wasn’t fictional. It’s a kingdom to the south that tried to attack the Beastlands borders. You might’ve clashed with them before when you were at Hati’s place.”
“Those guys? I did scare them pretty well.” Arad lifted an eyebrow, and Eris giggled. “Not as much as Betty terrorized them. She took care of them in a single afternoon.”
Arad chuckled, “And now they think we have some kind of super weapon that can do that?”
“They are indeed, and I doubt they’ll attack again anytime soon. Unless they forget what happened to them, or figure a way around it.” She slowly lifted her hips, and threw a glance at Arad. “Looking at you, got me all worked up. You won’t mind playing a bit, would you?”
“Who would say no to you?” He grabbed her by the chest, and stood, lifting her up with him. “But I’ll take the lead.”
He grabbed her by the neck, and she felt his massive flesh getting forcefully rammed against her insides in a single massive thrust. She gasped and looked back at him with a smile. “Oh, I won’t like any other way, mess me up.”
Half an hour later, Eris got a call from Zia, who was looking out for her. She had taken too long having fun with Arad, and work was piling up. With a single thought, she opened a private path for Zia to use and allowed her to swim through the rivers of blood and reach them.
When Zia emerged by their side, the first thing she heard was Eris’s heavy moans, and the next was the rapid clapping. She looked at them and sighed. “I thought so…”
Eris was unlike all of Arad’s other wives; she was an immortal, divine vampire. Her skin was as pale as snow and without a single blemish or hair beneath her neck; her nails were long, sharp, and painted jet black. Her body was just perfect with thick thighs, but not ones that are too big; her chest was also plump enough, but not going overboard. She did have a bit of fat, but everything else was raw, trained, and toned muscles. Just one look at her was enough for one to understand that this woman isn’t just beautiful, but a well-trained and veteran soldier who has seen death more than a thousand times.
Eris’s hair was long and brown, smoother than silk, and clearer than the rains of moonlight, adorning her clear face and glowing eyes. Eris’s eyes were originally the color of dark honey, but as a vampire, they glow red, and as a goddess, they burn bright golden. Now, while channelling all of her powers, she had heterochromia, her left eye as crimson as the blood moon, and her right eye a reflection of the radiant sun.
But the most weird and interesting part about her body was that she was perpetually a virgin. The divine regeneration of her body and vampire nature already gave her healing capabilities beyond regular limits, which now even allowed her body to recover from losing her virginity in a fraction of a second.
Zia knew that each thrust felt to Eris like her first, since her body would’ve already healed. She won’t even bleed with how fast the regeneration works and the vampiric nature of her body that prevents her from bleeding.
Zia was the same, but it would usually take her at least a week to heal down there.
“Lady Eris, I’ve sent Neptune on a mission. Of course, as you ordered, she isn’t allowed into the private quarter. And I’ve used the excuse that she is being tested.” Zia threw a glance at Eris, who was being pounded, pulled by the neck and hair, and unable to stop moaning. “And, her planet disturbed the gravitational field of our sun, so we need you back to stabilize it.”
Arad stopped thrusting, and Eris took a greedy gasp for air. “Why did you stop?”
“Aren’t you listening to her?” He pointed at Zia, and Eris frowned.
“Zia? You can go at it after me, if you kiss my foot, I’ll even let you do it multiple times.”
“I’m not here for that.”
