But as if he didn’t recognize the blunder that he had made, the man shrugged and said, “I might not be able to defeat you, but I am sure that I have a better chance of defeating you than escaping you. So I decided to fight.”

Her eyes began to twitch when she heard this. Her voice was raised as she said with anger, “A rank 4 dares to say that it is possible for him to defeat me? Are all the disciples of the Four Directions Sect this foolish, or are you just especially stupid?”

Before he could answer her question, she pointed at him and said, “You will rue the day you were born. I will make sure of it.”

Then her two normal eyes glowed a golden light before two yellow beams of light came out of them. The two yellow beams combined into a thick pillar of light that smashed towards him.

Loki had been observing her as he spoke. To be specific, he had been observing her mind. What he saw was a round ball of nothing.

Her whole mind was sealed tight like an iron ball. He couldn’t read her thoughts, and he was sure that he wouldn’t be able to freeze her mind without overwhelming power.

He was contemplating this when her two eyes glowed and the pillar of yellow light swept in his direction. The Power Identification Ability took effect immediately and revealed the underlying workings of the laser attack to him.

He saw that the power of the attack was 5(Dao Status) × 5(Telekinesis Metac) × (5(Mind) + 90 Energy Well) × (5(Laser Eyes) × (500% Overdrive + 90% Energy Nexus), which is 70,062.5 units.

When he saw this, he realized that she wasn’t using all of her power for this attack. So he thought to himself, saying, “It seems she is underestimating me. That’s good.”

“It was right that I’d didn’t use my full power to escape earlier. What I should do now is make sure that she regrets underestimating me. I have one chance for this.”

After making up his mind, he used all he had to create a powerful attack. He used the Forging Pathway, the Dual Cultivation Pathway, and the Space Pathway to create an attack that caused him to be writhed in bolts of lightning.

His body expanded into that of a giant and swelled with power as the Shifting Armor created exomuscles to enhance his power. Then he rushed at her.

He was rushing at her with a power of was 5(Dao Status) × (4(Telekinesis Metac) + 4(Reversal) + 4(Space Tear))× (5(Body) + 5(Life Ability) + 5(Mind) + 5(Will) + 4(Soul) + 450% Energy Well) × (5(Body Lever) + 5(Living Armament) + 5(Energy Amplifier) +5(Force Lever) + 5(Lightning Engine) + 5(Weaken)) × (300% Overdrive + 450% Energy Nexus), which is 359,100 units of power.

This is the highest amount of power that he has ever produced in his life. It is something that is only possible because he used his Life Ability, his body, his soul, his mind, his will, five rank 5 Metacs, and one rank 3 Weaken Metac.

Because he was this powerful, the golden pillar of light couldn’t do anything to him. Instead of smashing him to pieces, the golden pillar even empowered him after the Reversal Metac took effect. So his power shot from 359,100 to 429,162 units.

All of these happened beneath the gaze of the rank 5 seer. The pupils in her third eye smashed into each other at times and other times combined, and some times, they moved each other like gears in a clockwork.

Her third eye was working overtime to make sense of what she was seeing. This was difficult for it to do because many of Loki’s powers were created with the aid of Divine Metacs.

As if this kind of power coming from a rank 4 wasn’t surprising enough, even the little that her third eye could see about his power was too unbelievable for her.

She saw that there was a power coating parts of his fist, which was making the space around his hand tremble. If this trembling had been caused by his overall power, the space around his entire body should tremble together with the same frequency.

But only the space around his fist was trembling in that specific way. This indicates that he is controlling something that is making space tremble. Since there is only one thing she could think of that could influence or manipulate space, what she was seeing became even more astonishing to her.

She said in shock, “Space Metac? You have a Space Metac? And is this a trace of Dual Cultivation I see?”

She also wanted to say, “How do you have a Space Metac? Why can you use it with your Forging Pathway? How can you have three pathways and use them together? This doesn’t make sense.”

But she couldn’t say all of these things because Loki had already reached her and his fist was about to smash into her torso. So instead of talking, she tried to deal with this dangerous threat to her life.

What she did was to clench her hand into a fist and bring her clenched fist to smash it against Loki’s fist. As she did this, lightning covered her entire body, and space began to tremble on the surface of her fist.

From far away, it looked like two identical beings were clashing with each other. This was because she had copied Loki’s attack down to its base.

This is the power of her Life Ability called Skill Copy. It copies the effects of Metacs and Abilities that she has seen and analyzed with her eyes.

The Skill Copy Life Ability can only copy skills, not the exact power of an attack, though. She still has to produce power with her stats, but the attack will look and act the exact same way. So it is more like her Life Ability is copying the combination of his Metacs.
