Klaus first took his time to reevaluate his gains.
Not only did his [Void Heart EX] passive ability become much stronger now that he had reached ’Super Void Affinity’, but he had even made so much progress in his ’Void Manipulation’ active ability too.
For now, thanks to the upgrade, he is receiving a 70,000% boost in Strength, Health, Agility, Stamina, Defense, and Magic.
This boost had affected his ’Void Manipulation’ ability, pushing him to a stage he didn’t even know he could reach this early in his Void Mastery.
Manipulating the void had now become much easier for him. His understanding of the void is much deeper now.
Merely forming spears made from void energy is something he can easily do. And since his understanding of the void is much deeper, weapons formed from the void have become much stronger.
The ’Void Manipulation’ skill had already reached the ’Divine’ Grade. So, for now, aside from merely forming weapons, he can do a whole lot.
He can do other stuff that someone at his level shouldn’t be able to do.
’I have received two abilities thanks to the void manipulation skill that is now becoming much more powerful.’
Klaus pulled the system window and reviewed them first.
[Void Devour] – Any object, energy, or attack that comes into contact with your void constructs will be partially absorbed, nullified, or converted into void energy. The stronger the object, the more energy it consumes.
Passive Effect:
– Increases void affinity and control by 200%.
– Each successful devour slightly restores stamina and void energy.
– Your presence becomes faint and harder to detect by the spiritual sense.
This is one of the abilities he had unlocked.
Although not absolute, whenever Klaus uses the void to create weapons or a shield, all attacks aimed at it are either nullified or consumed and converted into void energy.
In other words, the more attacks that land on his void constructs—mainly shields—the stronger he becomes.

One has lightning and thunder flashing and illuminating the night sky, while another one has pure darkness, with only a dagger, a mask, and a green book hovering there.
Klaus ignored all this and focused on the nine teenagers sitting in a lotus posture right in front of the nine doors.
Klaus got closer and observed them for a few minutes before a smile appeared on his handsome face.
’As I expected, something did change about me.’
Klaus looked at the faint runic symbol hovering before them.
’These tiny demons. They actually managed to comprehend—or more like are comprehending—the Origin Law of the void.’
The smile on Klaus’ face brightened.
The reason is what his nine soul bodies are doing. Comprehending the Origin Law is something that can only be achieved after one reaches the Perfect Harmony stage of comprehending a law.
Klaus is now at the Super stage. He would have to go through the Perfect, Transcendent, and Harmony stages, and then finally the Perfect Harmony stage, to be able to do what he is doing now.
This stage is where many stops, allowing them to have 10% control of the law.
However, those who want complete control of that law go further to comprehend the Origin of that law… They mostly call it the Origin Law.
Mostly, only Celestials who have transcended beyond the Heavenly Dao dare venture into such dangerous territory.
A little mistake means certain death. So many don’t dare do that.
However, his Nine Soul Bodies took the risk and comprehended it. Now, they are only building the Void Origin Mark.
Once that is done, whether inside or outside the void, using the void law will become much easier for him.
Klaus opened his eyes and turned to his ladies, “Sorry, girls, but we have to stay here for a few more months, perhaps a year or two. Something good is happening to me, something that will keep me alive even if I face certain death, so I need some time to work.”
The three ladies looked at each other and smiled, “Take all the time you need, love, we will wait for you.”
Klaus nodded and closed his eyes again. His mind returned to his soul sea and started watching his Nine Soul Bodies.
’How did this happen?’ Klaus wondered.
To comprehend the Origin Law of the void, he had to reach the Perfect Harmony stage or receive the Origin Mark of the void from the Void Dao or reach the Celestial stage.
He had yet to achieve either of the three. Well, he can’t achieve them, considering the heavens wouldn’t allow him to receive the mark or reach the Perfect Harmony stage since he is a Paragon.
But now, his soul bodies have formed one or are forming one for him. This makes no sense.
’How did they manage to see the Origin Void Source before comprehending it?’ Klaus knew for a fact he had never come into contact with a Source Law before.
The Source Law contains the Origin of all laws. He is a Paragon, so he had no business coming into contact with one.
However, somehow, his nine soul bodies had comprehended it.
’Don’t tell me they managed to comprehend it from what I saw in the vision,’ Klaus said inwardly, unsure, yet a part of him could sense something like that happening.
’The void crack I saw might have been straight from the Void Source Law. This means it contained the Void Origin. That is perhaps how they comprehended it.’
Klaus nodded, sure he had figured out the reason why his soul bodies were able to form the Void Origin Mark.
’But, I only saw that crack for seven years. That is not nearly enough time to form an Origin mark. The last I heard, it took the Nightmare Celestial King two million years just to comprehend and form the Origin Time Mark.
If I manage to accomplish it within seven years, doesn’t that make me a genius who appears only once in a lifetime?’
Klaus smiled cheerfully.
’Since that is the case, then I will wait till they are done.’
Klaus began to wait, knowing that once they were done, the void would have no choice but to acknowledge his existence.
