The Last Paragon in the Apocalypse - Chapter 1357: Unique Hunter

Chapter 1357: Unique Hunter
Since Klaus had nothing to do on their way to Planet Bluemoon, he decided to check his hunter profile and see what had changed.
After all, he had already become a special kind of hunter in the mission hall, so he was bound to have some benefits.
The first message he saw when he opened his profile was a congratulatory one.
[Congratulations, you are now a B-class Hunter.]
[Rewards have been transferred.]
[You are now eligible to pick missions from the epic mission board in every star system in the Milky Way galaxy.]
“Finally.” One reason he had been stuck in the Dervas Star System was that he was only eligible to pick missions from the star system he had registered in.
This meant that since he registered in the Derva Star System, he was eligible only for missions in that system.
However, now that he had become a B-class Hunter, he could pick missions from anywhere he wanted.
But that is not all. Klaus is more special than that.
He had become a special kind of hunter, so his privileges also extended further than those of a normal B-class Hunter.
[Because you are the first-ranked hunter on the Rising Star Hunter Chart, you are now eligible to pick missions from the Legendary Mission Board.]
[You have earned a specialized badge called Unique Hunter.]
[Unique Hunter: You have been recognised by the mission hall as a special hunter due to your achievements. You can now reserve a mission, provided it is not urgent. All reserved missions will have an indefinite completion time.
You can also be assigned missions based on urgency and specialty.]
Klaus smiled, already aware of this. Just like how he would become a unique warrior under the Warrior Tower, he was now a unique hunter, allowing him more flexibility than other hunters.
Back on Earth, Klaus also kept a smile on his face. He could see anything his other bodies were seeing, so these messages were exactly what he expected to see at the moment.
He went through the other messages, but most were just about some petty badges he had unlocked and how they had boosted his ranking.
In the end, he found out that aside from being the first-ranked hunter on the Rising Star Hunter Chart, he was also the 45th-ranked hunter on the Milky Way Galactic Hunter Chart and the 450th-ranked hunter on the Human Universal Hunter Chart.
Going against an Immortal Lord had raised his credibility to another level, giving him the reputation he needed to go anywhere he wanted.
Although he had yet to swim with the sharks, he now had some reputation that would enable him to do more than he could have if he hadn’t saved Star-Lord Victor’s daughter and fought two Immortal Lords.

“I just need to complete one more daring mission, and I will become an A-class Hunter.”

[Back on Earth]
After Klaus noticed his wives had planned to add new candidates to the harem, he decided to play it safe. After visiting the Ross family, he went back to the Tower of Defiance and took his wives for a swim.
Since the tower is standing in the middle of a vast sea, they had a rather large pool of water to themselves.
Klaus planned to explore the ocean floor, so he used that excuse to take his wives swimming. In two weeks’ time, they would have a barbecue night, and he would make sure everything was addressed then.
—
[One week later]
Meanwhile, a week later, his other body with Rory had finally arrived on Planet Bluemoon. It is home to the Lunar Humans, one of the strongest human races in all of the human universe.
They used Rory’s spaceship, so it took less time than it should have taken.
Even so, three weeks felt like a long time for Klaus, considering that the moment they took off from Planet Baski, Rory entered a secluded state with the excuse that she was comprehending a technique.
Klaus, of course, knew she merely didn’t want to talk to him, so she faked her seclusion.
He didn’t mind, but he planned on paying her back for depriving him of the precious time to have a nice conversation with her.
After reviewing his hunter profile, the rest of the time was rather boring.
“I have already informed planet control of our visit, so we will be heading straight for the headquarters of the mission hall,” Rory said, opening her eyes.
“Oh, she talks,” Klaus also said, a grin appearing on his face.
Rory turned and glared at him but said nothing. She knew Klaus was merely looking for a way to start a shameless conversation with her.
She had lived for 12,000 years already and knew when to entertain someone like Klaus and when not to. If she were to start with him now, there is a definite chance she would regret it.
“How boring. Girls your age by now are out there having fun, but here you are, being as boring as you can be,” Klaus smirked and stood up, walking toward the window of the spaceship.
He stared out, and his gaze landed on a blue planet surrounded by a large metallic rim, the kind that houses thousands of weapons.
’Icon, what am I looking at?’
[It is a planet guard housing both shields and weapons. Most of the weapons are defensive kinds, but there are a few SS-class offensive weapons.]
’I see. In any case, if I were to want the same thing for Earth, where do you suppose I would go for this?’
[The master must know that getting these kinds of weapons would, without a doubt, depend on one’s reach. First, you must register Earth, which would make the entire universe aware of its existence.
Second, you must gain the recognition of the Universe Bank since they are the owners of this type of weapon.]
’Yeah, I have no plans on bringing the universe’s attention to Earth just yet. I need to establish myself and secure a backer who can deter others if they dare to come any closer to Earth.
So until then, Earth will remain hidden. I will find a way to deal with the Black Flag Syndicate later.’
Klaus could only look as they headed closer to the planet.
Eventually, they came to a stop for inspection. However, before they could do so, a command came from the planet’s surface, waving off those inspections.
They soon entered the planet’s surface.
What greeted them was a beautiful landscape of towering buildings, some even reaching into the clouds.
“That is just showing off at this point,” Klaus smirked as they moved at a terrible speed toward a rather large building.
In no time, they slowed down and came to a stop. Below them, three people stood, waiting for them to alight.
Klaus recognised Darius right away. The other two were also Immortal Lords. Klaus paid attention to the lady because she seemed to pose a hidden danger.
She has blue skin, just like every last Lunar Human.
The other Immortal Lord is a High Human, just like Darius. But his danger level is a bit low.
Klaus and Rory landed on the ground and moved toward them. Darius was, of course, happy to see the kid who had given him some credibility because of his achievement.
“Welcome to Planet Bluemoon, Renegade Hunter,”
