The Martial Unity - Chapter 2636 Loveheriting
Chapter 2636 Loveheriting
“Planning to open a yoga center here?” Rui raised an eyebrow.
Amare tilted her head. “What’s that?”
It was only after she was done and the crowd dispersed that he finally got the opportunity to speak to her. “How in the world did you even get that many people to listen to you?” Rui marveled at the dispersing crowd.
She beamed with warm joy. “I resonated with them and alleviated the burden that wore down their mind and soul.”
He stared at her. She heaved a melancholic sigh. “There is so much suffering. So many people have died, and even more have suffered due to the Beast Incursion. If my words can help even some people, then I feel duty-bound to help them.”
“Well, whatever you did appears to be working,” he remarked, studying the relieved and refreshed faces of the people dispersing from her meditation session. “Good job.”
She beamed at his praise. “Thank you! Good job with blessing them with your power.”
Rui scoffed. “I did not bless them. I just imparted a service.”
She smiled knowingly. “If you say so.”
He grumbled while she giggled at him. “Let’s go, it’s time to depart.”
It wasn’t long before the two of them were personally seen away on their departure by the leaders of the nation.
“We will be forever grateful to you, O Dawnbringer and Saintess,” they offered their heartfelt gratitude. “May your journey be well.”
And thus, back they were on their journey through the Beast Incursion, wading through hoards of beasts and monsters.
“Ah…” Amare’s eyes lit up as her palm flew forward with devastating momentum. “I almost forgot to tell you.”
BOOOOM!!!
The sheer force of her palm strike struck a wyvern with a calamitic impact, launching it far, far away into the distance.
“Kriek…!”
“What is it?” Rui casually asked as he watched several seismic slimes explode within a vacuum domain.
BOOM BOOM BOOM!
“I remember the geography of the Commonwealth of Dincarne!” she exclaimed. “I definitely visited this place in my sealed memories!”
“Hm, that’s good news,” Rui nodded encouragingly. “It means that the whole reason you joined me on my voyage through human civilization is working out consistently. Your grandmother is wise.”
“She’s the best!” Amare celebrated, launching several more beasts and monsters with even greater power.
BOOOM!!!
Rui’s eyebrows rose. “Is it just me, or have you gotten even stronger?”
She was generating remarkable power, considering that they weren’t even using their Martial Minds. He recalled her output very well, allowing him to notice even small changes in it while she fought against the beasts and monsters.
“Of course! I get stronger every second of my life.” she smiled. “And the memories that I gained from our travels so far have also given me strength. I’m so happy. The stronger I grow, the closer I get to Nirvana!”
“You…” His eyes lit up with amazement. “You’re incredible.”
She beamed at his words, smiling at him in warm ecstasy. “Thank you! You’re incredible as well!”
She continued humming as she blasted monsters and beasts with her tremendous power while Rui fell into thought.
“Everything is Martial Art, is it?”
That would mean he would have to adapt to everything.
“Well, that was always the goal, more or less,” he murmured to himself, activating Hellverse to wipe out an entire army of monsters and beasts. “Still, I cannot help but wonder…”
Could the Martial philosophy of Genism empower Adaptive Evolution in any way?
He didn’t know.
“I can adaptively evolve better if I am able to derive useful muscle memory from my daily memories, I suppose,” he realized. “Wait, is it possible for me to evolve the Forge of Creation with Gen Martial philosophy?”
He hadn’t considered that possibility!
The Forge of Creation was comprised of two components. The foundational mastery and the CREATION System. In this particular case, Rui wondered if he could enrich his foundational mastery with Gen Martial philosophy.
“After all, the foundational mastery component of the Forge of Creation is ultimately just mastery over a wide variety of actions and principles,” Rui’s eyes lit up with enthusiasm. “It all boils down to muscle memory.”
If he could obtain even a fraction of Amare’s extraordinary ability to train her muscle memory by simply living life to its fullest, then he would be able to grow the foundational mastery component of the Forge of Creation. He would be able to widen and broaden it, thereby increasing both the diversity of the techniques generated by the Forge of Creation and their quality. This, in turn, would naturally enhance his Adaptive Evolution and bring him even closer to fulfilling Project Water.
“I could grow the Forge of Creation at a steady and continuous rate,” Rui realized. “Eventually, it would reach even greater heights that not even I could have imagined prior!”
This excited him tremendously.
The Forge of Creation was already the most powerful system of techniques in his Martial Art. If he could strengthen it with even greater power, his ability to adaptively evolve would reach domains that he could not even imagine.
And yet, he understood that Amare was a truly extraordinary being in her capacity to embody Gen Martial philosophy. She was Gen incarnate as far as her Martial Art was concerned. A very amalgamation of everything that the founders of Gen had envisioned when they created this Martial philosophy.
How could he possibly inherit her ability to embody this Martial philosophy?
Was it hopeless?
“Amare.” She turned around as her long, brown hair sashayed in the cool breeze.
Her hazel eyes shined with bright enthusiasm.
Her smile was warm and welcoming.
She was beautiful.
“…How does one best inherit the ways of another?” his tone was profound. She smiled warmly at him. A single answer escaped her.
“Love.”
His eyes widened as she turned around, humming about as she skipped along.
A soft smile emerged on his face. “Well, isn’t that just convenient?”
He followed her along as they continued their journey. A journey to salvage the world.
A journey to discover themselves.
