The Martial Unity - Chapter 3991 A Giant Threat

Chapter 3991 A Giant Threat
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
RUMBLE!!!!!
The very fabric of space and time shook as the Martial Artists managed to rupture a part of the formation of the laminar army, piercing through and wreaking havoc on the structure of the army, increasing the vulnerabilities that all laminar units faced. It was a feat that only the Martial Artists could have performed, with three thousand Martial Sages, each capable of unleashing earth-shattering destruction. The Panama Continent had proven to greatly surpass the remaining continents in the past six years, when it came to pathwalker strength. Before, it used to be contendable, even if the rapid growth of Panamic pathwalkers meant that they had gained an edge over the others.
But in recent times, the pathwalkers of the Panama Continent could likely take on all six civilizations’ worth of pathwalkers and likely emerge victorious, even if the victory was likely to be pyrrhic.
It wasn’t something that any of the other six civilizations were particularly happy about. Even if most of them had established some kind of peace with the Panama Continent, it was not pleasant to see an ally, rival, or even enemy go this far ahead of all of them.
Now, however, they were grateful that the Panama Continent didn’t hold back with cultivating their power, making them strong enough to actually keep up with the laminar army.
The alien army had greater military technology at their disposal than Gaian civilization did, and save for dwarven products were equipped with their mysterious durability, Gaian spacecrafts and warships were much weaker, ultimately. This gap could only be compensated by pathwalkers. And indeed they were.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
The giant space beasts of the therianthropes seized each and every opportunity that the miscalculations of their enemy gave them. The laminar army’s apparent failure to account for the extraordinary infantry of Gaian civilization had created a strategic blunder that allowed the infantry to steamroll the laminar integuments and swarm the warships of the alien army.
The giants withstood the siege of attacks even as the therianthropes, the evolutionaries, and tekvores filled in the gap of both offense and defense, allowing them to slowly but surely keep the warships from destroying Gaia and take them down at an even optimistic rate.
However, not everything went smoothly.
The Martial Artists that served as the strongest possibility of victory were inexperienced at their Realms and even more inexperienced and unsuited for space war.
This created blunders.
Blunders that could threaten the very survival of Gaia.
“Squad A-92! A fleet of warships has evaded your net!” The voice of a central command officer urgently rang through their earpieces. “It’s heading straight towards Gaia unprotected!”
RUMBLE!!!!!
A series of bubble-like warships somehow managed to extricate themselves from the net of a large number of inexperienced Martial Sages who watched with horror as the powerful warships moved towards Gaia, gaining a free shot.
There was no army felt to stop them. “NO!!!” Amare turned with horror as she watched the warships charge with power, unleashing a destructive onslaught of power at Gaia in the distance.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
A tremendously powerful beam of tachyon-condensate beams was unleashed at Gaia, threatening to vaporize the surface of the planet. Gaia was an extremely durable planet due to various factors, whether it was the esoteric matter in the Panama Continent and beneath it, or the countless energy absorption systems that were dug into the crust by the advanced civilizations of Gaia. Or even the negatron core and the gap between the mantle and the core, creating a sort of planetary shock absorption system, making it astronomically more durable than any other planet.
However, the sheer amount of energy that the warships had unleashed was still enough to wipe out all life on the planet, even if it didn’t completely destroy the planet at its core.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
It should have been pure destruction.
The surface of the planet should have been lit ablaze.
And yet, it didn’t.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
Each and every single person watching from the Gaian army widened their eyes with shock as the tachyon-condensate attacks struck a large but extremely familiar titan of a body.
It was the Suneater itself.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
He was in the exosphere of the planet, having finally made his way through Gaia’s atmosphere slowly and gently so that he didn’t disrupt the world itself with his tremendous size and mass. He had taken his own sweet time to depart from Gaia, allowing him to be at the right time and place to intercept the attacks that had reached Gaian civilization.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
The destructive attacks that were meant for Gaia struck his astronomical body, inflicting significant wounds on it. Yet, his expression and eyes remained uncharacteristically calm for a giant as he weathered the attacks, escaping Gaia’s atmosphere as he entered outer space, surging towards the freed warships, swatting at them with a single swing of his hand.
It was overwhelming.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
He utterly annihilated the squad of warships, turning his eyes towards the laminar army with a deep, deep gaze.
“You should not have come to this world.”
If the laminar integuments could experience fear, they certainly did. RUMBLE!!!!!
The world shook as the Suneater charged forth, emerging over the Gain space army, before slowly, but inevitably, crashing into the laminar army in what was the equivalent of a space-cannon ball jump.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
A large number of laminar warships were wiped out as the laminar army began panicking, spreading out more and more to reduce the number of ships that the titanic giant could get with a single swing.
And yet, the Suneater was not deterred by such measures as the depths of his eyes lit up with a profound intelligence.
“Giant Mind.”
It was the power that he had gained access to in his battle with Rui, reaching an even higher Realm of power, allowing him to gain a profound amount of control and strategic efficiency with the deployment of his power.
He was without a doubt one of the most powerful pathwalkers in all of Gaia, second only to Rui, if even.
RUMBLE!!!!!!!
The world shook violently as the Suneater entered the battle, reinforcing the chances of Gaia’s survival.
