The Primordial Record - Chapter 2050 Beyond Every Limit

Chapter 2050 Beyond Every Limit
Eos looked past his Origin Realms and into the endless void surrounding him, and he sighed.
Limbo was changing.
For sixty-five million Cosmic Eras, the actions of the Ancient Primordials had reshaped the fabrics of Existence, following the footsteps of their creator, Enoch.
Every Existence before this mad Luminous had a boundary, and even the greatest powers to ever exist, the Luminous understood the importance of maintaining the stability of Existence, even if they chose to set themselves apart from it.
Enoch had not cared about this stability, cursed with the unending hunger and desire for change that every living Luminous had poured into his body before he took his first breath. Enoch had set out to change Existence, and he succeeded beyond his wildest dreams.
He broke Existence in ways that even the hidden power of End could never have anticipated. Even chaos needed walls to flourish, and Existence no longer had a boundary; it could expand infinitely, and this process fed upon itself, ensuring that the new Existence created by Enoch’s mad desire for change had become something that was beyond comprehension.
Existence at this point was not older than 900 Million Cosmic Eras, a brief flash of nothing when the lifespan of Existences was placed in the picture. Sixty-five Million Cosmic Eras ago, Existence as it was known was transformed into Limbo.
The transformation of Existence happened the moment the Ancient Primordials butchered and consumed their first seven Realities. They did not understand what they were doing, no, one of them did, Nyxara, the Primordial of Soul. This Ancient Primordial saw the true face of End when her siblings were only blinded by the glow of power.
She saw that Existence was expanding beyond any control, and if there was any chance for a ruler to arise that could bring Existence back to the stable form that it previously enjoyed, they would have enough power to command all the Origin inside it.
The power of End was great, but the foundations of Existence were built with Origin, and it was the only power that could reverse this process that Enoch, in his madness, had unleashed.
Enoch no longer had any physical body that he could use to return to Existence, and the Ancient Primordials, created from his body, only held a fragment of his power; they could not reverse the expansion with the power they were given by Enoch, to do this, they had to harvest the power that Enoch had poured into Existence in his quest to unleash change upon it.
To get this power back from Existence, the Primordials unleashed an unrivalled slaughter upon it, and from their actions, the power of End bled into Existence, and it transformed it into Limbo.
The Luminous had made a prophecy about the end of all things, where life and its origin were brought to their limits, and everything that was once known as sacred was corrupted and broken. This was supposed to be the end of life, and nothing was supposed to emerge from this end… it would be eternal silence forever.
Limbo was the culmination of that prophecy, at least it was supposed to be.
End was the inevitable direction that Existence would reach, and it did not matter how long it took… it could take such a long time frame that if the lifespan of Primordials were placed beside it, the Primordials would be like fireflies.
The power of End was a natural phenomenon, and for a long time, this power had acted in a manner that suited its nature. It took only what was given, and it was patient, and it waited.
However, in the past, something changed, a broken god was brutally tortured, and his soul was given up to End. This god endured pain that no one in all of Existence could comprehend, and so over the course of countless quadrillions of Cosmic Eras, the pain and madness of this god began to bleed into End.
The Luminous, in their desire to distance themselves from Existence, were the only ones who could have stopped this unholy combination, but they turned their eyes away, and this action would cost them everything.
End was a natural force, but after the pain and madness of this broken god bled into it, this force became… unnatural.
It was a profound irony that the god who gave End its madness had found freedom, but… maybe it was the only way for there to ever be any balance. He had suffered a fate that was more cruel than anyone deserved to ever suffer, and perhaps it was only right that he became free of his madness and able to exist in a space where End did not want to touch.
End with a consciousness perverted by pain and madness began to take joy in its purpose. Suffering and misery became its breath, and madness and evil were all it craved.
Limbo was always meant to arrive, but End could not be patient, and his actions led to its earlier creation… but such a drastic shift in the way Existence was supposed to function triggered a change like never before.
Existence that had once been bound had become unbound… Limbo was supposed to be the end of all things, but in the depths of Limbo, in a place where nothing should thrive, there were ten thousand Origin Realms shining like pearls in an ocean of shit.
Eos whispered a question to the heavens, and his voice slipped past his Origin Realm into Limbo, and he knew that End heard him.
“Extreme Yang gives birth to Yin, and Extreme Yin gives birth to Yang. At the deepest part of the Abyss, light can be born. At the height of End, a being like me can be born. Your actions had led to Existence breaking past its shackles. There was never supposed to be a fifth layer of Origin, but your hidden manipulations had consequences… Tell me, End, did you think this would happen when you unleashed Enoch on Existence?”
Limbo was vast, and his Archai stood at the peak of all nine dimensions and looked down upon it, and they showed Eos everything they could see with their eyes.
This was how he could see that the power of Limbo was converging, and it was almost as if Existence was shrinking, but it was not, Existence kept expanding, it was Limbo, this portion of Existence that had become a part of End that was shrinking.
Its powers were condensing to cover the entirety of the Origin Realms, and Eos knew that if this power was fully concentrated, the battle to decide the fate of all things would begin.
