The Primordial Record - Chapter 2103 I have The Bait

Chapter 2103 I have The Bait
Like the great betrayer that she was, Nyxara began to feed him the plans of her siblings; all of this was in order to choose the right location for an ambush.
Eos was surprised to learn that the Ancient Primordials were content with waiting and watching as he created New Primordials because they believed Eos was planning to depend on using their collective Origin Force as a weapon against them, in the sense that the more Origin Force was rooted in Eos’s Origin Land, the broader his foundation became.
This insight into his power structure and plans was shocking, but they were still underestimating him to a ridiculous degree. Of course, the addition of so many Origin Force seeds inside his Origin Land was a plus, but his true growth was coming from the Primordial Record.
He did not want the Origin Forces inside the Record; what he wanted was the Essence, and although this Essence was corrupted by the power of End, his serpents were the perfect filters. Their scales would hold the power of End, only allowing the purest essence of Origin to enter their bellies.
If he finished consuming all the Origin Essence inside the Primordial Record, the serpents would shed their skin, and this would be like creating an extremely powerful weapon that Eos would not wield, but simply dispose of because he did not want to be corrupted by this power.
Even the pure Origin Essence in the bellies of the serpents was not kept; they were being used as fuel to power their endless growth, and this growth was reflected in his Origin Land, which was continuously exploding in size.
One great thing about the Origin Ouroboros Serpents was that the bigger they became, the more they could eat, and so as time went on, Eos’s growth was not slowing down; it was becoming faster.
Eos may not know of anyone else who could enjoy their strength growing faster as they became stronger, but he knew that this was because he was swallowing the foundation of Existence that had been taken by the Ancient Primordials.
He also knew that Nyxara telling him about the knowledge of the Primordials was also to probe his foundation. She must be suspicious of his secret plans, but because she did not know the full breadth of Eos’s knowledge, she had made a mistake about his capabilities, and there was no way that Eos would correct that mistake.
This was the same way the Ancient Primordials had toyed with him for many years until he discovered the truth, and Eos was not a person who did not learn his lessons after it had been branded into his soul.
Still, with the actions of the Ancient Primordials wishing to stand back as they elevate their power and watch Eos’s own decline, was the right plan, but because they built this plan on the wrong premise, they were only destined to fail in the future. It was errant foolishness to believe they were growing stronger at a faster rate than he was.
Eos was very willing to let this happen, but Nyxara was not, and she would become fully suspicious if he allowed the Ancient Primordial’s excellent growth to continue.
This became a problem for their plans because the best way to get to the Primordials would be on the field of battle, where Eos himself would have to emerge to resist them, or they would slaughter all of his Primordials, but with them not willing to leave their nest for the time being, the plan would have to be changed.
“We need bait, and it has to be precious enough to draw out Elgorath and Xyris?” Eos muttered, sending this thought to Nyxara, “What can draw these two away from the rest?”
Nyxara replied after a while, “I will give you a response soon.”
Eos nodded his understanding and placed this string of memory connecting him to Nyxara aside. He had two pressing concerns at the moment. The Fifth generation of Primordials was about to be born, and he needed to integrate the new understanding he had of the higher dimensions into the foundation of the Origin Realms in such a smooth manner that it would be almost undetectable.
It was a shame that he could not bring this technique out in the open, because that would be like announcing that he had peered beyond the borders of Existence and seen the tenth dimension.
The best he could do was to silently patch the loopholes in the foundation of all life inside his Origin Realms while disguising the fact from everyone else.
They would all believe they were cultivating the sixth dimension of memory, not knowing that their foundations had been changed to Parallel Realities. Even though they had this new foundation, he was going to be locking away these new skills from them. The enemy could not know he had repaired this loophole because Eos was playing the long game.
He knew that in the future, if the true power of his Origin Realm was released and he began to win the war, that was when the true strike of his enemies would emerge, and they would try to finally bring him to his knees by exploiting that weakness, but that weakness would no longer exist and therefore the action they made would be the greatest way for him to know the true face behind this great deception.
It was said that the hunter who shouts before he shoots his bow would always return home with an empty hand.
By sheer luck, Eos had gained access to his Proto-Dimensions, and he had kept this secret for so long, and now it had become the door that he used to peer into Existence’s greatest secrets.
With the solidification of this plan, Eos knew that he could no longer keep Death alive, as it was the only being in Existence that might begin to understand the value of this secret, since it was given a technique that used the power of this dimension.
If the Beast were to truly understand what Eos held in his hands, then it would realize the power he was hiding. The only reason the Beast had not yet figured out that Eos had once shown it his first and second-dimensional realm was that the technique that was given to it was cryptic.
It was clear that the Temple of End wanted to hide the secret to the tenth dimension from the Beast, and so the technique they gave him was very complicated.
However, it may take a while, but with the mental abilities of these old monsters, Death may soon figure out that it was wielding the combined power of the first and second dimensions, and if it realizes this, then it won’t be long before it recalls the realms that Eos had shown it when he was ignorant of his true potential.
Death would have to die, and there may be other opportunities here as well. Was he not looking for the chance to kill Elgorath and Xyris, and also searching for the right prey to draw their attention?
Eos sat back on his stone throne as a beginning of a plan began to form inside his head, and when he had perfected it to what he needed, he contacted Nyxara,
“I have the bait.”
