Chapter 1132: We Got Their Base Location
Ok… So to summarise what my Shadow Guards and I learned from the sexual torture of those slavers…
This is a surprisingly big organisation that operates mainly on the borders of the Lecharuoc Kingdom and the Nekinumi Kingdom. There is supposedly one head and four executives with each executive apparently being their most capable people within that organisation.
Their main base seemed to be in the forest within the Nekinumi Kingdom between Ashi and Shippo village with members numbering in the hundreds.
In other words… We have our target.
I mean… It’s already on the route we were taking anyway so we might as well just go there and deal with them while we’re at it. There’s no benefits to leaving such a group running around freely after all.
With that said, it meant it was time for us to leave this place once again.
Sister Rolia did try her best to convince me to stay and she looked so pathetic grabbing onto my ankle and crying so we ended up staying for three more days before we finally left.
And those three days… Well… Let’s just say that Hiandoca definitely won’t be complaining about not having costume play sex for a while at the very least…
Heck, I don’t even think I did anything else aside from just having sex… These girls are insatiable…
Thankfully, Hiandoca seemed to be satisfied from that and I stopped getting costumes to wear after that. Although I have a feeling it was more of a ’satisfied for now’ thing with her…
On another note, Odeta did get her sparring session with Sister Rolia and surprisingly, there was very little damage done to the training ground the Marchioness owned.
I only found out later that she had commissioned that training ground to be made to be enchanted to withstand all sorts of punishment that she could dish out, just so that she had a place that she could go all out if she wanted to.
When I asked her how much the training grounds cost to make, she refused to answer nor meet my eyes so I decided that I was better off not knowing.
And if you must know… Neither side won, though I would say it was more because they weren’t exactly using their full power.
Right now, I also needed to make a change in my plans as originally, I had wanted to travel on the road as much as I could instead of relying on ’fast travel’ alternatives like using Grey Walkers to teleport us there or flying to our destination.
But since that executive had managed to escape from us, we figured that this group must have already marked us so it would be in our best interest to get rid of them as fast as possible.
That’s why when Unerolia offered us the use of their Grey Walker that could teleport us to the border near Tserof Fort, I decided not to turn it down.
From there, we would just need to head north and we should be in Nekinumi Kingdom, which was Katsuki’s former home.
Unerolia came to see us off at the door while bawling her eyes out.
“Waaahhhh…. I’m going to miss you, Aster!! Come back to visit anytime, ok? If you’re at the Academy, send me a letter and I’ll do my best to visit you there as well!”
“Oh, I can still talk to you, you know?” I informed her with a grin. “I have a boon that allows me to call people telepathically that I know the full name of. Although there’s a caveat that the longer the call is maintained, the hornier the both of us would become.”
Yeah, that’s the [Booty Call] boon.
As long as I know the name of the other party, I could initiate a call with them no matter the distance.
I have been using this to call Mother basically every night just to give her an update on how I was doing since she insisted that I do that.
And because of the drawback of the boon that would make me hornier as the call goes on… It is also the reason why I wasn’t against the girls being so lewd every night since I need to deal with it anyway…
Sometimes the girls would just start while I’m on the call and… Well… Mother knows about our relationship anyway so she doesn’t mind…
Sister Rolia gasped and quickly wiped away her tears, “You can do that?! Then can you connect me to Cousin Justi? It’s been so long since I’ve heard her voice!”
“Err… No, sorry… The boon only allows me to call you to talk to you… I can’t connect you with other people…”
“Oh. That’s fine then~ Talking to Aster is also nice~”
She still has that obsession with Sister Justi I see…
“Well… I guess this is where we part then?” I sighed.
Unerolia immediately went back to crying again, “Waaaahhh! I’ll miss you, Aster!! Call me whenever you can, ok? I’ll be waiting for your calls!!”
I promised her that I would call her every other night and we headed to the Grey Walker’s Guild to initiate the teleportation.
The Guild was located near the outskirts of the city since the Waystone that they use to teleport was located near it.
When we got there, the place was empty aside from just two people, one of them a male and the other a female Mahun.
The female one came over to us when we entered and greeted us with a nod of her head, “Are you the ones that the City Lord hired us to take to Tserof Fort? Lady Aster, correct?”
I nodded, pulling out the contract that Unedolia had passed to me as proof.
She gave it a look over before handing over the contract to the guy who promptly stored it away, leaving us alone with the woman.
“Ever Grey Walked before?” She asked.
I nodded again, “I have, but that was quite a few years ago.”
“Good, then you know what to expect and what you should and shouldn’t do while we’re travelling in The In-Between Planes, right?”
“Yes.”
“Then let’s go.”
She led us out of the building while I turned to Carrey, “Have you Grey Walked before?”
She quickly shook her head, “I have not, Mistress… This would be my first time…”
“Alright, then just follow alongside Katsuki and don’t touch or bring attention to yourself, ok?”
“I will try, Mistress…”
Well, I’m sure Katsuki would be able to watch over her so I left it at that.
The Waystone was located on the field outside so all of us gathered around it as the woman worked her ability to create the portal that would bring us into The In-Between Planes.
The piece of rock started to glow and arcane looking symbols floated around it before the air in front of the stone seemed to fold into itself and a grey coloured portal appeared, big enough for a carriage to be driven through.
She turned to us, “Follow me, don’t make any sounds, don’t touch anything, don’t look at anything for more than ten seconds. Got it? If any of you end up being sent to some other dimension or location, I am not responsible nor will I be trying to save you.”
Harsh… But since I already know what kind of place the other side of the portal was, I could understand why she would say that.
All of us nodded at her and she turned to lead us through the portal with all of us following close behind her.
When we stepped through the portal, we found ourselves standing on top of what looked like a giant tree branch with various other branches all around us.
But instead of green leaves sprouting from these branches, it looked like the leaves were made of glass or something with how translucent they were.
You could just faintly see the outline of the leaves and I tried to inspect one to see if there was anything special about them.
The surface of the leaf began to ripple and it suddenly changed to show a scene of… Hmmm? Is that me?
I’m standing in the middle of a room and all my girls were collapsed around me? And it looks like we were surrounded by a whole group of people that I could only see the legs of.
There was one person standing apart from them and it looked like I was glaring at that person in particular.
Just as the image was starting to pan towards the person I was glaring at, I was suddenly forced to look away by someone grabbing my chin and turning to the side.
The Grey Walker scowled at me as she released my chin from her grasp, “What did I just say? Don’t stare at anything for more than ten seconds. Heck, don’t even stare at anything for longer than five. You go mad or lost here, I’ll also not be responsible. Got it?”
I nodded.
I made sure the other girls were also aware of it and the Grey Walker started leading us down the branch towards the exit portal that was located on another branch.
Seems like there weren’t really any threats here aside from staring at the leaves so it was a rather easy walk there but…
Now I can’t help but wonder if what I saw was the future or just an illusion?
We should be fine, right?
Hmm… Just in case… I guess I should be more vigilant in the next few days?
