Will of chaos - Chapter 1902: Cap 1898: Awakening of the 7 Stars of Chaos

Chapter 1902: Cap 1898: Awakening of the 7 Stars of Chaos
Pov Valius:
I look down at my hands, the power coursing through my body disgusting. This was definitely the worst decision I’ve made since becoming an Ascendant.
“(Vecna is clearly different… even Mavor seems to be paying more attention to him.)” (me)
Mavor and Urak, even in their earlier desperation, going to the Goddess Urd just for the chance to save themselves, still have their own personalities, always focused on selfishness, fear of death, and utter arrogance.
Vecna was the same as them in these aspects, but he was always the least emotional of the three. Each of his decisions and moves was coldly calculated to maximize his chances of success.
Now it was different. Vecna was much more emotional, which fortunately makes him more predictable and also distracts his mind. Mavor noticed this and is always by his side.
Deep in the forests where he hunted Callidora’s monsters, attacking them took several more minutes before he could finish them all off. The entire forest was clearly covered in blood, and that’s when those of the Curse arrived for me.
“Valius, prepare to act.” (Mavor)
“At your command, sir.” (Me)
Vecna was drawing several Law Runes on the ground using the blood of the hunted monsters. Even without the Law of Blood, he still possessed the Law of Control, which allows him to control anything without a Will of its own.
The purpose of this ritual is tracking. It was clear that the two were being controlled by the same being, that Chimera from before, but Vecna wants to confirm whether this is the work of the Chimera itself or some kind of artifact.
“Do it.” (Vecna)
“< Spiritual Law: Contract Tracking >” (me)
Pulling my book open, Law Runes rise, intertwining in very specific patterns before being thrown to the ground, activating the bloody ritual below. All the bodies and blood of the infernal creatures are dissolved into a red liquid that gathers in the middle of the ritual, the image of a grotesque sword revealed in the reflection of the red liquid.
A sword made of flesh, muscle, bone, and even organs like the still-beating heart. As soon as the sword’s reflection was revealed, flames redder than anything I’d ever seen rose in a column of fire, destroying the ritual and nearly incinerating half of my body in the process had I not been dragged back by a companion.
“That wasn’t an object. It may look like one, but it wasn’t… huh?” (Vecna)
Suddenly Vecna looks in a direction where a horrible Aura spreads, then he waves his hand, causing a translucent mirror to appear. What appears is the Envoy of Callidora, armored, holding the exact sword we saw while facing one of the Avatars of the Curse.
“Krimus, how are we going to deal with him?” (Mavor)
“We won’t. He’s stronger than me and doesn’t even seem to be fighting seriously. I just don’t understand why.” (Vecna)
“The sword is out of our plans now. Feel the Aura; it’s imbued with the power of the Concept. I won’t antagonize Hell by trying to steal it.” (Mavor)
“Yes, we already have too many enemies, and even if we get the sword, there’s no guarantee we can use it.” (Vecna)
“Let’s go to our other Target.” (Vecna)
“Are you talking about the Bringer of Chaos, sir?” (Me)
“Yes, we need your power, and it certainly won’t help. I know you considered this possibility before I returned, but he is our enemy.” (Vecna)
“We’ve faced him many times, we’ve had three incursion plans into his universe, and we’ve injured many of his companions, which, for someone so emotional, makes things between the two sides unrecognizable.” (Vecna)
“Even if we catch him, we also have no guarantee that we’ll be able to control his power.” (Mavor)
“Yes, we do…” (Vecna)
Saying this, Vecna looks in the direction where Callidora’s Envoy was taking the Avatar of Curse. There stands Zenos, surrounded by other Avatars. He was well guarded, even though he was there. I don’t understand how Vecna would even think of approaching him.
————————-
Pov Zenos:
“What is that thing!?” (me)
“An Origin Artifact, a Weapon created to carry the power of the Concept.” (Davoth)
“It’s alive… I’ve heard rumors, but… this was the first time I’ve seen it.” (Ronan)
“Disgusting…” (Lolth)
“What a decadent existence, neither alive… nor dead… just eternal suffering…” (Sarazar)
“Hell uses living souls and bodies for its Origin Artifacts; that’s its form of creation. You’ve probably seen the gates of Hell. What do you think they are?” (Davoth)
“…” (me)
As I listened to Davoth’s words about what that sword might be, we saw Callidora’s Envoy wielding the sword against what must have been the Avatar of the Curse, the one Ronan once called Krimus.
“Damn it!” (Me)
“[Eat this!]” (Igor)
Suddenly, two pills and a piece of raw meat appeared in front of me, as well as in front of the others. Everyone ate what was handed to them without a second thought. There was no time to think about what an ally was giving us, because true chaos was brewing in this place.
Besides the Envoy of Callidora clearly getting closer to us while fighting Krimus, the Avatar of Hatred was luring that great Demon toward us along with the Avatar of Greed.
They both surely want to create great chaos to try to finish me off; at least that old man Greed must want that after what I did to his last Avatar.
I soon felt my entire body overflow with power, all my energy was beyond its maximum. I also felt it was easier to control the incomplete Concept within me, yet I didn’t let myself be distracted by the new increase in power.
I still had two cards up my sleeve to use later, but now I had to use at least one now if I wanted to stay alive.
“< Divine Summon: Eclipse Beasts >” (me)
Soon, six magic circles covered in runes appeared around me, from which all my Divine Beasts and my former Familiars emerged. Hinata, who was reasonably close to me, also appeared beside me, as did the others who were still inside the Ship, waiting for just that.
Everyone was silent, concentrating on our connection. As soon as I closed my eyes, all connections with them were activated to their maximum as my power and Aura exploded, circulating toward them.
“< Unholy Incarnation: Awakening of the 7 Eclipse Stars >” (me)
This was a technique I’d used in the past, even if briefly, I realized that the weak was too great for my Soul and the Souls of my Familiars. But now it’s different. We are all much stronger, and each of them has a Path connected to my Divine Realm. This is an Awakening beyond the Unholy Incarnation itself.
I feel my Energy Cycle use my connection with them as a pathway to extend to them. My power circulates through all of them, and their power circulates to me, all in one single energy cycle.
The power of all becomes the power of one; Divine power multiplies exponentially. It wasn’t the simple sum of all its parts; it was a qualitative change, an irradiation of all their paths complementing mine, like a complete puzzle showing the same image.
Their bodies become ethereal before compressing into six jewels that fly toward me at insane speeds. The six jewels disappear into my chest, where a larger jewel emerges from within. From this larger jewel in the center emerges an extraordinarily realistic Eclipse, seeming to pulse along with my heart.
My body grows larger, my head transforms into that of a Dragon, my body is covered in scales, while my wings become ethereal, as if they were a reflection of the universe itself.
I try to hold back the strong instinct that seems to roar from within me, an almost uncontrollable savagery like an irrational beast trying to destroy everything.
All of this happened so quickly, it was only the blink of an eye, and when I regain my awareness of my surroundings, I see Hades wounded in front of me, being grabbed by Krimus before using him as a weapon to throw Callidora’s Envoy back.
“< Unholy Breath of the Eclipse >” (me)
I don’t even try to run toward them. I open my jaws, a great circulation of power gathering in my jaws. When I launch the attack, what comes out is a lightning bolt that seems to form a path, destroying space itself while a new space emerges within, a new starry sky with seven intertwined paths around a great path. It’s as if I’m throwing a universe at them.
This attack hits all three of them. Krimos surrounded himself in a cloud of insects while Callidora’s Envoy cut off part of my attack with that sword. The only one who didn’t defend himself was Hades, and it wasn’t even necessary. He was born of my power and is also my Herald, so he won’t be hurt by the power he represents.
They back away from Hades, who flies out of my attack, rooting and eating them, his wounds healing quickly. That’s when the others also attack.
Ronan attacks Krimus along with Sarazar and Lolth, while only Davoth approaches me to face Callidora’s Envoy together.
“How long can you last in this state?” (Davoth)
“I don’t know… a few hours…?” (Me)
“It’ll have to do…” (Davoth)
The two of us hadn’t even started fighting the Envoy of Callidora, nor had the other three begun fighting Krimus, when suddenly that great Demon appeared, launching a powerful attack at the Avatar of Hatred, who had made a point of being in my direction before dodging the attack coming my way, a beam of pure, concentrated Demonic energy.
“< Origin Magic: Meeting Room >” (Igor)
“< Seal >” (Igor)
Before I could be hit, the attack disappeared as if it had never existed. The same happened to the Avatar of Hatred, and that Great Demon, the Envoy of Callidora, immediately turned with a serious expression toward the ship.
“I don’t like others interfering with the show.” (Sent from Callidora)
“[You have 30 minutes, maybe less… that’s the time limit for me to seal them like this.]” (Igor)
