Will of chaos - Chapter 1910: Cap 1906: Give me that power!!!

Chapter 1910: Cap 1906: Give me that power!!!
Pov Igor:
Looking at the screens, I could see the Ascended coming in a straight line toward Zenos, but I didn’t like the Anomalous Creatures joining the fight. They also seemed wary of their backs; something was wrong with them.
“Sir, the weapons are ready.” (Flávio)
“Multiply with your power, use Xavier to put his Origin Artifact in place.” (Me)
“As you command…” (Fábio)
I didn’t look away. In my hands, I was still holding a golden coin with a hole in the middle. This was a single-use Origin Artifact, cheaper and faster to manufacture, not to mention the more lax usage requirements.
“(I can’t use this yet, I must save it for a more opportune moment.)” (me)
“[Sir, all set!]” (Xavier)
“Good, target the Anomalous and Origin Creatures, then attack!” (me)
In my eyes, a very bad guard was forming. If it weren’t for this Event, Zenos would already be dead. So many enemies gathered together, even the Infernal creatures were focused on him. At least the Infernal Envoy and the Titan of Taint were focused on him.
I’m not an idiot. Something was happening, something I don’t fully understand, but the signs are too obvious, almost planned, and the ones who planned it were Callidora, perhaps Hatred or Pride, it could even be both. Curse also made a strange move with Krimus not attacking when he had the clear opportunity to do so.
I sense someone is playing a game, and I don’t like being part of schemes without knowing anything. The Merchant is clearly involved; that would be the only reason for his previous orders to deliver that Artifact to Zenos, as well as to stay by his side afterward.
“What are you thinking?” (Niryna)
“About the future and recent events.” (Me)
“Don’t get too lost in your thoughts, your attack didn’t work.” (Niryna)
“Huh!?” (Me)
Suddenly, my eyes turned to the screens, where a column of light cut through space, heading toward the Anomalous and Origin Creatures. But before it could hit any of them, the attack was interrupted by blue flames, incinerated without being able to pass through the flames.
“The Origin Phoenix… what is that thing doing here…” (Me)
“It’s coming, which means I’m leaving. I can’t directly involve myself in the event.” (Niryna)
“< Spatial Movement >” (Niryna)
Space warps as she walks forward before disappearing, her two servants following close behind.
“I hate all of this.” (Me)

Pov Zenos:
My body still hasn’t fully recovered. Even though it’s strengthened by the fusion of my Divine Beasts, all the damage I took in these battles isn’t healing properly.
“Davoth, you take care of Vecna, and I’ll take care of the other Ascended, along with Sarazar.” (Me)
“Okay.” (Davoth)
No one asks where Lolth went. Everyone knew she wouldn’t let Igor fight alone. The Anomalous and Origin Creatures were already close enough for us to see the failed attack attempt that led to their change of direction, now within range of the ship.
“Sarazar, you know what to do…” (me)
Before I could finish my words, Vecna revealed himself before me. His presence was massive, yet he seemed on edge, as if he could barely contain the two Concepts within himself.
The more I saw him, the more likely it seemed that the collision of those two Concepts was creating traces of Chaos power. This theory is very likely. I just don’t know where these traces of Chaos power are hiding in his body. It seems impossible to sense if not for this resonance, so it must not be in his body itself, but in his Soul.
“Wait! I didn’t come to fight.” (Vecna)
“Do you think I’ll believe you with all that murderous intent pouring out of you like a fountain?” (me)
“I’m not at my best right now; my actions as such are not completely under my control.” (Vecna)
“My anger, hatred, and contempt for you are also not unfounded, so I ask for your understanding.” (Vecna)
“Davoth…?” (me)
“You don’t need to listen to him; he’s buying time to control his state, which has spiraled out of control.” (Davoth)
“< Breath of the Star-Tomb >” (Sarazar)
I nod to Davoth as I throw my Sword and dagger toward Mavor. Davoth disappears, and I advance on Mavor.
All the accidents worked together, dodging Sarazar’s attack. When Vecna simply extended his hands forward, joining his fingertips to form an arrow wave where he gathered the Power of Law, he was able to cut Sarazar’s Breath attack in half. This attack caused no injuries to anyone.
Even so, my weapons pierced Sarazar’s attack, aiming for the head and heart of Mavor, who was behind Vecna. But before it could reach him, two metallic hands covered in Law Runes emerged from within his wings, grabbing the two blades that couldn’t reach him.
“< Divine Law of Eclipse: Stellar Judgment >” (me)
This was another mid-level spell I simply adapted; sometimes something simple and quick to use is all we need.
Millions of Law Runes surged in all directions as my Aura exploded, these Runes rapidly condensing power before descending like shooting stars toward the Ascendants.
These stars contained both the Unholy power and the power of Law, an attack from all directions. But Mavor seemed to have done something when his five pairs of wings grew, leaving hundreds of metallic bravos emerging from his wings, their Runes of Law shining on them, healing protective barriers that warded off my attacks.
Mavor didn’t even try to defend the other Ascended, who did their best to avoid the attack completely. Thankfully, none of them were killed.
Vecna didn’t even have to do much; his six pairs of wings extended like a large umbrella, blocking my attacks.
Even so, I had time to approach safely, with Davoth following close behind with his Demonic Creature.
Clenching my weapon once more, I used brute force to push Mavor away from Vecna, with many Ascended following behind already attacking.
The last thing I saw was Davoth attacking Vecna while Sarazar advanced on the Ascended, parrying their Breath attack.
“< Law of Creation: Reality Dolls >” (Mavor)
“< Anomalous Apocalypse Magic: Divine Devastation Wave >” (me)
The Divine power within me gathers alongside Ragnar and Hinata’s as an Aura of cataclysm surges around me, spreading like the explosion of a nuclear bomb. Divine radiation severely burns the bodies of the Ascended who were trying to attack me from behind.
As I performed this area-of-effect attack, the power of Reality distorted around Mavor, creating headless arms, legs, and even bodies. They were humanoid dolls without heads, their joints floating close together. This thing was made from the crystallization of the Power of Reality.
Even so, what frightened me was something else. As I swung my sword and dagger to attack these dolls, something struck the hand holding the sword, but I didn’t feel it as a wound; it was as if it were trying to mark me.
It was a wave of Reality’s power that seemed to move my body somewhere, and of course I wouldn’t allow something like that. My power shattered this reality energy, my Aura becoming a Dragon’s head, devouring this reality’s power until nothing was left.
Just when I thought everything was resolved and I was ready to attack Mavor as quickly as possible, I suddenly received a pain in my stomach that sent me flying backward.
Looking ahead, it seemed Mavor was nowhere to be seen, but Vecna was smiling confidently in front of me, the two Concepts still clashing around him with two-colored arcs of electricity.
“< Ascending Law: Halberd of Ascension >” (Vecna)
Wasting no time, he advanced toward me again, a finely decorated Halberd forming in his hands from the fusion of Law Runes.
My sword was used to parry the repeated attacks of the Halberd, which was two-colored and contained the two still-conflicting Concepts. I didn’t want to take a hit from that thing, so I parried with my sword while the Dagger danced in rapid attacks against his body, which didn’t work with those energies seemingly shielding him from me.
He was so confident that his smile grew more awkward as he opened his mouth to speak.
“Did you think you could escape me, Bringer of Chaos!?” (Vecna)
“You’ve switched places.” (me)
“There’s no way I’ll let you escape. I want your Chaos power, and you’re going to give it to me!!!” (Vecna)
“That’s not going to happen!” (me)
With that, we clashed again, rapidly, not letting the opponent attack as he pleased or concentrate his power. I couldn’t dodge all the attacks, and cuts were appearing repeatedly, and as expected, those wounds weren’t healing.
“Give me that power!!!” (Vecna)
His eyes turned scarlet as his voice became filled with rage, as if he were another person. His attacks became more frenzied, surpassing his limits to the point where wounds opened on his arms. Even blood was streaming from his eyes, his Aura completely out of control.
The two Concepts seemed to respond to this madness Vecna indulged in by increasing his power to his head as the moment passed.
“(It’s not good… I’m starting to be suppressed…)” (me)
