Will of chaos - Chapter 1997 1997: Cap 1991: Awakening from Paradox...

Before me stood Urak, one of his arms hanging and destroyed, his wings torn off, and numerous bruises covered his body, all very close to vital points without ever hitting them.
“Who was it?” (me)
“Does it matter…?” (Urak)
“< Chaotic Blood Magic: Hunt of the Condemned >” (me)
I waved a finger towards Urak, blood seeped through my skin forming a complex miniature magic circle that was soon ignited by Starfire. A wolf-like creature with a leech’s head rushed towards Urak, piercing his body as it grew.
The creature, made of Starfire and blood, quickly ran away, leaving behind Urak, fully recovered yet weakened.
“What did you do!?” (Urak)
Urak looked at his own condition in astonishment. It was more than clear that she had been injured with little to no resistance; she had only defended herself enough to avoid mortal wounding.
The worst part is that this wasn’t even the first time; it was the third time in five days. I let it pass the first time, warning her to be more careful, which fell on deaf ears.
I let it pass the second time, this time warning everyone about the consequences of allowing or carrying out such acts against her, which once again was as effective as talking to a brick wall.
There are no more warnings, only punishment. I could easily discover the culprit, but it would be a waste of my limited time, hence this magic as a form of punishment. There’s no way to avoid my attack, even for a God.
Seeing her recovered state and the changes in the creature that had passed through her, Urak must have realized what I was doing and clearly didn’t like it.
“I simply returned all the damage she suffered to the culprit.” (Me)
“Don’t do that!” (Urak)
“Let me be clear, I don’t care about your opinions or the motives of whoever is responsible!” (Me)
“I don’t give a damn!” (Me)
“We’re about to enter a battle where the chances of victory are already slim enough without you, who ARE ONE OF THE PARTICIPANTS!!! GETTING SO HURT!!!!” (Me)
“…” (Urak)
“Your guilt, remorse, fear, or whatever damn problem is inside your shitty head, none of that matters to me!” (Me)
“You will suffer the punishment I have established, you will do what I ordered, and you will fulfill your function according to my Will!!!” (Me)
“UNDERSTOOD!!!” (Me)
I was angry, not only with this situation, but with many things; this was just the cherry on top of my shitty ice cream.
I don’t have time to deal with someone I would normally have killed without mercy after months of torture. I don’t particularly like her; even now, just looking at her bothers me enough to reconsider whether I should just end her miserable life.
“You’re acting like Mavor back when he couldn’t control his emotions.” (Urak)
“Let’s be clear here, if I think for even a second that you’re not in fighting condition, I’ll put 89 in your place!” (me)
“You wouldn’t do that. He’s completely incompetent in battle and as Urd’s Avatar…” (Urak)
“Just so you know, Urd is considered part of my forces. Using 89 wouldn’t be a problem, and Urd taking over his body would be enough for him to fight.” (me)
“Resorting to threats now!?” (Urak)
“It’s not a threat, but a warning that I will carry out if you don’t start acting with the responsibility this confrontation requires!” (me)
While I was giving Urak an ultimatum, his big mom came flying in with a serious expression on her face, and I’m sure it’s because someone was hurt by my previous magic.
“Zenos…!” (Urd)
“I don’t care who got hurt, but since you’re here… help Urak with his training, I have something to do.” (me)
Sigh
“Tarzor.” (me)
Before Urd could say anything, I just turned around as space closed in around me. It only took a blink of an eye before I appeared somewhere far away on the edges of Tarzor.
“You’re letting your emotions affect you on purpose, why?” (Tarzor)
“I need to release this fury without causing serious harm or damaging my mental state during combat in a few days; it could be dangerous.” (Me)
One thing I know well is how much emotions can be a hindrance at the worst possible times, and I have frequently felt my emotions fluctuate.
“Is this the place you spoke of?” (Me)
“Yes, this Galaxy is still being born, none of the planets in this Star System are inhabited, but I would still appreciate it if you didn’t destroy them.” (Tarzor)
“I can’t promise anything, nor do I know what will happen…” (Me)
The planet Tarzor brought me to looks more like a desert with sand as far as the eye can see, a single river kilometers wide cutting the planet in half; this was the best place for it.
“Don’t let anyone get close, no matter what happens. I don’t know what might happen, and I don’t know if it will be dangerous for anyone besides me.” (Me)
“I’ll do it, but be careful.” (Tarzor)
“I’ll do my best.” (Me)
I watch Tarzor leave as I approach the bank of this colossal river where I sit, observing its strong current for a few seconds before closing my eyes to meditate, sinking my consciousness and Will into the depths of my Existential Spark.
The first thing I see upon entering are blue flames twisting like tentacles, the stars in the sky exploding one by one, and only a few dozen remained. The water mirror beneath my feet resembled a stormy sea with waves the size of mountains.
The most surprising thing was the silhouette that had previously stood atop the stars in a fetal position; it was now standing with its arms outstretched to the sides and its head turned upwards, its body surrounded by rays of blue flames while particles of energy flowed from it into the rest of the space above, causing the destroyed stars to try to reform themselves.
“Why are you here!?” (Paradox)
“I wanted to see you.” (me)
This time her presence was constantly changing, as if it were solidifying, melting, and solidifying again in a constant transformation. I can feel that she is searching for something specific; she herself is delaying her awakening with this constant search for something.
Her voice also changed; she no longer needs the mental voice from before; she is speaking directly now using her Soul.
“What are you doing? Why are you delaying the process?” (me)
“I have to make sure that my entire Concept has been destroyed and remade. Each time I redo this last step of the process, I am refining your Concept of Chaos within me, adapting myself more, and it also becomes more difficult to continue remaking it.” (Paradox)
“Why make everything so difficult?” (Me)
“This is my last and only opportunity, I can’t risk all this coming to nothing.” (Paradox)
“There is no fear in death since that would only be a new beginning.” (Paradox)
“There is no fear in destruction, since that would only be a definitive end.” (Paradox)
“Even torture loses its purpose and function over time.” (Paradox)
“But the loss of sanity is unbearable, being unable to control yourself while destroying with your own hands everything you cherish most and becoming something you would be ashamed of… for all eternity… this… this I cannot allow…” (Paradox)
I could feel the conviction in her voice, her own aura spread with a horrible weight, it was clear she was exaggerating, but it seems she won’t stop until she can no longer continue, she’s pushing herself far beyond her limits.
“That’s why you absorbed more of my power before, isn’t it?” (me)
“I’ve already lost the power I once had, which is liberating, but I still needed to be sure it was permanent.” (Paradox)
“How long?” (me)
“A few hours.” (Paradox)
“You still haven’t said if there will be any consequences.” (me)
Something that has always worried me since I thought about this is whether there will be any consequences for what we are doing.
The exchange of such an Entity is absurd to imagine, I don’t believe something like this can happen without any kind of repercussion, even so none of the Entities I know tried to stop it, in fact they all knew about it and seem to encourage what is being done, I don’t know what to think anymore.
“There would be consequences if it were any other Concept, but Chaos is by default a paradigm shift and a breaking of rules, there will be no consequences… but there will be repercussions…” (Paradox)
“What will happen?” (Me)
“It’s already happening, it’s been happening ever since you became a God, finally reaching part of the Concept of Chaos.” (Paradox)
“Do you think a Primordial God can create something like Tarzor? Do you think your Star Path is a mere Divine Realm? Do you think it’s normal to have been able to integrate the Laws into the Natural Cycle?” (Paradox)
“…” (Me)
“Zenos… my sweet and innocent Zenos… you have no idea of the repercussions you’ve caused even now…” (Paradox)
She spoke almost as if mocking my blindness, then came silence as she strained harder and harder while I decided to watch until the end.
———————
5 hours later.
Suddenly I feel a tremor as all the stars shatter and the mirror of water that turned into a stormy sea begins to boil, the burning figure above slowly opens its eyes as endless light emanates from it.
“The time has come, call for me! Give me a new name!!” (Paradox)
“(New name…)” (me)
