Will of chaos - Chapter 2002 2002: Cap 1996: We were prepared...

Pov Loth:
“< Lena’s Scythe: Reaper of the Unworthy >” (me)
“< Art of Cataclysm: Bloody Storm Piercer >” (Aszarmin)
The leaves of my staff merge, taking the form of a scythe of energy, releasing a tense vital energy as I advance against the enemy, his weapon bringing back a past I am ashamed to have lived.
And as I advanced against him, his spear seemed to pulse, the blade distorting as a red crystal doubled the size of the spear, crackling with bloody energy.
Our two blades collided, releasing a wave of energy that swept kilometers around us, his Aura becoming sharper as he pressed his spear to pierce my staff.
“< Breath of Life >” (me)
I smile at him, concentrating power in my jaws, which open wide, releasing a powerful vital energy that surges wildly in a beam of condensed energy, striking him. He was unable to defend against a point-blank attack.
My attack pushed him back as part of his armor continuously absorbed my power. Seeing that he was close to giving up the previous push, I decide to counterattack, reinforcing my power in the staff, which further increases the blades of the energy scythe, this time pressing the enemy against the ground in desperate defense.
“This… this is what a battle is all about!!!” (Aszarmin)
“But we’re only getting started!!!” (Aszarmin)
“< Summoning of War: Army of Nature >” (Aszarmin)
“How dare you do something like this!!!????” (me)
He was laughing, his helmet shattering, revealing his smile as blood trickled from the side of his lips.
But the power he had unleashed before was finally revealing itself; from the great stones, the trees, and even the tall grass, soldiers emerged in identical armor, pure elemental energies within them, each marching towards Aszarmin.
His power is clearly to create soldiers with elemental power, but that’s not the problem. The real reason for my disgust towards him stems from the destruction he caused by having these soldiers expend their energy absorbing the elemental power of his own soldiers.
He’s basically doing the same thing Hatred did cultivating those black-armored creatures; the technique is almost the same, but while Hatred drains people with his disgusting techniques, this wretch, who should be an Elf, is absorbing from nature itself, stealing the power of nature for his soldiers.

“< Invocation of Rebirth: Womb of the Fairies >” (me)
The power that had been gathering beneath the earth as I synchronized with the world itself, soon caused an illusory figure of Lena to emerge from the ground like a ghost, but with the difference that her belly was larger, with creatures emerging from within.
Each creature was a fairy with wings resembling different tree leaves and things made of petals from various flowers. One of these fairies was larger and more beautiful than all the others, seeming to exist in harmony with the very nature that surrounds her.
All these fairies had their own minds and souls connected to me like a hive of insects.
My fairies were also charged with the powers of nature, not stealing the power of nature but embodying it as they advanced, beams of energy as well as other stronger attacks.
His army and my fairies clashed with two extremes of technique. While his army employed perfectly coordinated military tactics, my fairies acted individually yet in sync with each other, their attacks enhancing each other’s power.
Amidst all this chaos, several soldiers of the hose element emerged from the nearest trees, already attacking from behind because of the nearby trees.
I had to stop attacking while defending against those blows, because each damned soldier carried at least one trace of the Concept of War.
“You’ll need more than that!” (Aszarmin)
“< Art of Cataclysm: I Am Nature >” (Aszarmin)
“(He dares to reject nature to this extent!?)” (me)
What he had done was repugnant to behold; he used his body as a world, his blood as water, his bones as earth, his flesh as fire, and his breath as wind.
I could see his poor imitation of a natural cycle that corrodes the nature around him to the point that, if this weren’t such a special place, it would already be causing kilometers around it to wither before turning to dust.
His body grew while constantly changing, the elemental energies leaking from his body rejecting those that truly belonged to nature; the wood of his armor began to create branches that intertwine like muscle fibers, forming a Titan.
I return to my Dragon form, my scythe reverting to a staff in my hands, my Dragon form always much more humanoid than in the past.
His elemental soldiers try to attack me now that I’m a bigger target, but the Fairies I created fight head-on against his troops.
“< Breath of Life >” (me)
“< Art of the Cataclysm Spear: 5th Form >” (Aszarmin)
I unleash a Breath attack against him, and he launches his spear at me. His spear grows, becoming a contorted tree with dozens of blade-like branches, each carrying a different elemental power.
His spear pierces my attack, but before it reaches me, I concentrate my Aura and Concept into my staff, maneuvering it to collide with the spear. My staff creates the same number of branches as his spear.
My staff pushes his spear away as I advance to attack him, but before I get close, I notice his smile, and it’s too late.
“< Art of Cataclysm: Natural Collapse >” (Aszarmin)
My entire body was bathed in his repugnant energies, burned and frozen while being pierced, cut, and crushed.
“< Lena’s Blessing >” (me)
My heart pulses, releasing an explosion of vitality that heals my entire body as I advance through his unrestrained attacks. Each wound inflicted on me is healed immediately, and as soon as I leave the attack area, I’m gone.
He was already waiting for me with his spear in hand. I move my claws to stop his attack while swinging my staff against him, where all the energy collars fly like hundreds of blades, cutting his giant body to pieces, digging into the wood that surrounds his body until we reach his true form.
“You’ll need more than that!!!” (Aszarmin)
“Persistent bastard!!” (Me)
——————-
Pov Zenos:
Lolth’s fight was intense and very wide-ranging. The Elf she faced clearly possessed the power of Conception; it seemed to be a battle against the elements or something similar. His power was the opposite of what one would expect from an Elf.
While the two titans fought on the mountain and in the sky, an ever-increasing number of creatures completely devastated the forest. For every soldier that fell, a new one emerged from their fallen bodies, which then turned to dust. The same happened with the Fairies that emerged from Lena’s pregnant figure without stopping, the one who seemed to be the leader of the Fairies protecting Lena’s figure.
“I don’t understand, why doesn’t she let Lena take over?” (Me)
“That would only worsen the situation. The moment Lena embodies her Avatar, War will do the same.” (Xerxes)
“What’s the problem with that?” (Me)
“Simple, War is stronger, an Entity not only suited for combat, but that exists for combat itself, Lena wouldn’t stand a chance.” (Xerxes)
“Her luck lies in War liking to even the odds, so she won’t interfere before her opponent, even if it means defeat.” (Xerxes)
“I understand…” (me)
“The battle is over…” (Sarazar)
“She stole his energy and couldn’t handle it…” (me)
I saw the two titans on the screen fall to the ground as the elemental army disappears along with the Fairies.
“Would that be a draw?” (me)
“[It seems both participants are out of combat, so I declare a draw for the first confrontation!]” (Igor)
“A draw…” (me)
Suddenly Lolth’s wounded body appears right in front of us, brought by the system which places it in my arms before disappearing.
I see that besides the various injuries, there were opposing energy images within Lolth that were rejected by her body and soul; this is what shook her mind enough to render her unconscious.
Suddenly, Lolth’s body lit up with a strong vitality surging from her body. After that, she stood up with bright eyes and knew that Lena had incarnated in her body, which healed rapidly as she gathered the strange energy in her hand, crystallizing it into a cube shape.
Soon her presence returned to normal. Lolth blinked and regained her balance before falling to the ground, her face showing disappointment with the result.
“Don’t make that expression, Zenos was prepared for something like this.” (Xerxes)
“Yes, the risk of having you and Sarazar among the participants was that Ayden would have people to go against you two, so you exceeded expectations by at least achieving a tie.” (Me)
“From the battle we witnessed, it was clear that your opponent was almost perfect to face you; their powers were unnatural and almost poisonous to you.” (Me)
“I shouldn’t have tried to drain your vitality.” (Lolth)
“You were unlucky to go against someone so prepared to go against you, but leave it to me and await the group confrontation.” (Sarazar)
“[Now let’s begin the next confrontation!]” (Igor)
