“What is this place?”

The ones that were brought into the space under Lin Fan’s mountain garden were shocked by what they saw.

It was only natural that they would be shocked since this was something that none of them would have expected no matter how they thought about it.

There was even a moment where they thought that they would collapse from all of the spiritual energy that was in this place.

It really wasn’t something that normal people would have been able to adapt to, but the ones that were brought to this place were anything but normal. After all, they were the ones that had been picked out by Lin Fan and Han Ba.

They were the ones that had passed their standards, so it was only normal that they were anything but weak.

The training that Han Ba was already putting these inner sect and outer sect disciples through could already be considered very hard training. He took care of them, but that didn’t mean that he didn’t push them to their limits.

In those cases, Han Ba would look to Lin Fan for help to heal them.

After all, Lin Fan had the ability to grow any kind of herb that they needed, so Han Ba took advantage of this to push them beyond their limits. It would result in them becoming stronger, but too much would shatter their minds.

It was only because of Han Ba taking care of them that they weren’t pushed that far.

But Lin Fan knew that Ye Qing Huan wouldn’t do the same thing.

When Lin Fan didn’t say anything, Ye Qing Huan suddenly turned over and asked, “Do you think that I can’t do this?”

That was why he said with a calm look on his face, “It’s not that. It’s just that we have to be careful that we don’t leave any lasting effects on them since we’ll be counting on them in the future.”

“You think that I can’t do that?” Ye Qing Huan’s voice became a bit lower as if she was challenging Lin Fan.

So in the end, Lin Fan could only say with a sigh, “Feel free to do whatever you want.”

It was only then that Ye Qing Huan stopped making things harder for Lin Fan.

She said with a nod, “Don’t worry, I know that they will be the foundation of your faction in the future.” Then with a turn of her voice, she said in a serious tone, “But they will need to be stronger.”

Lin Fan hesitated for a second before giving a nod in response.

He knew that she was right since the ones that he was facing were the established factions of the Heavenly Demon Sect.

After all, what was he supposed to do if this was what Ye Qing Huan wanted to do?

At least he wasn’t the target of Ye Qing Huan’s ’training’ this time.

As Lin Fan watched the inner sect and outer sect disciples suffer under Ye Qing Huan’s ’training’, he could also see how effective it was. Even if it was torture for the ones that were doing the training, there was no doubt that it was effective.
