When that one elder from the Kunlun Sect faced the full might of the Heavenly Demon Sect elders, he didn’t dare remain where he was. As soon as he saw them coming at him, he immediately moved out of the way without any hesitation.

Even though the other Kunlun Sect elders glared at him for this, he didn’t care at all.

“You can try blocking them with your life.”

Without the binding array, there was really just no way that they would be able to stop them. So that was why they did all that they could to try and force out the pure elemental energy from the array.

They had no idea what was happening with the array that the pure elemental energy was disappearing like this.

But when they looked carefully, they found that their storage of pure elemental energy was missing.

“Where did it all go?”

That was the only thought that was on their mind when they realized this.

That pure elemental energy storage was something that the elders of the Kunlun Sect had worked hard to prepare over a long time, it wasn’t something that anyone else knew about.

There was a moment that they thought this was nothing more than a trap that the Kunlun Sect group had set up, but they knew that this wasn’t the case once they felt the energy fluctuations that came from the roots.

“How can you call it a secret alliance if we know about it?” One of the slower elders of the Kunlun Sect asked this in response.

“You’re right, it wouldn’t be a secret alliance if you were to know about it.” At first there seemed to be this teasing tone in that voice, but then it turned cold as they said, “That’s why we just have to make sure that you’re not around anymore.”

As soon as this voice turned cold, the roots started moving even faster.

The Heavenly Demon Sect elders were convinced when they saw this.

If the other side wanted, they could have taken care of them with these roots a long time ago.

There was no need for them to wait until now…
