Chapter 598: Chapter 254: Becoming the Life Ancient Tree (Part 2)
At that moment, he transformed into a gigantic Life Ancient Tree!
Its branches and leaves protected the land like an eternal sky, and like a Guardian in battle, blocked the Dark Energy released by Drake.
“This is your endgame!”
When the gigantic Life Ancient Tree formed beside him, its massive body shimmered with dazzling brilliance.
Every leaf contained powerful Natural Magic, and those green lights seemed to come from the depths of the Cosmos, showcasing the Power of Nature to its full extent.
Drake was astonished by this scene; he had never seen such a majestic and mysterious existence.
In a mix of fear and anger, he once again unleashed a black orb, but now the Green Shadow Shield had turned into an unbreakable tree barrier, completely blocking his attack.
“Die!” he roared, but his response was the relentless pressure exerted by the gigantic Life Ancient Tree upon him.
“Revive, resonate!”
David shouted once more, guiding the giant tree with his will, readying it for a strike.
When Drake attempted to charge forward, the enormous entity tilted forward like a thousand-pound hammer.
Simultaneously, countless green vines shot out from the tree like arrows, attacking Drake like a downpour!
Those vines not only carried intense attack power but also the capability of Life Regeneration!
Each time the vines touched Drake, they seemed to erode the Dark Power away from him, letting fear gradually seep into the depths of the once fearless monster’s heart.
As time passed, the Vampire Mage, bound and struggling, began to feel despair sweeping over him.
“No! How is this possible!”
Facing the immense pressure and endless vine bindings, Drake struggled barely but couldn’t escape.
He could not imagine that facing this force of nature’s revival from ancient times, he was so vulnerable.
“I won’t lose to you mere plants!”
He shouted, but his voice grew weaker, from initial arrogance to present despair, unable to resist against the suffocating new form!
Just as the final blow was about to fall, the Earth trembled, and thunder continued in the sky, the gigantic ancient tree pressed down with irreversible momentum.
“It’s over.”
Accompanied by a deafening noise, countless vines surrounded Drake like a cage, completely sealing the mutated monster!
Finally, at the moment when numerous plants surrounded and utterly defeated him, a dazzling light burst from the center of the ancient tree, bright like a rising sun.
This dazzling light instantly pierced through all darkness, accompanied by the last scream of anguish, the shadow that enveloped the forest finally dissipated, and everything returned to serenity.
As the light of victory enveloped the Earth, a bold yet dangerous thought surged in David’s mind.
Drake was defeated, but the power hidden within him was still formidable; if it could be transformed into his own strength, it would be a mighty aid.
“Since you crave power so much, let me guide you!” David silently murmured.
Then, he brought forth the Spirit Contract Mark from within, shimmering in his hand as if containing infinite strength and potential.
“Drake, you are destined to become my Blood Servant!” David stepped forward, aiming the flashing mark at the trapped Drake.
As the words fell, he felt a powerful spiritual wave ripple through the space, resonating with the surrounding environment.
Drake was tightly bound by vines, his body weak, but his eyes, glowing red and filled with hatred and desire, still flickered.
“What do you want? I won’t submit to anyone!”
He gritted his teeth, trying to use the last bit of strength to struggle, but those vines held him like iron clamps, preventing escape.
“I don’t want to kill you,” David said calmly.
“Through this contract, you can retain your consciousness and freedom but must belong to me, and serve me from now on.”
As his voice fell, the shimmering mark began to permeate into Drake’s body.
The mark, like a silver thread, established a mysterious and profound connection between them.
Power of Nature began to gather, gradually transmitting through this connection to the bound Vampire Mage, continuously destroying his will.
“You cannot escape… this is your fate!” David explained the contract.
He understood that only by making Drake realize the significance brought by this contract, could he voluntarily accept this destiny.
In this process, he continuously strengthened his influence over the opponent, using the power of the Life Ancient Tree to erase his will.
Just then, a violent tremor struck!
Drake felt an invisible shockwave, and the surrounding vines seemed to be responding to this change too.
Drake felt a strong vibration, an unprecedented fear and helplessness suddenly overwhelming him.
His eyes, glowing red, gradually lost their light, and the hatred and desire burning in the depths of his heart began to waver.
Those vines, like living things, tightly bound him, gradually hollowing out the remaining Dark Power within him.
Every violent tremor like a heavy hammer struck at his will, forcing him to face the fate ahead.
“I won’t submit! I… will never become your servant!” Drake gritted his teeth, using the last bit of strength to resist.
Yet, he realized this resistance was merely futile struggle.
As the Spirit Contract Mark slowly permeated into his body, he could feel a powerful force constantly weakening the last bit of resistance in his heart.
“This is your fate!” David’s words echoed in his ears continuously.
He could feel the surrounding Power of Nature accelerating its flow, connecting himself ever more closely with this force, each touch like a blade tearing at his Soul.
Greg’s heart was filled with despair.
He was once so strong and fearless, had absolute confidence in everything, yet now appeared so vulnerable in this flourishing vitality.
“Is this my end?”
This feeling of inevitability, unable to escape or resist, made him increasingly fearful and painful.
“Give up! Accept your rebirth.” David said.
His words eroded Greg’s dark soul like a clear stream.
As the contract mark continually expanded, those vines seemed to respond to his hesitation, binding him even more firmly, clarifying every thought.
As the last line of defense was broken, the Blood Contract Mark appeared on Greg’s body, and finally, he became David’s Blood Servant!
When everything had settled, nature returned to tranquility once more.
In his giant tree state, David slowly transformed back to human form, looking at the Fourth-Ring Bloodline Mage before him.
At this moment, Drake, shimmering with the Blood Contract Mark, bore a deep red glow, symbolizing the inseverable bond between him and David.
Successfully contracting the Fourth-Ring Bloodline Mage meant he could acquire the heritage of the Fourth-Ring Bloodline Mage and all the resources in his possession.
Moreover, Vampires are connected with the Silver Moon God.
Perhaps he could use this to further research the power of the Silver Moon God.
Drake slightly widened his eyes, countless memories about the Silver Moon God and Vampire Race legends instantly surged in his mind.
He knew that in ancient legends, the Silver Moon God was not only a powerful being but also had a complex and subtle relationship with Vampires.
“Hmm? You haven’t come into contact with the Silver Moon God either?”
David shook his head slightly; it seemed he needed to find time to visit the Land of the Silver Moon where Vampires lived.
But now, he still had to wrap up this battle; with Drake gone, those Vampires and Bloodline Mages were completely no match for the Elf Queen.
