Chapter 614: Chapter 262: The Witches’ Welcome Party (Part 2)
She gracefully navigated through the crowd, each movement exuding unparalleled majesty and confidence.
From time to time, she would smile faintly, a presence so commanding that the surrounding witches involuntarily held their breath, as if the air itself was drawn in by her power.
Hill, on the other hand, was outgoing, dressed in a light blue dress adorned with gems shimmering like the ocean on her chest.
Of course, what attracted David most was the fullness on her chest, making his gaze involuntarily follow until completely conquered.
Annie appeared more composed and mature, like a gentle and wise teacher, always observing everything around.
She wore a simple yet elegant long dress, encouraging everyone to showcase their flair during the musical interludes with friendly words, complementing her demeanor, filling the entire hall with a warm and harmonious ambiance.
Fire Dance and Shuili were playfully frolicking on the stairs, inseparable, jumping and spinning together, displaying infinite joy and vitality in front of everyone.
Fire Dance loved to attract attention with nimble, fiery actions, vibrant and passionate like flames.
While Shuili was more gentle and calm, like a spring breeze, making everyone adore the adorable twins.
Lingnai was a refreshing and elegant figure, appearing particularly serene and graceful under the lights.
She wore a light pink long dress, akin to flower petals in the morning glow, spinning with clarity and enchanting allure like autumn waters.
No matter where she was, conversations with anyone were tranquil and delightful, bringing a touch of calm to the bustling evening with her own way.
Barbarian Sura, although rugged by nature, was momentarily affected by the beautiful atmosphere, deciding to shed her wild stance.
Encouraged by everyone, she joined the dance lineup.
This strong and brave woman occasionally showed a playful side, gently lifting the petite witches with her hand, raising them high above her head, eliciting cheers and laughter.
Silver Dragon Queen Yilin was another bright attraction on the scene—noble and graceful, full of mystery, like the first daylight spilling onto a cold sea.
Whenever she danced an elegant and luxurious dance, the entire place held their breath, irresistibly captivated by her charm.
Yilin occasionally soared, sliding through the hall with fluid, dreamy motions, attracting rounds of exclamations and applause, infusing the night with an atmosphere of mysterious magic.
Lily silently observed from one side, unveiling subtle and clever magic whenever the music became slightly monotonous, transforming the space into a vibrant array of illusions.
These illusions danced with the musical rhythm, bringing more wondrous joy to all participants, adding even more mystical and magical color to the banquet.
On this night, each woman showcased her unique charm in her own way.
And naturally, the happiest was David; not a single witch tonight could escape his grasp, each style offering him a different experience.
The night was deepening, but the warmth and joy showed no signs of waning.
At this warm yet vibrant welcome dance, everyone indulged in their youth and passion.
This night was destined to be sleepless, with David and the witches embracing, soft whispers echoed through the castle now and then.
…
The next morning, the atmosphere in the castle became even more lively.
Besides joy, David was also concerned about the current state of the Bright Continent.
“Dear ladies.” David gently clinked his glass in the hall, drawing everyone’s attention.
“Upon my return, I’d also like to learn about your experiences during this time. I heard the Demon Tide has been contained; can you tell me more about it?”
Liya smiled slightly and replied first, “Yes, Lord Duke. Ever since you left, we’ve been striving to address the Demon Tide issue.”
“Through our united efforts and the casting of powerful magic, we have now controlled the Demon Tide. Every witch contributed her power and achieved many new advancements.”
“Indeed.” Cynthia interjected, “We even established some new Defense Arrays, capable of effectively resisting the upcoming Demon Tide. These arrays are enhanced with Stone Spirit and Natural Elements, making them stronger!”
Hearing this, David couldn’t help but secretly commend.
He knew these witches never stopped moving forward, always striving for a better future.
He smiled and said, “This is wonderful, I am proud of you all! So, is the entire world now under your control?”
Liya nodded, “Exactly, we successfully rebuilt many towns and villages and forged cooperative agreements with some neighboring forces, making the entire Bright Continent more united.”
Amy added, “Not only that, we also researched new Alchemy methods, increasing our resource utilization rate significantly, thus better supporting our cultivation and defense work.”
David sincerely praised, “At this rate, you are bound to make this world even better!”
Just then, Sofia suddenly raised a question: “Lord Duke, the Alien Race Continent is resource-rich; we can consider establishing contact over there, sharing knowledge and resources to further enhance our power!”
After listening to Sofia, the witches present nodded in agreement.
Clearly, they all realized the importance of the Alien Race Continent, which was also one of the reasons David returned.
David laughed and said, “I plan to take you all with me to the Alien Race Continent.”
The witches wanted to be by Lord Duke’s side, and upon hearing his words, they cheered in unison.
Cheers reverberated in the hall of Frost Wolf Castle, as the witches’ faces beamed with anticipatory smiles.
David smiled slightly, beginning to handle matters on the Bright Continent swiftly.
Now, on the entire continent, only the depths of the Black Forest remained unexplored, which he intended to address this time.
…
“Then, let’s prepare to set off now.”
David stated firmly, “This expedition will take us deep into the Alien Race Continent’s Black Forest, a place mysterious and full of the unknown.”
The witches began organizing their equipment, getting ready with the necessary magic materials and protective talismans.
Liya, Cynthia, Sofia, Amy, and others patiently discussed the items and spells they each brought.
After a round of preparation, they rode the Teleportation Array and returned to the Alien Race Continent.
As a brilliant glow faded, the surrounding scenery transformed.
Towering trees stretched to the skies, strange creatures scurried through the woods, and the fresh air carried the fragrance of earth and plants.
“This place is truly beautiful!” Amy remarked, taking in the intriguing sights around.
“Don’t let the beauty blind you.” David warned, “Though the Black Forest is lovely, it harbors danger; we must remain vigilant.”
Along the way, they progressed, gradually approaching the mysterious and daunting Black Forest.
As the distance lessened, an eerie and oppressive feeling surrounded them.
Dense trees blocked out sunlight, making the surroundings conspicuously dark.
When they finally stood at the Black Forest entrance, a cold wind swept in, causing everyone to shiver involuntarily.
“This place makes me uneasy.” Cynthia whispered, yet her eyes sparkled with the resilient spirit of an adventurer.
“Let’s be careful.” Liya clasped David’s hand, “As long as we’re together, nothing can stop us.”
David nodded, his conviction firm.
He took a step forward and lightly touched the ground with his magic staff, casting a Protective Magic spell.
Then he turned towards the witches, “Alright, let’s go in now!”
Entering the Black Forest, they fully utilized each other’s powerful magic coordination, frequently using various Scrying Spells to survey the surrounding environment.
In this dark forest, mysterious creatures flickered past like shadows, some even emitting low, hoarse sounds, giving people chills.
