Amon sat silently on the edge of his bed, his eyes closed as he continued circulating the Spirit Sovereign Scripture through his body.

Spiritual energy moved through his body in a controlled cycle, growing smoother with every repetition.

As the cultivation continued, Amon began to notice changes.

The spiritual nerves that had originally emerged from the focal point on his forehead had already spread much farther than before.

They had traveled down his neck and into his chest, with several thin strands now wrapping around his heart.

Amon focused inward and carefully observed them. ‘When did these things get this far?’

The nerves moved slightly with every heartbeat, almost as if they had become another part of his natural nervous system.

Amon gently touched his chest. ‘I just hope this doesn’t mess with my body.’

He had no idea what would happen if the spiritual nerves continued growing, and he wasn’t particularly interested in finding out by accident.

The second skin had also changed.

The thin translucent layer that had originally appeared around his face had spread down his neck and was now covering most of his chest.

It was almost impossible to see unless he deliberately focused on it, but Amon could clearly feel its presence.

It didn’t feel like armor but it felt like another layer of his own body.

Amon continued cultivating.

Time slowly lost its meaning as the Spirit Sovereign Scripture circulated through his body.

The spiritual nerves reacted with every cycle, while the second skin gradually became denser.

Eventually, Amon felt the familiar sensation. The world around him began to feel distant.

His body became lighter, while something deep within his spirit began pulling him toward another place.

….The Spirit World.

Normally, Amon would stop the circulation before the pull became too strong.

This time, however, he didn’t as he allowed himself to drift.

His consciousness slowly separated from his body.

When Amon opened his eyes again, he found himself standing in the strange world he had visited before.

He immediately looked down. His physical body was still sitting cross-legged on the bed.

Amon stared at himself for several seconds before looking toward the sky.

The Spirit World still looked like an entirely different planet, with strange colors stretching across the horizon and enormous shapes floating in the distance.

Yet unlike his first visit, Amon’s mind remained completely clear.

He remembered who he was and he remembered exactly why he had come here.

‘I’m much stronger now.’ Amon clenched his fist before looking down at himself.

The spiritual nerves had followed him into the Spirit World.

They appeared as faint silver strands beneath his skin, while the translucent second skin covered his face, neck, and chest.

Amon took a deep breath out of habit.

Nothing happened. ‘Right. I can’t actually breathe here.’

He ignored the strange feeling and turned toward the crystal. The elf remained trapped inside, completely motionless.

Amon slowly approached her.

He remembered the passage Marielle had translated and began reciting it.

“To the one who sleeps beyond the silver veil, hear the voice beneath the silent stars.”

Nothing happened as Amon continued.

“When the moonless tide reaches the Sealless Sea, open your eyes and remember the name that was taken from you.”

Still nothing happened and Amon felt a little stupid to believe such a thing.

“The door without a key shall open once more, and the lost shall return to the place where the first song was heard.”

Silence remained and nothing changed still he didn’t gave up.

Amon waited for several moments before repeating the entire passage.

Once again and for a long time, nothing happened.

Amon began wondering if he had simply been wasting his time.

It was then when he felt something. A faint light appeared in the distance.

At first, it was barely visible, but it quickly grew brighter as it rushed toward him.

Amon’s expression turned horrified. ‘What the fuck?’

The light approached with terrifying speed.

A tremendous pressure suddenly descended upon him, making his entire spiritual body feel as if an enormous mountain had been placed on top of it.

“Holy fuck!” Amon immediately moved toward his physical body.

The light continued rushing closer and without warning, it began to condense.

Amon’s eyes widened as he realized where it was heading.

The crystal.

‘Shit!’

Amon pushed himself forward as quickly as he could.

The light slammed into the crystal at almost the exact moment Amon reached his body.

His consciousness immediately rushed back into his physical form.

The moment he returned, his entire body jerked violently.

His vision became blurry, and his consciousness began fading under the overwhelming spiritual strain.

Amon struggled to keep his eyes open.

The last thing he saw was the crystal and the elf inside it moved slightly.

Then everything went black.

—

Amon groggily opened his eyes.

For several seconds, he simply stared at the ceiling while a strange sense of relaxation slowly spread through his body.

The memories of the previous night gradually returned.

…The Spirit World.

Amon immediately sat upright. “What the hell was that?”

He rubbed his forehead while trying to understand what had happened.

The Spirit World was already mysterious enough, but whatever happened last night had raised even more questions.

‘What really is the secret behind the Spirit World?’

His gaze eventually shifted toward the crystal.

Amon got out of bed and walked closer before crouching down to inspect it.

The elf inside appeared exactly as she had before. She was completely motionless.

Amon narrowed his eyes. ‘I’m sure I saw her move.’

He remembered her fingers twitching just before he lost consciousness.

But now, there was absolutely no movement.

Amon continued staring at her for several seconds. ‘Maybe I didn’t remember it properly.’

He sighed. ‘I can check it later.’

Amon placed the crystal back inside his spatial bracelet before stretching his body as he looked toward the clock.

‘Shit. It’s the first day of university.’

He quickly headed toward the bathroom.

—

After taking a bath and having breakfast with Marielle and Seraphina, Amon sat inside the car.

Marielle was driving while Seraphina sat beside Amon in the back seat.

The streets of the capital were already crowded, filled with students, merchants, workers, and adventurers heading toward different parts of the city.

Marielle glanced at them through the rear-view mirror. “Are you two ready?”

Amon leaned comfortably against the seat. “There is nothing to worry about.”

Seraphina nodded. “I don’t have any problem with the classes either.”

Marielle smiled before returning her attention to the road. “That’s good. But do you two know about one of the university’s traditions?”

Amon raised an eyebrow. “What tradition?”

Marielle’s expression became slightly mysterious. “The first class of every new student is always taken by the same person.”

Seraphina immediately became curious. “Who?”

Marielle looked at them through the mirror and she smiled. “The Queen herself.”

Amon’s relaxed expression disappeared.

“…The Queen?”

Seraphina also looked surprised.

Marielle nodded. “Every year, the Queen personally gives the first lecture to the new students.”

Amon slowly looked through the window at the enormous buildings of the capital passing by.

He had expected his first day at Royal University to be interesting.

He just hadn’t expected to meet the Queen before his first class even began.

‘…Will she be a milf?’
