Chapter 905: Chapter 876: Chen Feng’s Plan

Blood War Department Camp.

Wang Xudong sat on the chair with a foolish smile plastered across his face, concealing his thoughts from everyone around him. Surrounding him stood a few professionals considered as Wang Xudong’s trusted aides, some of whom possessed Silver Peak strength, making them formidable warriors even on the battlefield.

Everywhere and in every industry, ranks are stacked like a pyramid, layer by layer. Chen Feng has Wei Xun and Lu Wei under him, and Wei Xun has Wang Xudong beneath him. As a prominent figure in Blood War Department, naturally, there are many who cling to serve him.

What is the Blood War Department? Compared to the sombre Dark Department, the Blood War Department is filled with violent emotions from top to bottom. These warriors roam the realms of slaughter daily, and even though there are only seven of them, their presence fills the spacious room with a sinister aura that deters ordinary people from approaching.

"Brother, is this decision final?"

"Yes, the brothers were gearing up for action. Is this matter really just shelved?"

The discussions circling among them inevitably pertained to Chen Feng’s ultimate decision. He adopted Li Sisi’s suggestion to prioritize stabilizing order. In a few days, someone might be dispatched, or perhaps he’ll personally visit that alliance for talks with its leaders.

The Blood War Department comprises fearless characters. Chen Feng understands the principle of ’clear water has no fish.’ Consequently, when they explored the surroundings, he often turned a blind eye to those privately retained supplies.

The Blood Battle Camp operates on the principle of ’war sustains war.’ Even as a frontline force, they face the greatest dangers. However, by being on the threshold of life and death, their potential is continuously unlocked, and the chances of acquiring resources are relatively higher, accelerating their strength development.

These men are like a group of bandits, diving into any promising area they see to plunder resources and strengthen themselves.

Having tasted benefits, these individuals complain about having no battles to fight, entirely unbothered by how formidable the enemies might be. Originally, upon hearing about a newly discovered power, with a population potentially matching Order, the whole Blood War Department went wild—a base of millions? The unimaginable resources and opportunities could pave their way to prominence, even if they obtain just a slight advantage.

What about the concept of humanity?

The Blood War Department is already highly ambiguous. Previously, obeying Chen Feng’s summons, they joined the zombie-clearing efforts. Over those six months, everyone deeply understood real despair. Zombies mutate, but they were originally humans—an undeniable truth. Yet, repeated massacres led Blood War Department warriors to forget all this. The sole thought in their minds was exterminating all man-eating monsters!

Hundreds of warriors suffered mental collapse after half a year of clearing, including even one Gold warrior. It’s heartbreaking to mention that during the process, the warrior personally slaughtered a group of zombies, only to later discover that they included his own parents and only sister.

Upon the apocalypse’s arrival, the warrior was still at school, subsequently losing contact with his family of four. The warrior experienced countless Illusions of reuniting with loved ones, but who could have predicted the scene where he would end up killing his own kin, even if they had become man-eating monsters. It drove the warrior to madness, despite emergency medical intervention later, his spirit was irreparably damaged, rendering him a semi-crazed and senseless wreck.

Zombies are indeed monsters, yet there’s an undeniable fact that they too were living humans several years ago. They might have been business elites, shop owners, or hardworking transport workers, besides that, fathers, mothers, sons, or daughters. A catastrophe transformed them into their current state—a being neither human nor ghost.

Under these circumstances, the pressure on those warriors was unimaginable. Yet it was through enduring such emotions that their spirits underwent growth. In battle, they transformed into an ironclad fighter squad, regardless of whether the enemy was an insect, zombie, or real human; they’d act without hesitation, attacking immediately.

The era has molded all this.

Blood War Department warriors are more convinced than anyone of the law of the jungle. In their lexicon, only a fallen enemy is a good enemy!

Some people were somewhat aggrieved, yet nobody dared criticize openly. Chen Feng in Order was akin to a kind of [sacred] existence instilling respect and fear. It was rumored that Chen Feng had already ascended to a new realm; not just Silver Peak, but even legendary monsters couldn’t escape his barehanded execution. That strength was evidently unmatched by ordinary people.

Considering his subordinates’ discussions, Wang Xudong abstained from intervention, merely commented lightly: "This matter is settled. Chen Feng’s orders are indisputable. However, the situation isn’t without its twists."

Wang Xudong resembles a smiling tiger, harboring much thought behind his honest fa?ade, his smile unchanged, yet cold light emanated from his eyes: "No man intends to harm a tiger, but the tiger bears malicious intent. Although Chen Feng chooses peace, who can assure that the so-called allied forces will respond kindly? Consequently, Chen Feng has decided that during his visit, Blood War Department will be on high alert, poised to retaliate at the first sign of conflict!"

Upon hearing this, the initially dejected expressions resurfaced with excitement. For battle enthusiasts like them, they couldn’t wait for that Alliance to face off against Order. When that time comes, they’d naturally unleash havoc, seizing the resources they need to bolster themselves!

Wang Xudong’s statements weren’t baseless as they reflected Chen Feng’s intention. He laid out a three-year plan for Order during which Order should slow its pace to fully integrate previous gains.

Nonetheless, striving for stability doesn’t equate to fearing battle. Chen Feng is meticulous about everything, particularly regarding such matters that demand caution. Therefore, he devised two plans. One was led by Xu Hongzhuang, attempting some form of agreement with the other side to seek mutual benefit.

The other plan was war!

Order requires peace, but it absolutely does not fear war!

After two years of development, Order has evolved into a true behemoth. If both sides can’t reach consensus, and the situation deteriorates, Chen Feng will not hesitate to unleash this beast and ruthlessly bite into the opponent’s neck, aiming at a one-hit kill!
