Luo Xiaoqian sits on the small sofa, wrapping a couple of dumplings, then looks up to glance out the window, and then checks the clock on the wall.

Leng Zimo called yesterday; they were on a direct flight, and by this time, they should be back. Why aren’t they here yet?!

From waking up to now, Luo Xiaoqian has lost count of how many times she’s checked the clock.

Finally unable to bear it, Huangfu Ruo lets out a laugh, "Today, I truly understand what it means to wait with longing, Xiao Qian. You’re practically staring a hole through that window."

"Xiao Qian, don’t mind her. Let me tell you, you have no idea, when Huangfu Ruo first started dating Qin Lan, that was something else. When Qin Lan went to the grasslands for a shoot, this girl left right after he did, trailing behind. And guess what happened? The film crew’s car broke down, and Qin Lan was delayed by over two hours. "I knew you would ask that." Huangfu Ruo gently dusted the flour off her hands, "At that moment, he just said five words..."

"Don’t leave us hanging, or else Xiao Qian will ask, ’Which five words?’" Tong Ya joked with a smile.

Luo Xiaoqian stuck out her tongue, "But, I really want to know what those five words were."

"He said, ’Let’s get married!’" Huangfu Ruo pursed her lips, disdain in her voice, "I was so frozen out of my mind that I actually agreed, and this jerk didn’t even have a ring prepared and just tricked me."

Though she spoke disdainfully, the sweetness in her tone was evident.

Luo Xiaoqian felt her eyes welling up, "So romantic."

Actually, she had heard these stories from Huangfu Ruo before, but she had already forgotten them.
