Chapter 805: Chapter 805: Unlucky Twin Sister (34)

Several troubled teenagers ran up behind Pei Peng, surrounding him. Linn Huai slowly rolled up his sleeves. It seemed he would have some work to do today.

"Kid, you seem to have a lot of pocket money, how about treating us?"

Pei Peng was pushed into a corner, but his eyes darted around the group. He suddenly pushed one of them away and ran towards Linn Huai.

"Hey brat, stop right there, do you want a beating?" The others chased after him.

Pei Peng, not even ten years old, was of course no match for these troubled teenagers. He was caught up with in no time.

One of them grabbed Pei Peng’s collar and demanded protection money.

Linn Huai, with his sleeves already rolled up, rushed over and started beating up the troubled teenagers, making them howl in pain.

When the teenagers saw Linn Huai’s face, their expressions changed immediately, and they quickly retreated on the ground: "Brother Linn, I say this is a misunderstanding, do you believe me?"

Linn Huai kicked one of the teenagers on the butt, making him yowl in pain, but he dared not fight back.

"Do you think I would believe that?"

"So this kid is with Brother Linn? Then it really was a misunderstanding, had we known he was with Brother Linn, we wouldn’t have troubled him at all."

Linn Huai frowned: "You’re so young yet learning to extort protection money, have you thought about what you’ll do in the future?"

These boys, seventeen or eighteen years old, hanging outside the school really affected public safety; the kids at the school were often frightened by them.

"Brother Linn, we really know we were wrong, we won’t dare do it again."

Linn Huai: "I’m expanding my factory recently, and I’m hiring people. Since you guys seem free, why not come work at the factory sewing machines?"

Linn Huai thought quietly, working long shifts, they’d be too tired to cause any trouble, solving the problem once and for all.

"Earning money through your own labor is what’s honorable, what’s bullying kids gonna prove?"

The little hooligans: What?

Sewing machines?

Linn Huai took out a business card: "Take this, report to the address on it tomorrow, and when you get paid, return all the protection money you’ve taken. How does it make sense to be idle outside at such an age?"

Linn Huai couldn’t help but smile, making these little hooligans work sewing machines was better than letting them stray onto an unforgivable path.

He knew these little hooligans, they were all from the same village, their parents were nice people, yet he hadn’t thought their kids would turn out so bad.

"If anyone doesn’t show up tomorrow, they bear the consequences."

Pei Peng leaned against the wall, looking at the devilish development before him, still a bit in shock.

These hooligans were soon to be sent off to work sewing machines, why did he feel like laughing?

Linn Huai ruffled Pei Peng’s hair: "Kid, let’s go, time to head home."

"Bro, do you know me?"

Linn Huai: "I know your sister."

Pei Peng’s eyes lit up: "Is it my second sister?"

Linn Huai thought of Qiann Yan’s family situation and nodded: "Yes, Pei Qianyan."

Pei Peng cheered up, feeling no more distance with Linn Huai: "Bro, do you like my second sister? You want to be my brother-in-law?"

Linn Huai: "..."

"Lots of people want to be my second brother-in-law, but they’re not good enough for my second sister. Bro, you gotta work hard, I think you’re quite good." Pei Peng clenched his fists, "The way you beat up those guys was so cool earlier."

"Bro, what’s your education level?"

"My second sister is a college student."

"I think the future brother-in-law can’t be too poorly educated."

Linn Huai: That hurts.

He was a high school dropout!

Linn Huai took Pei Peng home. As they passed the border between Little Stream Village and Lihua Village, Pei Peng saw a figure and shouted loudly: "Big brother-in-law."

Pei Peng wasn’t very close to Pei QianLann, his eldest sister, but he had a good impression of Ye Qingyuan, his brother-in-law.
