Chapter 574: Twin’s Day Out.

Leo carried the children and the whole thing to the billing counter, and the person looked at the man and smiled, "Well, your luggage is rather cute, Sir."

Leo chuckled and patted the heads of the twins and replied, "Well, they take after their mother."

The lady behind the counter smiled, she packed up the things and had one of the staff members deliver the stuff to the car. The young man followed the worker to the car, and then he placed all the things in the back of the car, then Leo took the children to the mall, they strolled around while Elena and Julian talked about a lot of things, and Leo answered everything.

Many people saw them, some recognized Leo from the live stream, some didn’t even need to rely on the live stream, Leo had a big fan following in the country, because of the things he has done in the past, the space flights, the world racing championships and the charity upheld by the Cardinal Foundation.

Julian looked at a toy shop and then he asked, "Baba, what is that?"

Leo turned to look where his little finger was pointing at he found that Julian was pointing at a small wobble head that was moving around with the wind. Elena looked over as well, and Leo explained to them what it was and Julian asked another question, "How is it moving?"

Leo smiled, and said, "How about we find this at home? I will pay and get the wobble head so that you can learn how it moves like this."

Julian nodded and Elena turned to look around the girls section, her eyes were sharp enough and she pointed at the hairband stall where a few teenage girls were picking one for themselves, and Elena said, "Baba, Elle want that. Please."

Leo smiled and rubbed her cheek with the back of his finger as he nodded, and replied, "But that is all for the trip, we cannot get too many toys or Ma would scold me."

The twins nodded, and Leo led the twins over to the stand, Elena looked over at the stand with great enthusiasm, Leo could swear that he saw her eyes emitting sparkles for a second. The teenage girls around the stand also saw them and they all let out an awww when they saw the twins. Leo didn’t mind them, he asked, "Elle, which one do you like?"

The little girl looked at the variety of headbands and then she pointed at one of the headbands, which looked very simple, but it had a white snowflake on the side of it, woven with fine silk thread in a crochet style.

Leo smiled and took off the headband from the stand, and placed it on her to try. After the trial the teenage girls gasped and Leo smiled, his youngest one seemed to have inherited his wife’s knack for stylish things.

Elle enjoyed the attention from the teenagers and like the diva she was, gave them a wave, before acting shy and put her head on Leo’s shoulder while she giggled. Leo shook his head as he saw the teenagers freezing up before they held each others hands excitedly and waved back to her.

After the wobble head and the headband were purchased, the trio roamed around the mall for a bit, before Elena patted Leo’s shoulder and the young man asked, "What happened?"

Elena pointed at a big stall and asked, "Why does that place have such a high volume music?"

Leo smiled at the question from his curious toddler, and replied, "Those are the places that attract children like you, they serve ice cream and candies, all sweet things, but the reason they have such loud music is because this is how they attracted the attention of the children who are curious about things."

He saw that the twins were constantly looking at the shop, and so he took them over. They were being held in a sling so it was not a problem, and his strength to carry them along with a few bags was not an issue either.

When they reached the Ice Cream shop, a teenager was standing their with a faint smile on his face. The young man greeted Leo with a professional smile, and Leo asked, "Do you have anything that is suitable for the kids?"

The young man nodded and replied, "Sir, we make our ice cream with real fruit, it is just fruit which is whipped up by a high performance whipping machine and some milk to give it a slightly creamy taste. You can try everything in the shop."

Leo was surprised and asked, "This is the first time I have come across such a thing."

He looked at the board again and the teenager said, "Sir, this stall is owned by my mother. This is our homegrown brand, and we have been selling ice cream for a couple of years, though we are kind of new, but we have a steady footfall. I guess we are doing okay compared to those big names."

Leo nodded and said, "Yeah, they have been lagging behind because they compromise with quality for profit. Well, can I get some samples for them to taste?"

The teenager nodded, and he gave them a few sampling spoons with a scrapping of fruit flavored ice creams, and after a couple of licks, Julian settled for mango, while Elena liked peach. Leo himself took a cone of black currant, and then he taught the twins on how to eat it.

The twins had a cup with one scoop each, while Leo had a big cone. However, he didn’t take his own cone directly, he waited for the twins to finish their ice cream first, while they stood at the side of the stall. Only when they finished eating did Leo take his own cone.

Then while he ate, they walked towards the parking lot, and drove back home. However, it was not that that short of a trip. Leo also took them to the vegetable market in the city where he purchased the best batch of ingredients that he could find and then only did the family headed back. The twins didn’t accept it, but Leo knew that they were tired from all the hustle bustle during the noon.

After they got home, and Leo put the two of them to sleep before he went to the garden to clear a patch in the corner and make a stove there. Meanwhile, a few enthusiastic young peeps have uploaded the clips of his visit to the mall, and some commented, "Daddy being daddy, whether it is on screen or off it."
