Chapter 1212 - 755: Gate of Truth

Day after day, year after year, the infinite repetition of work had no artistry to speak of. Ink Orchid grew weary and refused to work earnestly.

Starry Cloud Cypress stayed behind to help.

Ink Orchid, as if fleeing for its life, took Nebula Banyan and boarded the Star Spider without looking back, returning to the Sheep Hoof Beetle Star System.

…

The newly-ordered 220 ecological base stations and two Life Bases were delivered and deployed in the temperate zones of the Northern and Southern Hemispheres of Stone Orchid Star.

Three million Specialized Blue Soldiers split into one million, forming two corps, flew to the newly-built ecological base in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.

All Assistant Kings, Xianglan Mountain Warriors, and Shield Grasshopper Warriors turned back to cultivate Stone Orchid Star, building more ecological bases to accelerate the reduction of the planet's carbon dioxide levels, hastening the cooling and climate stabilization of Stone Orchid Star.

At the same time, in the high latitude areas of the planet, seeds of life suitable for survival in frigid and temperate zones were sown in advance.

A comprehensive life-bearing planet was being prepared ahead of time.

Meanwhile, 300 million Specialized Blue Soldiers continuously created water.

As time passed,

areas beyond the coverage of the ecological base stations and the poles of the Southern and Northern Hemispheres saw the sky turn black; the planet's inherent high temperature steaming, and thick clouds several kilometers high completely blocked the sunlight from the star, making it overcast and dark.

Lightning and thunder roared everywhere.

…

[Time: 78th Era - 139th Cycle - Year 723]

Stone Orchid Star,

Under the continuous influence of cold sources at the poles, the global temperature finally dropped to below 100 degrees Celsius.

Starting from the temperate zones,

the thick cloud layers accumulated for hundreds of years began turning into rain.

Accompanied by continuous heavy rain with lightning and gales,

the rainfall extended from the temperate zones to the warm temperate, subtropical, and tropical areas, eventually covering the globe.

The rain quickly evaporated into cumulus clouds.

Then rain fell again, followed by evaporation...

In the repetitive process, the high-temperature land rapidly cooled, and the drought-stricken soil was soaked by rainwater.

Natural lakes and rivers formed, gradually stabilizing.

Dragon Cypress timely distributed two types of special lifeforms, modified through human technology:

One, known as the twelve-ploid sulfide bacterial ball, thrives in suitable temperatures, in water or high humidity environments, gaining energy and nutrients from sulfides, reproducing and expanding rapidly.

Settling poisonous gases.

The other, known as Stone Coat, is a moss plant that is resistant to barren conditions, cold and heat, requiring only faint light and a moist environment to reproduce quickly, spreading its spores with the wind and water to every corner suitable for survival on the planet.

Settling carbon dioxide and accumulating organic material.

…

The 220 ecological base stations located in both hemispheres were fully cultivated, transforming desolate wastelands into life-filled oases.

The global rainstorm that lasted two hundred years finally ceased.

Hurricanes, sandstorms, thunderstorms, and other extreme weather conditions drastically reduced.

The sky turned blue with floating white clouds,

and outside of the ecological base stations, green vegetation also started to grow independently, spreading with the wind and water.

Additionally, with the planned, deliberate sowing and nurturing by Insect Clan Warriors, the green vegetation quickly proliferated.

Various animals followed the vegetation, stepping out from the Origin Force Shield of the ecological base, moving to every corner of the planet.

Thus, the transformation of Stone Orchid Star came to a staging point.

Blue Catalpa, Black Rice, Woodberry, and Pueraria temporarily stayed to continue sowing life.

Black Cory, Rainbow Light, and Cypress remained, leading the ant colonies, transforming arid desert areas formed during the planetary climate evolution.

Other Assistant Kings, Xianglan Mountain Insect Clan Warriors, and Shield Grasshopper Warriors all transferred to Cold Orchid Star to continue cultivation work.

…

Dragon Cypress spent most of the time on Cold Orchid Star, continually nurturing Specialized Blue Soldiers, personally and independently directing the work.

Over four hundred years,

the number of Specialized Blue Soldiers on Cold Orchid Star also reached two million,

constantly creating water, with moisture spreading from the ecological base across the globe.

…

Another two hundred years later,

on Cold Orchid Star, the number of Specialized Blue Soldiers reached three million.

At the same time,

the forest coverage of Stone Orchid Star exceeded 30%, and the climate and life ecology began to stabilize.

The following steps would be slowly and further modifications,

dividing the planet into hexagonal sections with 100-kilometer-long sides, based on the terrain, to add or mitigate lakes, regulate river courses, and construct reservoirs and canals for even distribution of freshwater, further stabilizing the climate.

Water is the core of all life within the Natural God System.

With environments stabilized and climate comfortable around water, life will orderly expand and flourish.

…

…

[Time: 78th Era - 140th Cycle - Year 128]

The rocky surface of Cold Orchid Star was too difficult to cultivate, progressing slowly.

Dragon Cypress specially trained 100,000 Specialized Stone Soldiers, personally directed them, focusing on rock sandification work.

Suddenly, one day,

while busy, there was a slight tremor in Dragon Cypress's soul.

Dragon Cypress's movement paused; it raised its head to gaze upward, its form flickering, teleporting three kilometers into the sky, looking out.

After waiting for half a day,

in the distance, colorful lights shone brightly.

——Radiant Throne.

——Second King.

Dragon Cypress activated the Soul-Setting Ability, sweeping across the area.

Ink Orchid was driving the Nine-Colored Starry Nebula at high altitude, returning in full vigor.

The throne carried Nebula Banyan, White Ivy, and... Fish Vine?

"Dragon Cypress Ant King!"

"Great Leader Dragon Cypress is personally working? Thank you for your hard work~"

"Chairman White Ivy?"

"Second King?"

Dragon Cypress advanced to greet them, asking a series of questions: "Did you come over on the Sky Blue? Where's Round Cypress? What about Chairman Blackberry?"

Ink Orchid: "Chairman White Ivy has come for an inspection. Ant, what's your attitude?"

Ant: "..."

Ink Orchid: "Running back and forth is wasting life, so I didn't let Round Cypress come over. Don't worry, with me managing, everything in the Sheep Hoof Beetle and Fragrant Herb Star Systems is fine."

White Ivy explained: "I've got a good relationship with the Burying Beetle Tribe, borrowed 5 billion interest-free from them, and another interest-free loan from Seven-Leaf, to purchase a Sky Blue 42 Star Spider officially named 'Sky Blue 2'."
