A glimmer of light finally appeared in the squad members’ dazed eyes, and they eagerly scrambled to their feet.
Qin Hu walked up to Lin Feng and glanced at the Zerg corpses on the ground.
"Can you spare two more?"
Lin Feng pointed behind the corpses of the Tiger Spine Zergs.
"There are two more back here—the Samurai Hunter Zergs that Shen Jie killed. They’re all yours."
"I imagine the members of the Research Institute’s biology department will be more interested in these monstrous human-Zerg hybrids."
"As for the Pulse War Scorpions, there were seven in total. You can have the complete one I dragged over. But I’m keeping all six of the Plasma Tail Cannons I cut off them."
Qin Hu agreed without hesitation.
They only had eight people left. One was injured, and another was so severely wounded with a broken leg that they couldn’t move on their own and needed to be supported.
That left only five people to carry the Zerg corpses.
They also needed people on guard to watch for another sneak attack from the Samurai Hunter Zergs, so at most they could take one Pulse War Scorpion corpse. As for the Samurai Hunter Zergs, taking two would be sufficient.
With this in mind, Qin Hu quickly began making arrangements.
He took bundles of three-centimeter-thick braided rope from the squad members’ backpacks and tied the Zerg corpses up securely, making them easier to drag and transport.
