Chapter 881: Water Started To Break

Lu Yin watched her brother leave, and her face turned even uglier. Her brother had truly changed! In the past, he would never raise his voice at her, much less raise his hands. That woman! Give them a proper burial."

However, before the men could take the women away to bury them, a little boy around the age of ten came running.

Bai Meiyue also turned to look at the commotion through the balcony of her mansion. Her son kicked her hard in the belly, making her wince as her entire belly turned tense. The contractions started to happen once again. Bai Meiyue stood up from the chair and walked over to the edge. She stared down at the ground where the corpses of women were piled up and sighed heavily. Well, it seemed like her worst possible thought actually came true.

"Sister, sister, wake up. Wuwuwu...." Weiguo cried as he looked at her pale-faced sister. When Bai Meiyue saw the young boy cry, she turned to look at Meng Suisui. "What happened?"

"It’s just as you expected. Lu Yu went to rescue these women just as you asked him to. But when he arrived at the convoy, these women were already tormented to death. Most of the women were tormented to death by those men; from what I heard, it is quite surprising that Lu Yu was able to bring their corpses back intact. Those men were too cruel to these women, and most of them even liked to whip these women."

When Bai Meiyue heard what happened, she could not help but frown. She pursed her lips and commanded, "Go ahead and tell Lu Yin and the rest of their convoy to get lost as soon as possible. If she doesn’t get lost, then I will go ahead and kill them all."

The only reason she chose to save his mother was because she wanted him to remember this gratitude and serve her in the future well without betraying her. As for whether she was wrong to manipulate a child, Bai Meiyue did not feel any guilt. She was not going to use that boy for any wrong deed; she was at most going to use him to strengthen the safe base.

Compared to others, she was at least better than the rest.

Bai Meiyue felt a wave of irritation. It was truly annoying. She was already in a troublesome situation and Lu Yin and Dacheng were rushing in front of her to cause trouble for her. While Bai Meiyue hurried to find Shen Zhen, Weiguo looked at the corpse of his sister. His heart was beating with a rage that he had never felt before. He punched the ground and cried in a wretched manner, "Lu Yin! Dacheng! I will kill you two! I will definitely make you two pay the price for killing my sister. I will never let you go. I will avenge my sister no matter what! I swear!"

Weiguo knew that he was weak and helpless for the time being. But soon he would definitely make those two suffer a life worse than death. He would become stronger and much more powerful.

Everyone looked at Weiguo and felt sorry for him. However, no one took his words seriously. After all, what could a little boy of his age do? She had few ability users but they were much more skilled than the ones she brought over. It was only then did Lu Yin realise that the quality of people mattered more than the quantity.

"Let’s go." Lu Yin was reluctant to leave; in her heart, she knew that Bai Meiyue had become a much more capable woman. A woman who could walk side by side with Lei Qian but at the same time she did not want to accept it!

"Where did you take it!?"

Just as the two of them turned to sit down, they heard a wretched cry and turned to look at the window of their RV. When Lu Yin saw that the one speaking was one of the strongest ability users of her team, she hurried out of the RV with Dacheng. The two of them turned to look at the man who was crying and asked in a low voice, "What happened? Why are you making a fuss here? Do you want to attract Bai Meiyue’s attention?"
