That made Doctor Julia glance at me.

"My poor patient has woken up. How was your first day of training, Liliana?"

"Fallen from exhaustion after casting an interesting new magic technique?"

"You don’t hesitate to show off your talents and abilities, do you?"

That statement sounded like sarcasm to me.

"I think I do have a talent for magic," I replied, swallowing Doctor Julia’s seemingly ordinary sarcasm.

It’s not the sarcasm that makes me angry, but rather the sarcasm that makes me excited to train myself even better.

At least, I can understand that Liliana has a small mana capacity and needs to manage her magic abilities so that she can last longer.

The bottle I received was small and bright blue, making it look like a dyed isotonic drink. I didn’t think twice and drank it immediately. The taste was slightly bland, with a bitter aftertaste of crushed leaves. It’s not suitable for drinking straight, unless necessary.

Maybe it’s my own fault that the healing potions in this novel’s world are so bland. Like the mana potions are based on leaves, and the healing potions are based on fish oil.

"I didn’t feel happy after reading the first line, though..." I answered honestly.

"Yeah, sure, I wouldn’t be happy if the language was that complicated either. The medical books I read are the same. Isn’t there another way to simplify that complicated language?" asked Doctor Julia, sounding like she was provoking my opinion.

"I don’t know... magic books and medical books are definitely different, right?" I replied as I took the old magic book given to me by Marchioness Shinano Vii Lichtberg and opened it to the first page.

I pointed out a line that contained a complex metaphor and was considered too serious for people in the world of this novel.

"The first line says that magic is a blessing from a Goddess to every living creature in this world. If we take that sentence to think, then every human being born can use magic."

"Then in the second line... it specifically says that magic uses language and imagination. In other words, there must be incantations from the mouth and imagination in the mind. If this complicated language is swallowed raw, then other languages can be used to cast magic."

"These are the principles of magic written in the magic book, which contain imagination, use of language, and belief in magic."

"Medical books are definitely different from this, right?"

I gave Doctor Julia a simple lengthy presentation of my personal opinion. She took a small book out of her pocket and handed it to me.

The small book that came out of Doctor Julia’s pocket looked like a notebook. It was thick enough to be a pocketbook. The cover had Doctor Julia’s full name written on it. I grabbed the book and opened it to the first page.

The text I read was Doctor Julia’s personal information of her experiences as a doctor at the residence of Duke Adelheid Von Blutfeld. No confidential information was leaked, only her experiences as a doctor treating each patient in her office.

She wrote several recipes with detailed dosages for minor ailments like headaches or cuts. The ingredients she used also had Latin names and common names commonly used by ordinary people. Nothing unusual, but easy to understand and imitate.

"What do you think, Liliana?" asked Doctor Julia with a hopeful look in her eyes.

"Not too bad, easy to understand as a note that treats minor ailments, and what is it for?" I replied with another question that made Doctor Julia smile slightly.

"It’s for my little sister who dreams of becoming a doctor when she grows up. For her birthday, she wants a medical book that she can read."

"Oh, I think I understand the problem. The medical books out there... are too complicated for little girls?" I asked, clearly hitting the nail on the head.

If only Doctor Julia could see into the future, she would be the greatest doctor ever, and her handwriting in her medical textbook would change the world in this novel.

I took the book in Doctor Julia’s hand and drew a chibi version of a famous female doctor character in my old world.

"L-Like this?" I replied, showing her my new drawing, causing Doctor Julia to pull my hand.

"Let’s get married! Uh, I mean collaborate on a work, Liliana!" said Doctor Julia with an excited look in her eyes.
