The first item was soon brought onto the stage.

It was a set of three silver daggers, each with a beautifully polished blade.

Victor picked up the microphone and began his introduction.

"Let’s start with something suitable for adventurers. These are the Silverwind Daggers, forged using high-grade monster materials. Each dagger possesses a wind-attributed enchantment that slightly increases attack speed while enhancing the sharpness of its blade."

The display screen behind him lit up, revealing the weapons’ information.

[Silverwind Dagger Set]

Grade: Epic

Quantity: 3

Special Effect: Rank 2 Poison Creation and Manipulation

Starting Bid: 15,000 Tower Coins

"These daggers are particularly suitable for fighters who specialize in stealth and quick attacks. We’ll begin the bidding at fifteen thousand Tower Coins!"

Several bidding tokens were raised almost immediately.

"Fifteen thousand!"

"Seventeen thousand!"

"Eighteen thousand!"

The bids continued to climb, eventually reaching twenty-three thousand Tower Coins.

Victor brought down his golden hammer.

"Sold!"

An auction assistant promptly collected the daggers and delivered them to their new owner.

Ryan watched the entire process without much interest.

Although the daggers weren’t bad, their grade was simply too low to attract his attention. Even some of his weaker summons possessed considerably better equipment.

The next few lots were similarly unremarkable.

There were several sets of armor, different types of monster cores, and a handful of high-grade weapons. Their quality was decent, and most attracted enough bidders to keep the auction moving smoothly.

Ryan occasionally glanced at the information displayed on the screen, but he never raised his bidding token.

He had no intention of spending money on things he didn’t need.

After several more lots had been sold, Victor introduced the next item.

"This time, we have something that should interest our Potionists. It’s a collection of medicinal ingredients gathered from various dungeons on the second floor. While none of these ingredients are particularly rare individually, they have all been carefully preserved and remain in excellent condition. They can also be used in several high-grade potion recipes."

An assistant carried a tray onto the stage. Several sealed containers filled with different medicinal ingredients were neatly arranged on it.

The display screen revealed their details.

[Mixed Medicinal Ingredient Collection]

Grade: Rare

Contents: 20 Different Medicinal Ingredients

Starting Bid: 30,000 Tower Coins

The bidding started almost immediately.

Several Potionists in the audience showed considerable interest, and after a brief competition, the price eventually reached fifty-two thousand Tower Coins.

Ryan glanced at the displayed ingredients.

Most of them were fairly ordinary. He already possessed better alternatives inside his spatial ring, so there was little reason for him to participate.

He leaned back in his seat and continued watching.

The auction proceeded at a steady pace.

Some items attracted considerable attention and sparked fierce bidding competitions, while others received only a handful of offers before being sold. A few lots even failed to reach their reserve prices and were withdrawn.

Overall, everything was proceeding as expected.

Ryan wasn’t disappointed.

He had never expected every item in the auction to be valuable. Besides, he had already examined the catalog beforehand and knew that several more interesting lots were scheduled to appear later.

Another twenty minutes passed.

Victor introduced a collection of monster cores, among which were several Legendary-grade specimens.

Their appearance immediately attracted the attention of numerous adventurers and representatives of different organizations.

Ryan briefly considered purchasing one or two, but eventually decided against it.

He already had plenty of monster materials. Unless a particular core possessed some special property, spending money on additional ones would be unnecessary.

After several more lots had been auctioned, Victor picked up another information card.

A slight change appeared in his expression.

"Everyone, our next item should be particularly interesting to Potionists and those who specialize in alchemy."

An assistant carefully carried a small transparent container onto the stage.

Inside was a beautiful flower with delicate pale-blue petals. Its center emitted a faint silver glow, while tiny particles of energy drifted around it.

Ryan immediately recognized the plant.

’The Moonlight Spirit Flower.’

Victor waited until everyone had a clear view before continuing.

"This is a Legendary-grade medicinal plant known as the Moonlight Spirit Flower. It was discovered in one of the dungeons on the second floor and has been carefully preserved ever since."

The display screen changed, revealing its information.

[Moonlight Spirit Flower]

Grade: Legendary

Quantity: 1

Description: A rare medicinal plant that absorbs moonlight and converts it into concentrated spiritual energy. It can be used in advanced potion-making and certain soul-related preparations.

Starting Bid: 300,000 Tower Coins

"According to our appraisers, this flower is in excellent condition, and its medicinal properties remain completely intact. It is particularly valuable to Potionists specializing in spiritual energy recovery."

Victor raised his hand slightly.

"The starting bid is three hundred thousand Tower Coins. Let the bidding begin!"

"Three hundred thousand!"

A voice immediately rang out from the middle section.

"Three hundred and twenty thousand!"

Another bidder quickly followed.

The price began climbing, attracting the attention of several Potionists and representatives of different organizations.

Ryan remained seated, making no attempt to participate just yet.

The Moonlight Spirit Flower was certainly valuable, but he wasn’t in a hurry. He wanted to see how much interest it would attract before deciding on his offer.

"Three hundred and fifty thousand!"

"Four hundred thousand!"

The competition continued until the price reached four hundred and fifty thousand Tower Coins.

By then, several bidders had already dropped out.

Just when the bidding seemed to be slowing down, a voice suddenly rang out from one of the front rows.

"Five hundred thousand!"

Ryan turned his attention toward the speaker.

It was a young man dressed in an expensive blue robe, with a golden emblem embroidered on his shoulder. Two attendants stood quietly behind him.

Judging by his confident expression, he seemed quite determined to obtain the flower.

Ryan glanced at the display screen.

Five hundred thousand Tower Coins wasn’t particularly expensive for a Legendary-grade medicinal ingredient.

He raised his bidding token.

"Five hundred and twenty thousand."

A few people turned toward him.

The young man in the blue robe also glanced in his direction. However, after taking a quick look at Ryan, he turned back toward the stage and raised his token.

"Five hundred and fifty thousand!"

"Five hundred and seventy thousand."

Ryan responded almost immediately.

The young man’s expression changed slightly.

He turned around again, seemingly trying to determine whether Ryan was genuinely interested in the flower or simply raising the price.

After a brief hesitation, he lifted his token.

"Six hundred thousand!"

Ryan considered the offer for a moment.

He certainly had enough money to continue bidding, but that didn’t mean he needed to spend it carelessly.

Still, the Moonlight Spirit Flower had several useful applications, and he had already decided that acquiring it would be worthwhile.

"Six hundred and fifty thousand."

The young man frowned.

He leaned toward one of his attendants and whispered something. The attendant quietly responded, seemingly reminding him of something.

After listening, the young man finally lowered his bidding token.

Apparently, he had decided that the flower wasn’t worth spending any more money on.

Victor looked around the auction hall.

"Six hundred and fifty thousand Tower Coins! Does anyone wish to offer more?"

The hall remained silent.

Victor waited a few seconds before continuing.

"Going once!"

He paused briefly.

"Going twice!"

Seeing that nobody else intended to bid, he brought down his golden hammer.

"Sold! The Moonlight Spirit Flower goes to seat number thirty-seven for six hundred and fifty thousand Tower Coins!"

Ryan lowered his bidding token.

He had successfully obtained the first item he wanted.

Six hundred and fifty thousand Tower Coins wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering the rarity of the flower and its potential applications, he was satisfied with the purchase.

Not long afterward, an auction house employee approached his seat and handed him a small confirmation slip.

Ryan glanced through the details.

As expected, he would be able to collect the flower and complete the payment once the auction was over.

After putting the slip away, he returned his attention to the stage.

There were still plenty of items left to be auctioned.

He hadn’t found anything particularly interesting so far, but he had a feeling that the more valuable lots would appear during the second half of the auction.
