The tall figure leaned against the tree, looking into the distance for a long time.

Baili Xia had finally managed to control her overwhelming emotions, and when she looked at Bei Tianyou again, this is how she saw him.

Silent, standing there, not knowing what he was watching, his cold and lonely face indescribably stiff.

It seemed that right after she mentioned Shengxue’s accident, he suddenly stood up, walked under the tree, and became like this.

Why did he look even sadder than her?

Baili Xia sat in the wind for a while, until her legs felt numb, and then she used her hands to prop herself up, wanting to stand.

A figure gracefully approached.

Bei Tianyou’s large hand landed on her arm, gently helping her up.

Looking at her face with tear stains not yet dry, he said, “Let me show you something.”

“What?” Baili Xia was a bit surprised, Bei Tianyou’s voice was unexpectedly hoarse, a kind of hoarse that suppressed severe pain.

Bei Tianyou didn’t speak and took the lead to walk forward.

Although Baili Xia really wasn’t in the mood to appreciate the scenery, she was very distressed herself.

So, she slowly followed him and walked towards the back courtyard.

They got on the sightseeing car in the back courtyard, Bei Tianyou personally drove, speeding towards the direction of the back mountain.

The scenery along the way was breathtakingly beautiful, although Baili Xia really wasn’t in the mood, she had to admit, the Bei Family’s home was truly beautiful.

Different from the beauty of Mu Mansion, the beauty of this Bei Family mansion lay in its fresh naturalness.

Compared to the Mu family, it had much more of nature’s essence.

Perhaps related to the location Bei Miao, even the back courtyard and mountain were planted with many rare medicinal herbs.

The faint fragrance wafted in the air, entering the nostrils, making the gloomy mood somewhat brighter.

The sightseeing car stopped on a spacious lawn in the back mountain.

Bei Tianyou got off the car first and walked over to Baili Xia to help her down.

The two walked forward about ten steps, and then Bei Tianyou suddenly called out, “Flame.”

Baili Xia looked in the direction he was gazing at, and soon she saw a horse rushing out from the distant forest, quickly approaching them.

Its whole body covered in blood-red fur, shimmering in the sunlight with a dazzling red light.

Red like fire, brilliant like fireworks!

So this horse is called Flame?

Indeed, as red as fire.

But, watching Flame rushing towards them, Baili Xia suddenly wanted to cry again.

Not for any other reason, but because of the familiar scent from Flame.

Although the size differed, Flame was much larger than Shengxue.

Although their fur was different, Flame was fiery red, while Shengxue was snow white.

Although their demeanors differed, Flame was as vigorous as a rainbow, while Shengxue was sometimes wilful and sometimes docile.

Yet, from Flame’s body, she saw too many shadows of Shengxue.

They felt, really very similar!

In the blink of an eye, Flame had come before them.

It approached as fast as lightning, stopping abruptly without even a moment’s buffer.

This Flame could match Uncle’s Zhui Feng!

“It…” Baili Xia looked up at Bei Tianyou, not understanding why he brought her to see this horse.

Looking at it, her heart really hurt a lot.

“Do you like it? How about I give it to you?” Bei Tianyou looked down at her, softly spoke.

Perhaps, he started regretting it as soon as he finished speaking.

But seeing her crying tears for Shengxue just now, that scene had painfully and sourly twisted his heart.

He petted Flame’s fiery red mane, hoarsely saying, “Don’t you think it resembles Shengxue? Since it does, I’ll give it to you.”
