Be Gentle, My Master

Chapter 133: Uncle I'll Behave Myself 06_1

  • Next Chapter

Mu the senior from the fourth year?

No way…what a coincidence!

However, there are so many people in the world with the surname “Mu,” why should she panic?

Upon hearing the words “Mu the senior”, and thinking about her terrifying older brother… Shoot!

She’s traumatized again!

“You wouldn’t believe it.

The moment I stepped into the college, I heard so many stories about Mu the senior.”

Speaking of Mu the senior, starry eyes filled Ning Anran’s face.

“Everyone says he’s a genius, an IT whiz, a sports star, and even the campus heartthrob…wow!

Mu the senior’s achievements are so remarkable, one could talk about them all day without getting tired!

More than ninety percent of the female students in the university are attracted to him…”

After saying so much in one breath, Ning Anran finally caught up: “Xiaxia, Mu the senior is your older brother.”

Baili Xia was stunned.

So her brother…was really famous in the college!

After a little walk, they soon arrived at the dormitory.

There were four buildings in total, two for female students and two for male students.

There was a small park in front of each building, with a supermarket, various coffee shops, dessert shops, and bookstores inside.

“Wow!

Awesome!

Xiaxia, if we don’t have classes in the morning, we can wander around, have a cup of coffee, and talk about life.”

Ning Anran’s eyes lit up again.

Was this what it meant to study here?

It seemed more like a place to enjoy life!

The children of the rich really live different lives!

Talking about life…Baili Xia’s forehead was full of sweat, she knocked on Ning Anran’s head and gave her a sidelong glance.

“You go on with your chatter about life, but I’ll need to find where the other cafeterias are.”

Didn’t they mention there were many poor students here?

There must be other “affordable” cafeterias, right?

At her words, Ning Anran’s stomach growled as though on cue.

Patting her belly, she looked up at Baili Xia and chuckled: “Yeah, let’s eat something first.”

“Don’t you want to check out the botanical garden up ahead?”

Hearing they were going back to find a restaurant, the shuttle driver turned around and asked them.

“No, ma’am, we’re going to have lunch first.

We have classes in the afternoon, and we need to rest in the dormitory after eating,” Baili Xia responded with a smile.

“Alright.”

Because they were used to the location, Baili Xia and Ning Anran ended up choosing the Chinese restaurant when they couldn’t find the “civic cafeteria” right away.

They had just found a corner table and sat down when Baili Xia’s phone rang, it was Mu Ziying calling.

“I’ll go and order a simple meal for you.” Seeing Baili Xia was taking the call, Ning Anran pointed in the direction of the counter and went to order after getting an acknowledgment from Baili Xia.

After answering the call, she didn’t know what Mu Ziying said on the other end.

Baili Xia nodded her head, said something like “I know,” and hung up the brief call.

“Xiaxia, have you really decided to do the charity sale?”

Bringing back two simple meals, Ning Anran sat down across from her, pushing one of the boxes in front of her.

“Yeah, is there a problem?” Baili Xia looked at her.

“I used to follow the lives of the children in the impoverished mountainous areas.

Their lives are really difficult.

If this event can help them, I will definitely join.

No matter how much we can help, at least we tried our best, don’t you think so?”

Ning Anran tilted her head to think, then nodded: “Right, but what do you plan on selling?”

Before Baili Xia had a chance to respond, Mu Ziying’s call came in again.

When she saw the caller’s ID, Baili Xia panicked.

Would Mu Ziying really make her go to Mu Xiaoyao’s place?

Mu Xiaoyao disliked her so much, if she went there, wouldn’t she just get tortured to death!
