Be Gentle, My Master
Chapter 1342
Baili Xia extended her left hand to feel around Bei Tianyou’s chest, locating the spot for acupuncture.
After a second of hesitation, her right hand swiftly descended, inserting a silver needle.
In just a few dozen seconds, Baili Xia placed five silver needles into Bei Tianyou’s chest.
After the needling, Baili Xia reached out and held Bei Tianyou’s hand.
At this moment, she could only wait quietly, hoping for a miracle to happen once more.
Time seemed to stand still, although only five minutes passed, Baili Xia felt like a century had gone by.
Finally, Bei Tianyou’s body gradually relaxed, his brows unfurrowed, and his teeth were no longer clenched tightly.
He slowly opened his eyes and exhaled a heavy breath of stale air.
Only at this moment did Baili Xia let out a sigh of relief.
Bei Tianyou was saved, her acupuncture technique had once again rescued him.
“Brother You, Brother You, how do you feel? Are you feeling better?”
Baili Xia bent down, quickly removed the five silver needles, and put them into her bag.
She gently helped Bei Tianyou sit up, leaning him against herself.
Although her master had taught her this acupuncture technique, he only recently developed it.
She had learned a bit but had never tested it herself before.
The pressure points on the chest are both the gate of life and death; if anything went wrong, she couldn’t atone even if she died a million times.
Bei Tianyou gently nodded, though he was saved, his strength had been completely drained.
Baili Xia took a water cup from her bag and brought it to his lips, letting him take a sip.
The water moistened his throat a bit, and he slowly began to speak.
“Thank you…
for saving me again.”
“Don’t talk much, just rest for now.”
As they spoke, a figure quickly ran towards them from the small path.
Fan Yi quickly arrived in front of Bei Tianyou and Baili Xia, seeing Bei Tianyou leaning against Baili Xia, drenched.
His appearance showed signs of an attack, yet it seemed he was recovering from it.
He intended to take medicine out of his pocket but hesitated.
Fan Yi squatted down beside them, glanced at Baili Xia, and then looked at Bei Tianyou, urgently asking.
“Young Master, how are you?”
Bei Tianyou simply shook his head lightly, not speaking.
“Brother You suddenly had an attack just now, he should be fine now.”
Raising his head to look at Baili Xia, Fan Yi’s eyes were full of confusion.
“The Young Master didn’t bring any medicine, how did he get through it? Could it be…”
The last time at the Mu Mansion, Fan Yi saw Baili Xia save him with his own eyes.
He thought Baili Xia was trying to harm the Young Master.
But in the end, Bei Tianyou was indeed saved by her.
Could it be that she saved the Young Master again this time?
Baili Xia didn’t hide anything and directly said to him.
“Brother You had an attack just now, I called for you but wasn’t sure if you could hear.”
“Brother You’s situation was very urgent, I had no choice but to use acupuncture on him. Luckily, the needles relieved some of his symptoms.”
Exactly as he thought, Fan Yi slowly nodded.
“Earlier, I heard someone shouting from the mountain, but I couldn’t hear clearly.”
“I guessed you might be in some kind of situation, so I ran up here.
It was too far to send medicine in time.”
“Luckily, Miss Xiaxia was here, otherwise…”
Before finishing his sentence, Fan Yi bowed to Baili Xia.
If he had any doubts about Baili Xia’s treatment last time, this time he was completely convinced by her.
Baili Xia quickly shook her head: “I didn’t know if I could save him either, it was just an emergency, and I had to try. It was just luck.”
