Outside the cave, the sky was already bright, and the sun hung high.

Baili Xia and Wu Ming finally supported each other out of the cave. The outside light shot into their eyes, causing temporary blindness.

The sudden blindness threw Baili Xia into panic, only hearing a rush of footsteps approaching her side.

The person had just reached her when suddenly there was a scream, and they flew backward.

Baili Xia didn’t know what happened. Fortunately, her eyes finally adjusted to the intensity of the light, and she could see things again.

Seeing the black-clad person lying not far away, groaning, she realized that Wu Ming had kicked away the one who tried to attack them.

It was just that Wu Ming’s wounds were obviously torn again, and large beads of sweat oozed from his forehead.

Baili Xia urgently asked, “Wu Ming, are you okay?”

“I’m fine.” Despite the cold sweat on his forehead and his lips pale as white,

his face showed no change as he spoke.

Such a strong Wu Ming still made Baili Xia’s heart ache.

If it were an ordinary person, they would have been down by now.

“I didn’t expect to see you so pathetic today.”

Suddenly, a cold voice came from the side, completely capturing both their attention.

The voice was too familiar; Baili Xia knew who it was without looking.

She immediately exclaimed in delight, “Guisu.”

Her gaze found Guisu, who was fighting with enemies, and her heart which had been suspended in midair instantly relaxed.

Originally, she thought it would be Brother You’s men who would arrive first, but instead, it was this guy.

However, upon reflection, Guisu’s wild tracking ability was so formidable, much better than others, so it wasn’t surprising he’d find them first.

Wu Ming’s expression turned cold, and he snorted through his nose.

“So much nonsense.”

It was truly embarrassing this time, being seen in such a sorry state by Guisu.

Guisu ignored him, nodded at Baili Xia, and didn’t stop his movements.

He was currently fighting against several people, directly facing the leader of the black-clad men.

Under the siege of so many masters, he could still walk at a leisurely pace, greeting them.

Several other black-clad people standing around immediately gathered their wits and rushed towards Baili Xia when they saw her emerge.

Guisu’s face chilled, and he punched to force back the leader of the black-clad men, leaping in front of Baili Xia to intercept them.

He glanced at Wu Ming and said flatly, “You’re really not doing well?”

Whether he meant this intentionally or unintentionally was unknown.

But hearing it, Wu Ming found it harsh.

Not doing well? Could such words be said to a man like him?

Wu Ming frowned, and provoked by his words, his blood suddenly surged.

He swung his iron fist, punching a black-clad person’s face.

The person didn’t make a sound and fell to the ground, unable to get up again.

Guisu parted his lips, knowing from Wu Ming’s eyes that his words had provoked him.

But in a way, he liked it that way.

Baili Xia was utterly astonished. The previously weak Wu Ming now knocked someone out with a single punch.

Where did he get the strength?

“I’m not doing well? How about a contest?”

Wu Ming tightly clenched his iron fist, his gaze as sharp as a sword resting on Guisu.

Guisu’s slightly doubtful gaze was particularly irritating, especially in front of this girl.

Baili Xia reached out to pull him, urgently saying, “Wu Ming, your injuries are severe. Stand behind me, I’ll protect you.”
