Someone must have tipped them off, because the news of Bei Zicheng’s death eventually reached Bei Shengri and Ling Lin.

At the Bei Family’s main gate, a black luxury car was parked there.

Behind the sedan, a dozen or so business vehicles were lined up neatly.

Through the car windows, it was clear that each vehicle was packed with people.

Seeing this formation, the guard was quite frightened.

But this was the Bei Family, and no matter who it was, they couldn’t act recklessly here.

He forced himself to stay calm, steadied his nerves, and stepped towards the luxury car at the front.

The rear window slowly rolled down, allowing the guard to see clearly who was inside.

“Second Master, it’s you.”

Seeing it was Bei Shengri, he finally breathed a sigh of relief.

Although the situation was somewhat intimidating, being a member of the Bei Family, he shouldn’t act recklessly, right?

Bei Shengri didn’t even glance at the guard, his gaze emitting a cold aura. He said in a deep voice, “Open the gate!”

The guard immediately nodded, “Yes, I’ll open it right away.”

He glanced at the dozen or so business vehicles behind, his expression showing some difficulty.

“Second Master, these cars…”

“They’re coming in with me,” Bei Shengri’s voice remained icy.

The guard’s heart tightened; in this manner, it seemed he really was here to cause trouble.

If that was the case, he wouldn’t dare to casually let them in.

“Second Master, this won’t do.”

“You can go in, but if these cars need to enter, I must ask for permission first.”

After saying that, the guard truly took out his phone, ready to call someone.

Bei Shengri clenched his fists and forcefully slammed them on the back of the driver’s seat, loudly commanding, “Ram the gate for me!”

The guard was dumbfounded upon hearing this, momentarily unable to react.

The driver in the front seat, however, seemed to be prepared for this.

Stepping on the gas pedal, the sedan sped towards the barrier gate.

Suddenly, with a loud bang, the barrier was smashed into pieces.

The front end of the luxury car was also severely damaged, likely requiring repairs costing tens of thousands.

The security guard, startled by the loud noise, came to his senses and quickly chased after them.

However, Bei Shengri’s car crashed through the gate without stopping, speeding straight towards the main house.

He wanted to intercept, but it was too late.

But even if he caught up, he wouldn’t be able to stop them by himself.

Once Bei Shengri’s car was in, the dozen or so business vehicles followed suit, one after another.

“Hey, you can’t do this, hey, stop! Stop quickly!”

Seeing them driving directly towards the main house, the guard was so anxious he was almost babbling incoherently.

If the Old Madam blamed him later, what… would he do?

The guard couldn’t afford to hesitate any longer and immediately returned to the guardroom to call the main house.

As soon as the call ended, Bei Shengri and his group had already appeared in the front yard.

These past few days, there had been some issues with the fields; the Old Master had gone out a few days ago and hadn’t returned yet.

Otherwise, if Bei Shengri came like this, and he found out about Bei Zicheng’s situation, it would surely trigger a heart attack.

In the main living room, only the Old Madam sat on the sofa, listening carefully to Lan’s report.

Suddenly hearing hurried footsteps in the front yard, the Old Madam’s gaze was immediately drawn in that direction.

Seeing two figures entering, her heart instantly tightened.

The chill emanating from Bei Shengri was terrifying.

Lan immediately stepped forward to block him.

“Second Master.”

Bei Shengri let out a cold snort, pushed her aside, and walked towards the Old Madam.
