Chapter 690: Just arrived and already received such a terrifying act_1

Baili Xia nodded, and Chen couldn’t help but take another look at her.

This girl was refreshingly innocent, her eyes clear and pure, untouched by the world’s pollution.

How could such a girl be someone who would use her body to get ahead?

However, it was true that she came to find Mr.

Mu, hoping for a chance to act.

But at Feixue, there weren’t many opportunities to resort to underhanded maneuvers.

Mr.

Mu always detested such things, his demands for those under him were high.

Chen wondered why he would make an exception for her?

But he didn’t think too deeply about it.

In this circle, it’s most important to speak less and do more.

Some words may be spoken without intention, but were often risky, possibly causing lethal damage in the future.

“Go take a shower first, a makeup artist will come and help you to whiten your body.”

“Body?” Baili Xia jumped, instinctively covering her chest.

Upon seeing her reaction, Chen couldn’t help but laugh.

“Don’t worry, we at Feixue don’t shoot that kind of film.

The makeup artist just needs to beautify the exposed parts.”

“Can I ask what kind of scene will I be shooting today?”

“A scene of an attempted rape.”

Seeing Baili Xia’s face change, Chen immediately explained.

“Nothing will go wrong.

It’s just acting, all false.

The male actor is just renowned for being serious, so he may be a bit heavy-handed for the sake of realism.”

“You know, those big-name stars are very careful with their bodies, fearing the slightest injury.

That’s why they look for stand-ins.”

“Rest assured, we at Feixue never allow for real action under the guise of a play, let alone stripping your clothes.”

“Really, no stripping?” Baili Xia felt her heart thumping.

She couldn’t believe her bad luck, meeting this kind of scene on her first try.

But she promised her brother before that she was not afraid of hardship, fearing nothing.

If the male actor is looking for realism and will be heavy-handed, it probably just means she will suffer a bit and be squeezed here or there.

Although, the term “attempted rape”…

just hearing these words makes one’s heart tremble with fear.

“We can assure that he won’t touch where he shouldn’t. If anything happens, you can scream and the shooting will immediately stop.”

Chen checked the time, seemingly a bit anxious.

“Seeing your figure, the director said you really resemble our lead actress. Your face won’t be shown in the shot, so don’t worry.”

Baili Xia nodded reluctantly.

It’s just acting.

It’s acting, there shouldn’t be a problem.

Further, during the shooting, so many people will be there, he can’t do anything to her.

Still, she was scared by the word “rape”.

“If there is no problem, go take a shower right away and let the makeup artist beautify your body.”

Chen immediately urged her, as there really wasn’t much time left.

“You have to know, you’re the stand-in for our lead actress.

There will be close-ups of your shoulders and calves, your skin has to be beautiful.”

“I understand.”

Baili Xia finally took the clothes he handed over and followed the makeup artist inside.

It’s just exposing her calves and shoulders, and her face won’t be shown, there shouldn’t be a problem, right?

She just felt a vague sense of unease for no apparent reason.

She always felt…

that this matter was somewhat intimidating.

But she quickly reassured herself, it’s just exposing her shoulders and calves, everything would be fine…
