The fierce wind howled, the waves surged, and the ship rocked as everyone crowded into the already narrow cabin.

Li Zhen slowly recounted the earlier ordeal, his expression changing as he spoke of that detestable Furious Sea Shark, gritting his teeth: “If it weren’t for that Furious Sea Shark, we wouldn’t be in this predicament.”

Zhang Bai patted Li Zhen’s shoulder in reassurance: “It’s okay, as long as everyone’s safe and sound, losing just one fishing boat is nothing for you, Zhen.”

Li Zhen said nothing, then looked ahead at Chen Yuan, a hint of relief on his face: “Advisor Chen, thank goodness your Blazing Heaven Falcon arrived in time, otherwise we would have already sunk to the bottom of the sea.”

Chen Yuan smiled slightly, peering through the cabin window at the Sea Patrol Shouting Seagull dancing in the storm: “It was the one who found you; you might as well thank it.”

After dealing with two Furious Sea Sharks earlier, the Sea Patrol Shouting Seagull, patrolling high above, noticed an anomaly with Li Zhen’s vessel from afar and quickly reported the situation, leading Chen Yuan to dispatch Spark for support.

Originally, Cola also wanted to join, but due to the harsh environment, Chen Yuan decided to leave Cola behind to guard against any unforeseen incidents.

Deprived of the chance to shine, Cola inevitably felt downcast.

But protecting the master was paramount; it soon regained its enthusiasm, patrolling the nearby sea area.

“Yes, yes, you’re all benefactors, I should thank you properly.” Li Zhen wiped the rain from his face, then gazed at the raging sea outside the window, speaking gravely, “This storm couldn’t have come at a worse time; it was clear skies just before…”

Upon hearing this, Zhang Bai instinctively glanced at Tian, known for his jinxing remarks, who chuckled lightly and spread his hands: “I don’t have the power to control the weather.”

Fierce winds screamed from all directions, tossing the ship, and dense raindrops pelted the cabin with a loud splatter. Thick clouds made vision incredibly dark, and everyone momentarily lost the desire to converse, quietly watching the sudden storm unfold from within the cabin.

A tense atmosphere gathered inside the cabin, with everyone pulling different expressions, each lost in their thoughts.

Cola didn’t have human worries; the stronger the wind, the more excited it grew, and if not for the master’s restraint, it would have already been barking with its mouth wide open and tail wagging, diving into the heart of the gusts, dancing with the wind.

The Twin Flower Concubine was curious about this kind of weather, frequently poking its little head out from the pocket, eyes shimmering with thought.

If it entered this gust, could it fly very, very high?

Chen Yuan gently tapped its little head, his voice breaking the dead silence in the cabin with a smile: “Stay inside, don’t get blown away.”

The little fellow nodded obediently, first retreating into the pocket but then poking its head out again, blinking at Chen Yuan as if reminding him to take care.

Chen Yuan smiled warmly, raising his eyes to Zhang Bai lost in thought: “Captain, what should we do now?”

The sea ravaged by wind and rain, not to mention driving away Furious Sea Sharks, even returning safely was a luxury.

Chen Yuan wasn’t worried; Spark could carry him to safety from this treacherous place, and even Cola could serve as a mount in the sky during emergencies.

But it was troublesome for others.

Not every Beastmaster owned an airborne mount for humans, and not every Beastmaster had contracted a Water-type Pet Beast capable of taking them away from the turbulent sea.

Upon hearing Chen Yuan’s sudden inquiry, Zhang Bai instinctively looked at Tian: “Uncle, when will this rain end?”

Tian glared at Zhang Bai, retorting: “Do you think I’m the Sea God?”

After these words, he approached the window, his deep gaze fixed on the turbulent sea, speaking in a low voice: “This storm probably won’t stop anytime soon; we need to figure out how to leave this sea area.”

Li Zhen squeezed beside Tian, observing outside for a while before hesitatingly saying: “This storm covers a large area; we must find a way ashore. Staying at sea is a dead end.”

Tian nodded in agreement, turning towards Zhang Bai, his face stern: “Captain, move away from here first, checking for any place we can land along the way.”

Meeting many gazes, Zhang Bai remained composed, nodding slightly to show understanding, then looked at Chen Yuan: “Advisor Chen, what do you think?”

Chen Yuan spread his hands: “You’re the experts; I’ll follow your lead.”

Upon hearing this, Zhang Bai exhaled deeply, his gaze suddenly firm, waving his hand: “Set sail!”

The storm over the sea resembled a dark, predatory beast, whipping the small fishing vessel as it struggled through the tumbling waves.

Everyone crowded inside the small cabin, heavy breaths rising and falling. Some slumped on the ground with bowed heads, others gazed hopefully outside, while some curiously sized up Chen Yuan.

Riding on hope, the fishing boat sailed for a long time across the raging sea, yet it didn’t seem to escape the storm’s grasp, until a flash of lightning split the sky!

“An island! There’s an island ahead!”

Crowded at the porthole, Zhang Bai shouted hoarsely while observing the distant surroundings through a telescope, his voice distorted by excitement.

Through the rain-blurred window, everyone’s gaze leaped beyond the gloomy sky, faintly sighting a deep silhouette—seemingly an isolated island enshrouded by the storm, jagged rocks intermittently emerging in the waves, covered by a dense coat of dark green foliage.

“Thank goodness, we’re saved!”

“Let’s rest on the island first, then call for rescue.”

“Woof! Woof! Woof!”

Seeing everyone overjoyed, Cola bounced in place, while Spark instinctively flew off Chen Yuan’s shoulder, soaring high in the sky, its golden-red eyes locked onto the distant island.
