Chapter 672: Hammering the Divine Son

‘I did think about luring this Three-headed Demon Python out to make things more chaotic. A three-way brawl would give me a better chance of killing Ning Hao.’

Sensing that Ning Hao was standing guard outside the cave, not daring to enter, Chen Cheng sighed inwardly. ‘It seems this Ning Hao guy isn’t completely brainless. I’ll just have to kill him with raw power!’

In an instant, he was in front of Ning Hao, the Military Dao Combat Killing Hammer in his hand crackling with Thunder Arcs as he brought it crashing down on his head!

It all happened in an instant. The Sun and Moon Divine Light had only just solidified when the Military Dao Combat Killing Hammer came crashing down!

Ning Hao was sent flying several zhang, his qi and blood in turmoil. He nearly coughed up blood!

He poured all of it into the Sun and Moon Mirror Light Sword, erupting with an even more substantial Sun and Moon Divine Light to shield his body as he fled upward in a panic.

But Chen Cheng was faster!

In just a few flickers, he was behind Ning Hao again, smashing down ferociously with the Military Dao Combat Killing Hammer!

The Sun and Moon Divine Light shattered. Ning Hao was sent flying again. An unbearable pressure built in his chest, and with a great retch, he spat out a spray of crimson blood!

He ignored his injuries and once more activated his Qi Blood Power to condense the Sun and Moon Divine Light. Slashing violently downward, he used the recoil to leap out of the Cold Pool and shoot away from Lake Heart Island at top speed.

Chen Cheng’s killing intent had been fully roused; there was no way he would let him escape. He burst from the Cold Pool right behind him, Thunder Arcs crackling under his feet, and gave chase with his Military Dao Combat Killing Hammer raised!

The distant spectators couldn’t help but cry out in alarm when they saw this!

Amidst the gasps, however, a discordant burst of laughter rang out.

“Hahaha! That scoundrel Ning Hao is really in for it now!”

Ke Dali let out a few hearty laughs and chased after the two of them.

The man clearly wouldn’t be satisfied until he saw this spectacle to its very end!
