Berserk God of War
Chapter 2332: Pacified, We Are the Cangyu Demon Sect
In response to Chai Jiu’s wild questioning, Elder Lu remained silent, and so did the other members of the Neutral Party.
Sikong Jing then looked at Ying Sanmeng and said slowly, "Ying Sect Master, it’s for you to speak."
Ying Sanmeng had already fully understood Sikong Jing’s plan to persuade a surrender through two Divine Martial Masters’ War Puppet Bodies, naturally making him, as the Master of Yu Vein, the most suitable to speak about the upcoming matters.
He scanned the audience and declared heavily, "Because the Master of the Mo Vein and I wish to reestablish the Cang Lineage."
As his voice fell, everyone within and outside of the Cangyu Sect, regardless of who they were, was astonished and confused.
Soon after, Ying Sanmeng repeated in detail what Sikong Jing had said to Elder Lu, with the intention of publicly making a formal promise to the members of the Neutral Party.
That is to establish the Neutral Party as the new Cang Lineage.
He also explained the origin of establishing the Cang Lineage, which was to gather those under Canghai Wujiang who were willing to dedicate their lives to the Cangyu Demon Sect.
Of course, he also laid bare Chai Jiu’s crimes...
Which are: Chai Jiu’s selfishness and heartlessness, his disregard for the Cangyu Demon Sect in favor of establishing the Cang Sect, and so forth.
The reason why the Neutral Elders were hesitant at first was naturally because they originally sought shelter but feared their betrayal would be condemned worldwide, yet Mo and Yu Lines were equally their benefactors.
It was not wrong for the Neutral Party to attack Chai Jiu, who was heartless and unjust.
Additionally, with the existence of the inaugural rules of the Cang Lineage, the Neutral Party could legitimately attack the current Cang Lineage.
With Ying Sanmeng’s unwavering voice, countless people trembled in frenzy.
Finally, Ying Sanmeng boldly declared, "Now, the Cangyu Sect is officially renamed... Cangyu Demon Sect!"
Ching...
Ying Sanmeng erupted abruptly, pointing his sword at Chai Jiu and stating, "Such selfishness under the guise of the Cang Lineage is unworthy to be part of the Cangyu Demon Sect. Now everyone, hear my command, join me and the Master of the Mo Vein to jointly obliterate Chai Jiu."
Boom...
The eruption was complete, not only did the troops of the three lines explode, but also the family members of the Neutral Party, in an instant Chai Jiu, who was once the ruler of the Cangyu Sect, was left with only his family and the nearby masters of the Cang Lineage.
Compared to Mo and Yu Lines, they were extraordinarily weak.
However, he still had external support, Chai Jiu looked hopefully towards the external supporters...
Before he could speak, though, an elder dressed like a sect master suddenly spoke up, "Sect Master Chai, I’m afraid I’ve caught a cold, my body isn’t well and must return home for recuperation... cough cough cough, farewell!"
After feigning a few coughs, he suddenly wrapped up his sect members and vanished without a trace.
Mo and Yu Lines, of course, parted the way without hesitation.
Chai Ren and others were dumbfounded with mouths agape, wanting to say damn your cold, how the hell can a Divine Martial Stage expert catch a cold?
In the next moment, another sect master stepped forward and said, "Sect Master Chai, my wife is giving birth and I’m truly urgent, farewell."
The third sect master stepped out and said, "I, my elderly father, suddenly summoned me, I must return lest my butt blossoms."
The leaders of other external supportive sects found various excuses, regardless of how bizarre the excuse was, they simply ran off...
It’s a joke, helping Chai Jiu now in this situation is tantamount to seeking death.
"Damn it, come back to me!" Chai Ren shrieked repeatedly, but the external supporters ran even faster.
Each of them distanced themselves from Cangyu Island, but all stopped on the sea away from Cangyu Island. Of course, they couldn’t truly leave; they had to wait until the Cangyu Sect war was completely over to revisit.
Naturally, by then, they would not be visiting Chai Jiu but rather the new Great Sect Master.
It might be... Ying Sanmeng!
After all the external supporters left, Chai Jiu was completely panicked and terrified. He shouted, "Quick, split up and escape!"
He had completely lost the demeanor and prestige of the Great Sect Master, and now there was no choice but to flee.
Despite still being the strongest on Cangyu Island, he couldn’t hold them off.
As for Chai Jiu, his actions in the past were too ruthless and absolute...
For the sole dominance of the Cang Lineage, he killed countless Yu Vein people; he even imprisoned Ying Sanmeng, the Master of Yu Vein, in an inescapable prison, so Yu Vein would never let him off.
Escape or die!
And Sikong Jing, of course, ordered a siege.
Thus, various powers ferociously thundered upon Chai Jiu and others, and within less than fifteen minutes, the turmoil was subdued, most of the Cang lineage’s high ranks either died or were captured alive...
Yet Chai Jiu, remarkably, managed to escape successfully with the Second Sect Master and Chai Ren.
It wasn’t due to his superior realm, but rather his long-standing presence in the Cangyu Sect, as his family had consecutively served as the Great Sect Masters for several generations, and he had long since arranged means for escape on Cangyu Island.
These arrangements were unknown to Yu Vein, and even less so by Sikong Jing who was new.
...
Not long after, the new high ranks of the Cangyu Demon Sect gathered in the Cangyu Divine Mountain Hall.
However, upon entering the hall, gazing at the central seat meant for the Great Sect Master, they faced a dilemma.
They had won greatly, nearly annihilating the Cang lineage, yet who would take this seat?
Ying Sanmeng instinctively glanced at Sikong Jing, and Elder Lu did the same, despite Sikong Jing’s unnaturally youthful appearance, it seemed destined for him to take the Great Sect Master’s position.
This victory against the Cang Lineage was orchestrated entirely by him, and most importantly, they won with almost no losses.
In such a battle, those minor losses were negligible.
Ying Sanmeng now became quite self-aware...
He was certainly not fit for this position; he feared he might directly ruin the Cangyu Demon Sect.
Elder Lu, being from the Neutral Elders, was certainly unable to convince the masses.
"Don’t look at me, I’m young, and besides, my realm isn’t sufficient, it would be laughed at by outsiders."
Facing the crowd’s gaze, Sikong Jing promptly declined.
He intended to return to the Deserted Sea Forbidden Land in the Central Plains, leaving no time to manage the new Cangyu Demon Sect.
He had been away from the Central Plains for over three months now.
But leaving the position of the Great Sect Master vacant, there would inevitably arise chaos once he departed from the Cangyu Demon Sect.
So after rejecting it, Sikong Jing slightly pondered and then said, "Actually, I have a suggestion; how about letting my Soul Dominator Grandpa be the Great Sect Master of the Cangyu Demon Sect?"
At this point, Teng Yue, Ying Sanmeng, and Elder Lu’s eyes all lit up.
Indeed, having Teng Bahun as the Great Sect Master was the most suitable choice.
But He Keqing hesitated and stepped forward, saying, "But no one knows where Soul Dominator is now."
To this, Sikong Jing chuckled and replied, "My Soul Dominator Grandpa can temporarily be the named head, publicly known as the Great Sect Master, and if he returns, he would officially take over, also being very convincing to everyone."
Upon hearing this, everyone pondered for a moment before nodding firmly.
This scenario equally demonstrated that both Yu Vein and the Neutral Party had ample respect for Soul Dominator Venerable.
Thus, he was naturally accepted.
After establishing the Great Sect Master, Sikong Jing continued, "Next, Ying Sect Master shall be the Second Sect Master, Elder Lu will be the Third Gate Master, while my Mo Lineage’s Zhu Yan and Wei Shi will be the Fourth and Fifth Masters."
After speaking, he looked at the two demon powerhouses in the hall.
