Building Interstellar Empire With Universal Synthesis
Chapter 261: True Peace?
Chapter 261: Chapter 261: True Peace?
[Neo’s POV]
The final system notification chimed within the absolute silence of my mind.
[Eradication Complete.]
[Old Cosmic Architecture: Deleted.]
[Multiversal Canvas: Blank.]
I sat upon the throne of solidified white light on the command deck of the Apex Horizon. I looked out into the infinite expanse. The void was no longer a terrifying abyss. It was exactly what the system interface claimed it to be. It was a blank canvas awaiting my brush.
My children returned to me. The one hundred Genesis Behemoths slid out of the remaining dimensional rifts. Their supercluster sized jaws were dripping with the digested remnants of rebellious galaxies and dead gods.
They had consumed the chaotic mess of the old reality. They coiled their massive serpentine bodies around my flagship, waiting for their next command. I raised a hand and willed them to rest. They instantly dissolved back into pure red dark matter, flowing obediently into the pulsating Dominator Core within my chest.
Only one sector remained in the entirety of existence. The First Universal Empire floated in the endless dark, shielded by my unbreakable cocoon of pure absolute physics. Zestia, Noir, and Lyra were safe inside it.
Now, it was time to rebuild everything else.
I did not want the chaotic, overlapping mess that Eldrim and the Universal Lords had tolerated. They had allowed dimensions to bleed into one another. They had let mortals stumble into godhood through sheer luck or random magical mutations. Their universe lacked structure. It lacked a logical progression.
I closed my eyes and accessed the Primordial Blueprint. I visualized the new architecture of existence. I did not picture a random scattering of galaxies. I pictured a colossal, infinite grid. I pictured a ladder.
"System," I commanded in the silence of my mind. "Establish the new dimensional hierarchy. We will build a quantifiable reality."
I raised both of my hands and began to push my will into the empty void. Blinding white light cascaded from my fingertips, forming the structural scaffolding of a billion new universes. I did not just throw matter into the dark. I meticulously coded the laws of physics for each new realm, integrating a fundamental system based progression into the very soul of the cosmos.
I divided the infinite universes into distinct tiers. At the very bottom, I forged the Mortal Realms. These were trillions of physical universes bound by strict laws of gravity and linear time. But I added a new universal constant to them. I hardcoded a status interface into the genetic makeup of every living mortal I seeded there. From the moment they were born, they would possess a quantifiable metric of their own strength. They would earn experience through conflict, gather resources, and ascend through distinct, measurable levels of power.
Above the Mortal Realms, I wove the Ascendant Realms. These were universes of higher spatial density, realms where magic and advanced technology fused perfectly together. Mortals who managed to reach the absolute apex of their respective lower universes would shatter their dimensional boundaries and ascend here. They would find new challenges, new progression paths, and new heights to conquer.
And at the absolute zenith of this infinite grid, hovering above everything else like a shining crown, I placed the First Universal Empire. It was the Apex Node. It was the only realm where I and my queens resided.
I opened my eyes and looked upon my new creation. It was a masterpiece of absolute order.
The infinite universes were no longer a chaotic jumble. They appeared to my Primordial eyes as perfectly aligned spheres of glowing light, suspended in a beautiful, endless three dimensional grid. I could see the shimmering threads of progression linking the lower realms to the higher ones, creating a perfect, flawless ecosystem of constant growth and conflict. I had gamified the entirety of existence.
I reached out with a single thought and plucked a universe from the grid.
It was a lower tier realm, a swirling sphere of blue and green galaxies. It floated gently in the palm of my hand. The sensation of holding an entire universe was intoxicating. I could feel the trillions of lives sparking into existence within it. I could feel their tiny system interfaces booting up. I could read every single thought, every single ambition, and every single fear of every creature living inside that glowing marble.
I decided to move it. I casually tossed the universe across the void, shifting its spatial coordinates by a billion lightyears. It settled perfectly into a new slot within the grand grid. The inhabitants inside felt absolutely nothing. Their linear time continued uninterrupted. Their stars burned just as brightly. They were completely unaware that the absolute overlord of reality had just relocated their entire existence on a whim.
I smiled. The absolute power was no longer a burden. It was a beautiful, terrifying instrument, and I was the grand conductor.
I decided to exercise my creative authority further. The grid was perfectly functional, but I wanted something entirely unique. I wanted a universe designed solely for its visual perfection.
I focused my Dominator Core and spawned a brand new universe directly in front of the Apex Horizon. I did not use the standard physical templates. I painted this reality with my own specific aesthetic desires. I altered the fundamental interaction of light and matter, ensuring that every planetary landscape, every city, and every sky looked like a perfectly composed piece of vibrant illustration.
I sculpted the inhabitants with striking, vivid features. I gave them vibrant hair colors that defied standard genetics. I designed their clothing to be sharp, elegant, and impossibly intricate. I forged colossal, stylized weapons for them to wield in their system based conflicts. I painted the skies of their planets with permanent washes of deep crimson sunsets and vibrant, starry expanses that looked like they belonged on the cover of an epic saga. I created a living, breathing masterpiece of stylized art. It was a universe where every single moment, if frozen in time, would look like a flawless painting.
I placed this beautifully crafted universe into a special orbit directly around the First Universal Empire. It would serve as a decorative gem in the sky of my capital.
The structure was complete. The infinite universes hummed in perfect unison. They spun and danced exactly as I commanded. If I wanted a specific constellation of galaxies to align across a thousand universes to form the shape of a shadow rose for Noir, I simply willed it, and the cosmic strings shifted instantly to make it happen. If I wanted a trillion stars to burn a brighter gold to match Zestia’s eyes, I adjusted the multiversal code, and the cosmos obeyed.
The old gods had been custodians terrified of their own creation. I was the Primordial Creator, and the multiverse was my personal playground.
I deactivated the Genesis Forge. The blinding white light and the bleeding red dark matter receded back into my core. I stood up from the throne on the command deck. I had spent enough time playing with the building blocks of infinity. It was time to return home.
I bypassed the physical distance and stepped directly from the Apex Horizon onto the royal balcony of my capital.
The night sky of the First Universal Empire was breathtaking. It was no longer the empty, terrifying void of the eradication. It was filled with the soft, glowing light of the infinite universes I had just organized. They hung in the sky like perfect, glittering jewels, arranged in flawless geometric patterns.
Noir and Zestia were standing by the edge of the balcony. They turned around as I materialized.
Noir wore her elegant obsidian dress, her raven hair flowing in the gentle night breeze. Zestia stood beside her in her pristine white and gold attire, her silver hair shimmering under the light of my newly forged cosmos. Zestia held little Lyra in her arms. The toddler was wide awake now, pointing her tiny fingers at the beautifully structured stars above.
"You were gone for quite a while, husband," Zestia said softly, a warm smile spreading across her face. "The sky looks very different now."
"The sky is exactly how it is supposed to be," I replied, walking toward them.
Noir reached out and traced her gloved fingers along my jawline. Her crimson eyes scanned my face, looking for any lingering traces of the violent primordial battle. "You feel different. The absolute authority is completely settled within you. You are no longer just expanding your power. You are the foundation itself."
"Eldrim and the ancient fleet are gone," I confirmed, wrapping my arms around Noir’s waist and leaning in to kiss Zestia’s cheek. "The Universal Lords are erased. The rebel sectors have been consumed. I wiped the canvas clean, and I painted something much better."
I looked down at Lyra. The little girl giggled and reached for my dark collar. I carefully took her from Zestia’s arms. Lyra looked at me with her big bright eyes, completely unaware that the man holding her had just restructured the infinite multiverse and hardcoded a progression system into the souls of trillions of beings. To her, I was just Papa.
"Look at the stars, little one," I whispered, turning my body so Lyra could see the sky. "I organized them just for you. Every single one of them belongs to our family now."
Lyra babbled happily, reaching her small hand toward the glowing spheres of light in the distance.
I stood there on the balcony with my empresses and my daughter. I felt the pulse of the infinite universes shifting and spinning on my whims. I felt the trillions of mortals grinding through the levels of my system, fighting and striving in the lower realms. I felt the absolute, unbreakable security of my power.
The long war was finally over. The cosmic hierarchy was permanently fixed. The Multiversal Overlord had claimed his absolute throne, and for the first time since my life began, I felt a profound and everlasting peace.
But was this truly the end?
I am going to find about that soon.
