Early in the morning, within the walls of the hospital, Caesar sat in a hospital bed, talking to a dark skinned doctor who was holding a clipboard in his hand.

"You seem to be doing just fine, Miss Moon." The doctor said, "Despite your injuries, your body’s recovery rate has been-"

"Sorry for interrupting, doctor... But I’m not really interested in myself right now." Caesar interjected, "I want to know how they are doing... My brothers. How are they?"

"They... Seem... To be doing well despite everything, and that says a lot." The doctor answered.

The doctor brought his head down and sighed.

"The state they are in... If it wasn’t for the fact they were transferred here, they wouldn’t have made it." The doctor continued, "Right now, the medical equipments are what is keeping them alive... The equipment the first hospital they were in didn’t have.

Their injuries... While your body is fit... Strong... Theirs is... They are still children so the blow the perpetrator inflicted on them is like inflicting a blow on a baby chick. What the cock or hen could handle isn’t what they can.

They will likely be asleep for months at minimum..."

"Years maximum." The doctor said as Caesar’s eyes widened in horror.

"Years...?" Caesar whispered.

"Miss Moon, I know this is a lot to bear but this is in no way your fault." The doctor said, "You were attacked and would have been killed."

"He put a hit on me... Ruz..." Caesar said softly, "He sent her to kill me."

"Yes, the perpetrator Bea Reaper... Her state isn’t so good as well. As a matter of fact, it’s even worse than your brothers." The doctor replied, "The state you left her in, calling her survival a miracle would be an understatement.

However, it would have been better she was dead."

"Her injuries do not match survival. Even though she is alive but in a coma, it’s as if her body is fighting so hard to die despite the equipment used in sustaining her." The doctor said as Caesar raised her head, "Despite what we are using to stabilize her, she has almost crossed over to the other side four times now and we’ll be expecting the fifth; it’s like her organs keeps shutting down in cycles and her body keeps restarting.

At this point, it seems we are only delaying the inevitable."

"She’s nothing more than a living corpse." The doctor continued as Caesar tightened her grip on her sheets even more.

"But let’s talk about you." The doctor said as he wrote on his clipboard, "Your condition and your recovery has improved, but there is something alarming that needs to be addressed."

"And what is that?" Caesar asked.

"The ferrosyx in your system." The doctor answered.

"What about it?" Caesar asked.

"Nothing... Just were you aware it kicked in during your fight with Bea?" The doctor asked.

"Not really. I didn’t think about it to even be aware. I was just enraged. So enraged that I was seeing red... Literally." Caesar answered, "I haven’t had that kind of rage in a long time.

My memories of that fight at the moment I saw Rai and Eyo hurt became so hazy. I can’t even remember much."

"Well, the ferrosyx enhancement kicked in and it was stronger than before." The doctor said, "Your fight with Kaezan Aris in the graveyard and your fight with Bea Reaper in the forest showed two different sides of you.

One who takes ferrosyx without the conditions it is meant for it, ends up dying horribly."

"You were able to survive the first encounter of the effects because a small amount of the powder entered your stream and your boss paid for your treatment when you fell into a cardiac arrest." The doctor answered as he adjusted his coat, "This time because of the last month treatment, you didn’t enter into another arrest but it was still heavy on you.

The treatment from last month saved your life."

"So you’re saying I should get another treatment for this month to have a chance of surviving once it kicks in again?" Caesar asked, "I already know I’m supposed to be having my monthly treatments to manage the drug in my system."

"I’m saying you should be more careful with your emotions especially when they get too high." The doctor replied, "The treatments can reduce the danger but it is not a cure. There is a limit on how far it can subdue the effects.

One day, your emotions could become so high that not only will it trigger the drugs but could instantly cease an internal organ.

Besides, we already treated you when we brought you in."

"Looks like Miss Plank will no longer have to bother with my treatment for this month." Caesar said.

The doctor stared at Caesar as she stayed quiet while gazing down on her sheets.

After a while of silence , Caesar exhaled.

"Forgive me, doctor. I’m just not in a good headspace right now." Caesar said, "All the talk about ferrosyx and my health means nothing to me at this moment.

I just... My brothers... I..."

"I understand." The doctor replied, "I understand you love and care for them so much, but you should also look out for yourself as well.

Saying that this ferrosyx thing is not your concern is a huge no. Your life matters as much as theirs.

"Directly funded?" Caesar’s asked within in confusion.

Caesar then lifted her head up to gaze at the doctor.

"Uhm, doctor... I am grateful to you and the others for saving my brothers lives... But... Who gave the order?" Caesar asked, "Who ordered that my brothers should be transferred here?"

Before the doctor could speak, the sound of the door opening echoed, leading Caesar and the doctor to the direction of where it came and saw the Raizan Mizukai, wearing a black coat with gold buttons, red inner wear, black trousers and black shoes.

As Raizan stepped in, a few of his bodyguards followed him into the room.

"Mr Raizan." The doctor greeted as he slightly bowed.

Raizan however didn’t answer him nor spare him a gaze as his sight was fixated on Caesar.

"Miss Moon, this is the person that gave the order. The man who saved both you and your brothers lives... Raizan Mizukai." The doctor said.

Seeing him, Caesar’s eyes widened in shock.

"Greetings, Miss Moon." Raizan said, "I was informed about the tragedy concerning you and your brothers situation. I am indeed sorry for your loss."

In hearing Raizan say those words, Caesar subtly tightened her fists.

"Be rest assured your brothers are in safe hands here and they will do everything they can to keep them alive." Raizan continued, "As for the perpetrator, upon learning she was sent to assassinate you, it is possible that the one who sent might decide not just to go after you now but target your brothers; after all, if they cannot get to you, then they’ll obviously go after the easier ones just to hurt you, but no harm will come to them.

As long as they are in this hospital, no unauthorized entry of any form will be allowed and they will be watched twenty-four seven. You have my word."

"Besides, you yourself will need to rest." Raizan continued speaking as he adjusted his cufflinks, "With the injuries you sustained and the ferrosyx treatment, it will be unwise for you to exert your body, therefore any form of work this Wednesday is forbidden.

I will be informing your boss Mrs Plank that you will not be coming today.

Not to mention you will be traveling to a different city for your triple threat match tomorrow."

"Triple threat?" Caesar asked in confusion.

"Yes. In the city of Manuwuge, you will be participating in a triple threat match against Eren Brock and your original opponent Cassius Gold." Raizan answered, "Since you are going to fight them, it is obvious that you will need a clear head."

"I have prepared a wardrobe for you to pick from since the clothes you have here are your under garments." Raizan said as Caesar arched a brow, "I have also arranged your ride and the guards to escort you back to your house. There you will have time to prepare what is needed for your evening travels."

"Once again, I am sorry for the tragedy that befell your brothers." Raizan said as he formally bowed himself.

Raizan turned his back and Caesar and started walking towards the door, however as soon as he reached the door post, he halted and looked over his shoulder.

"Earlier, I did tell you to have a clear mind for your match tomorrow. However if you are still unable to do that, and you are still be upset about what happened, then take all that anger and pour them into your fists." Raizan said.

The doctor, hearing what Raizan said to Caesar, gave him a confused look and watched as he left the room.

As soon as one of the guards closed the door, Caesar and the doctor stayed silent for a time until the doctor spoke out.
