Chaos Devourer System: My Classless Ascension
Chapter 457 - 455:A new terra
Chapter 457: Chapter 455:A new terra
A/N: Sorry for the late Chapter again. I’ve got a really nasty headache and I don’t feel too good, so I’ll only be doing 1 Chapter today, hopefully I recover some strength later.
*********
The entire group alongside Durmont himself just stood stunned at the sequence of events, and I honestly couldn’t blame them.
One minute you were within the core of your world.
The next, some madman is telling you he’s about to take the world for himself.
Then the next minute, you find yourself within another strange world where your former world is nothing but a piece of floating mass suspended in the air.
If that wasn’t cause for shock, then nothing really could be.
"Ahem! You guys can unpause now." I had to cough loudly to finally get a reaction from the group as they snapped out of it.
"Wife? You have a wife?" The question came from none other than Nyssara herself, as the blue-skinned beauty didn’t even realize she had said her thoughts out loud, her hands flying to her mouth in an attempt to take it back, but what’s done is done.
A small smile curled up my lips as I pulled Terra close, body flush against mine before answering, "Yes. I do. In fact, if we’re being technical, I have about nine wives, probably more to come, but that’s beside the point."
Damn!
Even I had to do a double take after saying that out loud.
Nine women? All on me? Since when did the number get that high?
"Since you decided any crazy woman with potentially unstable destructive tendencies and subtle psychoticness is what tickles your fancy," Sana sneered.
"You know, you don’t always have to reply to every thought of mine. At least let me have the illusion of privacy in my thoughts."
"Why would I do that? You want me to let you be delusional, irrational, and lacking any sense of responsibility? Never. I’m not doing such a thing."
"Alright. But just know that you also tickle my fancy, and if what you say is accurate, then I wonder which category you fall under—the crazies, the unstables, or the subtle psychotic ones. Oh, maybe you’re a new breed that I just can’t seem to get enough of."
"This motherfucker!!! I’ll cut off your dick, you shameless bastard."
"It’ll grow back, bigger and ready to satisfy you."
"DANTE!!!!!!!!!"
Nodding in satisfaction after getting my just dues from my arrogant tower spirit, I finally focused back on the reaction of the group to my revelation.
Naturally, the emperor and the others had no thoughts on the matter. They understood clearly that a man in power could be frivolous, but they weren’t my targets.
My eyes stayed locked onto the constantly changing expressions on Nyssara’s face, the urge to laugh being hard to hold.
Seeing the multiple stages of denial passing through her face in real time was actually quite refreshing.
"I’m glad to see you have such a wonderful wife, Benefactor Dante. But, could you please elaborate more on what you meant when you said we were under your care?" Durmont, emperor as he was, quickly took the reins of the conversation as he asked what was probably the second most important question, with the first being:
"And how did we get here? How is my world here? How is any of this possible?"
Bingo!
My smile remained as I addressed the man, "Well, Durmont, like I told you earlier, I have acquired your planet, and it is now safely within my soul space, independent of any outside influences or forces."
"But that should not be possible. A planet isn’t just taken. The rules of reality and the world don’t agree. No matter how powerful one is, something like this shouldn’t be possible. And for the planet to simply exist as another piece of land within another planet, even less so." I could see the gears churning in the man’s mind, trying and failing to understand what happened.
"Trust me, Durmont, you know nothing of what true power is. What I just did here is nothing compared to what some beings actually are." I didn’t have the time to start explaining beings like the chaos manifestations and what they were, or the fact that even within this creation, there were beings far removed from what the man thought the concept of power actually was, so I just left him with those words to ponder on as I turned to address the arriving guests.
WOOSH! WOOSH! WOOSH!
One by one, multiple figures began appearing around the location Aetheris had been placed after assimilation.
Their auras were heavy, as the atmosphere around them visibly distorted without them actually trying to do anything.
Terra’s suppression had been removed on my request, as none could really do anything to her again even with their fullest might. So now, everyone was living and using their powers to what they actually were, and you could tell they were loving it from the pompous expressions on their faces.
"Who are you people, and what are you doing here?" A man stepped forward. His garment was exquisite. Expensive gems dotted the thing as the man looked like the proper definition of a nobleman.
His aura set him comfortably at the Law Integration Stage, quite powerful considering Terra could only accommodate Law Creation Stage powerhouses as of now, though the feeling I’m getting now clearly says that it wasn’t going to be so for much longer.
"Hmmm... quite aggressive, aren’t we?" I replied provocatively, finally releasing Terra from my embrace.
This was probably the first time I was actually appearing before anyone as the Bearer of Terra.
The date I had with Liz didn’t count because we had gone on that as just two normal people, but now...
"It seems I need to actually make a show of authority here, huh? Can’t have everyone challenging me on sight just because they think they’re hot shit now that I released the restrictions, right?" My grin turned vicious as I looked at all those who had arrived.
No doubt a bunch from the central continent and some significant powers from the other regions, though that mattered little in the context of things as now, it was time to show these people who they were actually standing before.
"First of all, let’s address the disrespect of daring to occupy the same airspace as I am." My hands went behind me as I clasped them slowly.
"What are you talking about? Identify yourself, or I’ll be forced to—"
"Kneel." The command wasn’t loud. It wasn’t even abrasive. It was a simple word. A simple utterance, but—
BANG! BANG! BANG!
The sounds of multiple knees shattering as they collided with the hard ground said otherwise.
"Urghh...."
"What.. what is happening..." The groans of pain and confusion from below reached my ears as I looked down in utter dismissal, and then—
"Seal." Their powers were... gone.
"How!!?" The group was understandably confused at the entire ongoing event.
First they had arrived indomitably; now, they were being forced to kneel with their powers sealed, and they could do literally nothing about it.
"You!!! Do you know who we are???"
"Release us this instant, or else we’ll—"
"Quiet."
"Ummphhh... hummm... ummm.."
"Much better." I nodded in satisfaction as the rabble finally shut up.
If there was one thing I had forgotten to make clear after acquiring Terra, it’s that she had handed over all authority to me. And for the fact that I was quite literally a higher-level existence than what was necessary, that this world and everything was tied back to Mother and my very own origin, I was effectively GOD within this world.
It didn’t matter who it was. It didn’t matter what you were. The minute you stepped foot on Terra, you became powerless to do anything against me.
That was the advantage Shaia had been talking about the first time.
The realization that her elevation could help me ascend was just another added bonus.
As for why I hadn’t tried sending Fear here during our fight, well, for one, I was too busy being humbled the first few moments, watching my nightmares play out.
And secondly, I was too busy being angry and wanting to just fuck the bastard up to think about endangering Terra like that.
So now, seeing as fresh new test subjects had just appeared, it would be dumb not to take advantage of it.
This is considered bullying the weak? Well, too bad. They should’ve thought of their strengths before acting out.
"Dante? Is that you?" An aged voice came from the side as I turned to see the old dean appearing before me.
"Hey, older man. You’re here too, what’s up?" I waved.
"I just felt a serious disturbance in the planet and decided to check it out, only to find out that a planet had spawned within Terra. And now I come here to find you and... who are these people?" The old dean asked as his eyes landed on the group from Aetheris behind me.
"Oh, they’re your new neighbors. People from the world you’re seeing above you," I replied casually as many others began appearing, my aura casually dropping them to their knees and keeping them there.
It didn’t matter if they were from the ancient families I’d let live, or some hidden powerhouses I couldn’t care less about, they all dropped to their knees.
"What do you mean neighbors?" The dean asked, and before I could reply—
"Kai? Is that you? And Dante? What happened to you boys!?" A worried and concerned voice cut through his question.
Both Malachi and I visibly shrank the moment we heard that voice, as we already knew who it was, but alas—
"Ouch! Ouch!! Mother!! It hurts!!!" The monkey had already been taken into custody by his ear as the figure of a tall silver ape appeared before him. I tried to escape, but—
"You’re going nowhere, young man!" My ears were held tightly too.
"Hehe.. Aunt.. Aunt Shafrin, fancy seeing you here." Yes, Malachi’s mother, one of the few beings I was actually wary of on this planet.
"Humph! Is that all you have to say? You two disappeared to who knows where, now you come back with tattoos and different eye colors and all this other nonsense. You boys definitely have some explaining to do." The woman had gone straight into strict guardian mode.
"Fine.. fine, Aunt Shafrin, but could you at least let me conclude everything first? You’re kind of ruining my image..." I could only plead sincerely as I could hear Sana and Shaia laughing up a riot in my head. Even Terra, all cool and calm on the surface, was cackling in my head.
"Humph. Fine. Finish your business, then we’ll talk." Mercifully, the woman released me as I cleared my throat and addressed everyone briefly:
"People, my name is Dante Draven, or as you may call me from henceforth, I am ABSOLUTE."
"What you see here is the dawn of a new era on Terra."
"I have successfully taken hold of the world and have begun integrating others into it. Today, we begin with one; tomorrow, many. So, I ask you to ready yourselves, for there shall be massive changes happening soon."
"Segregation and separation is something I shan’t allow in my world, so be prepared to welcome your new neighbors properly." Done addressing the Terrans, I turned to Durmont and his people.
"Emperor Durmont. Your world may have come under my jurisdiction, but I still leave autonomous control of the proceedings to you. Prepare your people for a proper integration into my new Terra, and let the world prosper."
"I shall do as you instructed," the man replied calmly.
"Alright then. Since that has been settled, everyone is promptly dismissed." I sent everyone away with a snap of my fingers as I got ready to face something even someone like me must dread:
A mother’s scolding...
*********
A/N: Hahahahahahaha!!! Absolute my ass. Bitch go get that scolding. I love to see it. Ahahahaha... anyway,
