Chapter 460: Chapter 458:Elira...

Following a brilliant flash of gold that bathed the entire place, a figure appeared before everyone.

Six brilliant dark-golden draconic horns curved majestically in the shape of a crown out of silky golden-blonde hair that looked like it’d been dipped in liquid sunlight. Skin so fair it looked like a touch would leave a mark on it. Her face was one that would be the absolute definition of perfection in my head. There literally could be nothing I would even dare think of that was wrong with it.

Her body... I could feel the blood in my body rush at blistering speeds the moment my eyes fell upon that masterpiece. Breasts so plush and beautiful, large and shapely, they strained against the brassiere of her golden armor. Her waistline was a piece no plastic surgeon from Kyle’s life could’ve dared perform without killing his patient; it was so slim it might as well have not been there, and then it flared into hips so wide and fitting they looked like they were made to be held as intimately as possible.

Her thighs, bare and exposed as her armor—if you could even call it that—didn’t cover anything below her nether regions. They glistened under the light, inviting. And then there was her ass. Large enough that even from her posture, from facing her, I could see its swell and magnificence.

She stood tall, almost the same height as me—yes, that tall. Bright dark-gold scales painted her cheeks, her forearms, and parts of her thighs. Her eyes were pools of liquid gold, a dangerous and sly smile tugging at the edges of her luscious and plump lips. But perhaps most eye-catching of all would be the black runic markings running all over the right side of her body, markings that looked suspiciously like—

"Oblivion markings?"

"Fufufufu... it seems I was right to go for this look after all. From the way your eyes are heating up, I think Master likes the way I look." Her voice was a lilting melody that felt like sleep was seducing me into her embrace.

"Elira?" I wasn’t even sure anymore.

Because this...

Where was my annoying and bickering halberd?

Where was the annoying girl that was clamoring about tasting Abyss Walker blood?

"Pooh... I can hear your thoughts, you know that, right?"

Her words successfully snapped me from my thoughts as I looked at her properly.

I could feel it. Our connection. That soul spark from when I first got her. From when she became my soul weapon, an extension of my very being.

This was still MY Elira, but—

"How are you like this?"

"Fufufu... it’s all because of Master. After your awakening, your soul underwent a massive change, becoming what it was always supposed to be. But as I was your soul weapon, a literal part of your soul, that change was extended toward me as well."

She twirled, her assets swaying hypnotically in the motion, as she smiled brightly.

"And this is the result of that change. You like?"

"You see how I am, and you still ask?"

"Hehehehe... I knew Master would like this look. After all, this is your ideal image of a perfect woman. Fufufufu, good thing I was quick to think of what I wanted to look like." She giggled joyfully, the sound bright and pure, her attempts at being seductive only coming off as cute, but with that body, then...

"So you had the choice to pick how you wanted to look, and you chose this?"

"Mhmm.."

"Alright then.. so, what about those? Were they also part of your designs?" I asked her as my eyes traced the oblivion markings on her body, the pitch-lightless black of the thing contrasting sharply with her fair skin, adding an extra touch of beauty to her already immaculate visage.

"Ahh.. these? No. Not my design. This is because of Master, too."

"Because of me? But how..."

"Master, don’t you feel it?"

"Feel wha—" My words got stuck within my throat before I could even finish them.

"What... how... how is that..."

It couldn’t be. It couldn’t be, because—

"Oblivion? Devour? Denial? How? How do you have those?"

How did she have all three of my origins within her? And as if that wasn’t all—

"Fledgling... 30.5%." Even my existence level.

She had everything. She had woken up as a fledgling being with my own origins within her.

"Just... how?" I was absolutely stunned.

This shouldn’t be possible.

I pulled open my status window, checked my information, and there, still written boldly:

<The ABSOLUTE>:-

A one-of-one existence born from <████████> onto Chaos and fused with an Outer-Source core, creating the first and only known being capable of simultaneously existing as both.

....

A one-of-one existence is what it said. But how could I be a one-of-one existence when I was looking at another being clearly capable of...

"You’re looking at it wrongly, my love." Shaia’s voice cut through my thoughts like a blade.

"You’re looking at this all the wrong way."

"Huh? How am I—"

"Sister Shaia is right, Master. You’re confusing things. I think it’s because you’re still too busy ogling my body that you can’t think clearly."

"Ehh?"

It wasn’t until Elira said that, I realized that even in my haze, I still had my eyes locked onto the perfection before me.

"Damn..." She really did go all out, picking out what would be the perfect look for a woman in my mind.

"Haa... then please, one of you ladies help me make it make sense." I gave up trying to understand shit and just asked the ladies who seemed to get it to explain.

"Sister Shaia, do you want to or—"

"You can go ahead. This is your moment."

I wasn’t oblivious to the way Elira was referring to Shaia, but one thing at a time.

"Master, the explanation for why I’m like this is quite simple. And that’s because it is you."

"Me?"

"Yes. You’re the reason I’m like this. Remember what I said earlier? My changes all began because I was part of your soul, so when your soul changed, I changed as well. And since I am basically an extension of yourself, that also included being an extension of your abilities and origins."

"When you put it like that, it does sound a lot more likely."

"Indeed. My case is very similar to that of your First Apostle over there." She pointed at Shulvan.

"Shulvan? What’s so special about him?"

"You don’t even know what’s so special about your own First Apostle?" she asked in such a disbelieving tone, as if I was supposed to know what any of those epithets even meant.

"Give it up, Elira, this guy is a bonehead. He hardly bothers about anything that isn’t women, a strong opponent, food, or random destruction." Shaia sighed in exasperation, further increasing my own confusion.

"Hold on! What the fuck is so special about Shulvan!"

"You’ll find out later," Elira deflected as she continued her explanation. "As I was saying, my situation is similar to his, but also different. Different in the sense that I get to use the abilities like they were mine, whenever and wherever I please, fufufufu..." She laughed coyly, her breasts bouncing with the motion.

"So, if I’m getting this straight," I pried my gaze away, "what I’m hearing is, with you around, there are basically two of me always present at full strength?"

"Practically, yes. And the more powerful you get, the more powerful I get, and vice versa."

"Sweet." I seem to keep stumbling upon ways to increase my stiflingly low existence level lately, as with Elira now being able to offset the cost, I could just get her to devour stuff too and add it to my existence.

"So is that all?" I wasn’t expecting anything else, but apparently, there was more.

"Of course it isn’t all. All I did was tell you why I’m like this. This is all what I am now. This is my natural state. I haven’t told you what my own ability as your soul weapon became after my transformation."

"Wait. What you just told me—that wasn’t what you did by default?"

"Nope. Not at all. After all, I am first and foremost your soul weapon, so I should definitely bring something else of benefit to your being than just being another copy, no?" Her smile had turned excited, like a kid waiting to show off their attainments.

"Is that so? Alright then, what do you actually do on your own?" I asked, not expecting anything mind-blowing, but the answer I got—

"Well, my lovely Master," she began walking toward me, hips swaying, breasts bouncing, a slow, excited smile curling up her lips as she finally stood before me. She was only an inch or two shorter than me, so our eyes were locked onto each other’s.

We were close enough for our breaths to mingle together in a warm embrace. I could feel the heat from her body.

Inviting. Warm. Exciting.

The look in her eyes said more than words could ever express.

"What I do is pretty simple, Master~~.." Her hot breath tickled my lips as she leaned in closer, barely a centimeter parting both our lips. "And that, my Master, is to augment your existence by an entire realm..." she concluded, yet before I could even process the absurdity of what I’d just heard—

Smoooch~~~

Her succulent lips sealed mine in a tender kiss, and then—

WOOOSHHHH!!!!

A flash of blinding gold covered both our bodies...
