Ling Shenglan got straight to the point, saying, "Junmo! I called you earlier, so you probably know the reason I’m here today! These days, I don’t know what’s happened, but I can’t get through to Yueyue on the phone! Is her phone broken, or is she avoiding my calls?"

Ling Shenglan asked cautiously, fearing that Huo Junmo’s answer would be the latter.

She felt that her relationship with Yueyue had progressed rapidly, steadily and well. There was no reason for Yueyue to suddenly refuse her calls!

"Her phone isn’t broken!" The implication was clear: Yueyue was avoiding her calls.

But Yueyue is the most important person to me in this life, I only want her to be well! I don’t want her to be unhappy in any way!"

I think, regarding what this truth is, you should already know without me saying!" As he spoke, Huo Junmo’s dark eyes stayed fixedly on Ling Shenglan.

To cover up the panic inside, she reached for the juice on the table, but before she could drink, her hand shook violently and the glass spilled over the table.
