The group headed toward the cafeteria.

In the morning, the place had regained some vitality.

Zhu Weiman and Zhu Xian were sitting in a corner eating meat buns, their eyes constantly wandering over Shen Yu and the others.

They didn’t say anything, acting as if nothing had happened last night.

In another corner in the distance, the members of the Feiha team sat in their seats, their faces pale, looking like they hadn’t slept well.

They hid their heads under their hats, didn’t eat anything, and just sat there quietly, seemingly waiting for work time to begin.

"Hey, Vice Captain, look at them."

"Do you think they also encountered something last night?"

Ning Su whispered, but Shen Yu didn’t respond.

He just absentmindedly looked at Yang Hua.

"Yang Hua, what did you have for breakfast?"

"Another red bean bun?"

"Mhm."

"Yes."

The two walked side by side, reaching the food counter.

After Shen Yu pressed the button for the red bean bun, he suddenly asked Yang Hua,

"Why did you come to this company?"

"Ha?"

"I... I was introduced here because my aunt and uncle both worked here as accountants."

"Oh."

"So what about them?"

"I heard their performance was good, so they were sent to a branch abroad."

"I see."

---

After getting this answer, Shen Yu’s face instantly darkened.

Sent abroad to a branch?

What a good path to take.

"Yang Hua."

"If you finish work early tonight, just come find me in the sales department."

"I’m worried about you."

"I’m worried you’ll be targeted by Zhu Weiman."

Shen Yu didn’t say the last part, but just looked at Yang Hua.

The other person’s slightly chubby face clearly showed a bright smile.

"Huh?"

"You want me to come find you?"

"Really?"

"Is that appropriate?"

Ding.

Yang Hua’s favorability toward you: +15.

Current total favorability: 75.

A seemingly harmless comment, but to Yang Hua, it might have been a sign that Shen Yu was trying to get closer to her.

Yang Hua excitedly skipped along.

"La la la."

She looked like a pure little lamb, hopping back to her seat.

"Vice Captain, are you eating just the bun skin again?"

At the table, Chu Chang’an mumbled as he chewed on the bun skin, scraping off the red bean paste.

Yanning glared at him.

"At least we have something to eat."

"You should take a look at the Feiha team over there."

"They’re wrapped up so tightly."

"I don’t know what happened, and now they’re afraid to eat."

"True."

"Weren’t they so energetic before?"

"Why aren’t they jumping around now?"

Amidst the teasing voices from afar, the Feiha team members were also watching Shen Yu’s side.

"Damn it!"

"Damn it!"

"Did nothing happen to them all night?"

"Damn it!"

Mo Xian’s teeth were grinding.

The reason they were wearing hats and all wrapped up wasn’t to keep warm, but to hide their animal traits.

This morning, they found that the caged area was gone.

Each of them had come out of their respective rooms.

In other words, they had returned from the other world.

But now that they were back, what next?

Food?

They dared not eat, afraid something would happen.

Work?

They dared not go in the morning, afraid they’d encounter something.

They now felt like startled birds, their nerves constantly on edge.

But looking at Shen Yu’s side now, that group was doing well, eating buns and chatting away.

"Captain, they’re eating buns."

"Red bean buns."

"Maybe... maybe we should eat some too."

Liang Lingxue looked at the top of Shen Yu’s group, where no signs of fortune or misfortune appeared.

She licked her lips, covering her slightly bloated stomach.

After the terrifying night, she was already starving.

"No."

"Better not eat."

"Unless you’re not afraid of changes, you’re not afraid of becoming like Yan Cheng."

Mo Xian coldly refused Liang Lingxue’s suggestion and glanced at Yan Cheng, who was wrapped up.

Right now, he looked like a puppet.

His body still emitted a bloody stench.

His entire body was tightly wrapped in thick clothes, sitting motionless next to Wen Lan.

Wen Lan also had no intention of eating, tapping her fingers on the table.

Her eyes focused on Shen Yu.

It seemed like she was hesitating whether to cooperate with Shen Yu.

---

"Hurry up!"

"Stop with the internal fighting!"

"Stop it!"

"You should cooperate now."

"Exchange information."

"Feiha team is eating, and Shen Yu got some valuable data last night."

"And the words on the railing would match, right?"

"Unbelievable."

"Shen Yu can take his time, but can you guys from Feiha still take your time?"

"Anyone want to say what Shen Yu was like before?"

The live-stream perspectives began to merge, and for a moment, all the bullet comments turned into chaos.

Unfortunately, in the end, Wen Lan didn’t approach Shen Yu to speak.

---

"It’s about time."

About half an hour later, Shen Yu stood up and led the group toward the elevator.

A large group of them entered the elevator.

The four members of the Feiha team squeezed in as well, along with Zhu Weiman and Zhu Xian, all heading down to the third floor.

Clang, clang, clang, clang.

In the elevator, it was still the same group of people as yesterday, but the atmosphere was far more oppressive than yesterday.

There was a faint smell of blood in the air.

Zhu Weiman and Zhu Xian, who had been targeted by Shen Yu and the others last night, remained silent.

After an unknown amount of time, the elevator doors opened again, and a group of people quickly fled out of the elevator, returning to their respective sections.

Zhu Weiman and Zhu Xian also arrived on the third floor.

Yang Hua had come down from the fourth floor.

They didn’t enter the elevator. Instead, they stood at the elevator’s entrance as if waiting for something.

Back at the workstation, Shen Yu carefully glanced at the messy client information on the Wolf Faction’s desk, his eyes flickering.

"It looks like they still didn’t close the deal last night."

"So, I can infer that it’s actually quite hard to find clients from this client information, right?"

Just as his thoughts were focusing—

Ding dong.

The elevator doors opened again, and everyone’s gaze turned toward the elevator entrance.

All of them were stunned.

"Mr. Fu!"

"Mr. Fu, please come in, please come in."

Three people stepped out of the elevator.

Lin Wan was supporting Mr. Fu’s arm, chatting and laughing as they walked ahead, while Lin Yao followed behind with a dark expression, not saying a word.

Until the three of them arrived in the middle of the two factions’ workstations, Mr. Fu glanced at Shen Yu with a subtle look.

Lin Wan clapped her hands.

"Everyone, fellow sales department colleagues."

"Our company has always had a morning meeting—the Sales Dance activity."

"The aim is to boost morale and build confidence."

"Yesterday, we were delayed by the health check, so we didn’t announce the ceremony."

"Now, everyone, with the former operations manager, Mr. Fu, let’s get our bodies moving and learn the Sales Dance."

"Every morning, we will dance the Sales Dance."

"If one faction closes a deal, the other faction must immediately dance to celebrate."

"Do you understand?"

"Understood."

Lin Wan spoke gently, and in response, there was a complex array of facial expressions.

This statement seemed simple enough, but there were many problems.

The most critical issue was that if one faction closed a deal, the other faction had to dance for them.

Given that no deals were closed last night and overtime was required, overtime became an issue.

So what about dancing?

As a punishment for not closing a deal, could dancing also hide a trap?

"Tsk."

"They’re really trying to make the ones who didn’t close the deal suffer."

Shen Yu furrowed his brow, silently stepping back to join Yanning and the others.

He whispered to them,

"If we really have to dance later, everyone close your eyes and dance."

"Ha?"

"Dance with our eyes closed?"

"Vice Captain, what’s that supposed to mean?"

"Dancing with our eyes closed? Won’t that be chaotic?"

Chu Chang’an and the others looked at Shen Yu in confusion.

Shen Yu didn’t explain much, just pursing his lips.

"It’s what I heard from Lin Wan’s side."

"Oh."

"Well, since it’s information that the captain got with his body, it’s highly reliable."

"Got it."

"Close your eyes."

"We have to close our eyes."

Ning Su’s silly response made Shen Yu roll his eyes.

---

Not long later, Mr. Fu reached the front of the crowd.

His face was full of wrinkles as he smiled, his skin strangely folding up.

"Watch carefully."

"This move is very simple."

"All you need to do is lift one foot off the ground, stretch your arms out in a flying pose, and jump in place."

Da da da.

While speaking, Mr. Fu did a golden-rooster-stands-alone pose.

His arms straightened as if trying to make a rooster fly, hopping continuously in place.

While jumping, he shouted,

"Close the deal!"

"Close the deal!"

"Close the deal!"

"Closing the deal is an honor."

"Escaping a deal is a shame."

"Close the deal!"

"Close the deal!"

"Close the deal!"

With his ridiculous jumping posture and his infectious words, everyone watched him like they were watching a clown perform tricks.

Each person winced, their sense of shame almost visible.

But after a brief pause, Mr. Fu stopped his movement.

His neck expanded with countless pores.

He awkwardly twisted his neck and looked at Shen Yu and the others.

"All right."

"Now it’s your turn."

With serious expressions, Shen Yu and the others exchanged glances and closed their eyes.

Then they lifted one foot off the ground, stretched their arms wide, and started hopping on one foot in place.

They shouted those hypnotic words:

"Sign the order!"

"Sign the order!"

"Sign the order!"

"Signing the order is an honor."

"Escaping the order is a shame."

"Sign the order!"

"Sign the order!"

Da da da da da.

Not sure if it was an illusion.

After performing these actions, the originally hard ceramic tiles beneath their feet suddenly became soft.

The sound of their footsteps turned into the sound of splashing water.

Pa pa pa.

The air suddenly became damp, and with each jump, splashes of water popped up beneath their feet.

It also felt like tiny grass leaves were constantly swaying in front of them, brushing against their faces and making them itch.

"Sign the order."

"Sign."

Noticing these oddities, Shen Yu and the others froze in their actions and words.

"Ha! Ha! Ha!"

A familiar growl unexpectedly came from behind them.

Shen Yu tightly shut his eyes, still refusing to open them, and immediately shouted,

"Continue!"

"Sign the order!"

"Sign the order!"

"Sign the order!"

Pa pa pa.

He led the way, stomping on the water, and the other hesitant team members immediately followed, jumping along.

"Signing the order is an honor."

"Running away from the order is a shame."

"Sign the order."

"Sign the order."

Under the mighty shouts, the group felt something approaching them.

But as long as Shen Yu continued his closed-eye jumping motion, no one dared to stop.

---

On the other side, the Wolf Faction—Mo Xian and the others—hesitated, watching Shen Yu and his group’s movements.

In front of them, Lin Yao’s massive body had black fur sprouting from the exposed skin.

Cracks appeared on her leather pants, and a thick black wolf tail slowly emerged and swished behind her.

"Ha!"

She exhaled hot breath, instinctively glancing at Mo Xian and the others.

"Damn it!"

"Dance with us!"

"Quick!"

Mo Xian, without thinking, knew right away that if they didn’t dance, it might trigger some taboo.

"Sign the order."

"Sign the order."

"Sign the order."

Immediately, the four of them opened their eyes and began to dance.

The clean and orderly work environment around them immediately became blurry, and clusters of water plants and grassy fields covered their surroundings.

"What?"

"What is this?"

"Last night..."

"That other world."

"Damn it!"

"Damn it!"

Mo Xian’s pupils widened, and his gaze began to sweep around.

With a hiss, a pigeon the size of a gorilla flapped its wings and charged from the water plants, its claws like steel knives reaching for his head.

"Grass."

"Time Jump."

A day’s cooldown had passed.

Mo Xian had already regained the ability to use Time Jump three times.

Almost instinctively, after activating his power, images of the future suddenly appeared before his eyes.

He fell into the grass, narrowly dodging the pigeon’s strike.

The pigeon turned and pounced on Liang Lingxue.

He kept shouting for Wen Lan to make a move, but the other didn’t act.

With a thud, the pigeon ripped off Liang Lingxue’s skull.

The top half flew off.

Pop, pop, pop!

Only the bottom part of her face remained, blood spraying as Liang Lingxue’s body crashed to the ground.

"Damn, damn."

"That bastard Shen Yu."

Fleeting images flashed through his mind, and Mo Xian immediately chose to skip over time.

"Time Jump."

Vroom.

The surrounding space twisted as he shifted from standing to lying down.

The pigeon’s pounce changed into a captured position; its claws retracted in midair.

However, the pigeon’s claws no longer held Liang Lingxue’s skull.

She was still standing dumbly in place.

He had skipped over it.

Mo Xian directly jumped past the moment of Liang Lingxue’s victimization.

"Who?"

"Who, who?"

His face tightened as he stared at the sky.

Mo Xian didn’t wait to see the pigeon charge again.

Behind him, the sound of water plants rustling came one after another.
